As shown in fig. 3, 5, and 6, a plug 43 for plugging an outlet end of the connection pipe 37 is disposed in a middle position of the driving rod 41, a pair of clamping plates 44 for clamping two sides of a front end of the tongue is disposed on the driving rod 41, one end of the clamping plate 44 away from the driving rod 41 is bent toward a direction close to each other to be provided with a hook 45 for hooking the tongue, and two ends of the driving rod 41 are both sleeved with a return spring 46 between the clamping plate 44 and the driving pipe 42. It is to be noted in particular that: each clamping plate 44 is fixed on the driving rod 41, that is, the clamping plate 44 is fixedly connected with the driving rod 41. One end of the return spring 46 abuts against the holding plate 44, and the other end abuts against the end surface of the drive pipe.
When the tongue extends below the tongue depressor 3, the pair of holding plates 44 automatically hold both sides of the tongue (because the tongue is soft and deformable, and the width adjustment of the tongue has self-adaptive characteristics), and under the action of the return spring 46, the plug 43 on the driving rod 41 blocks the connecting pipe 37, and the physiological saline is directly discharged to the water outlet end along the water inlet end of the pipeline 36.
When the physiological saline needs to be injected, the tongue tip control clamping plate 44 drives the driving rod 41 to move towards the water outlet end of the pipeline 36, so that the driving rod 41 plugs the water outlet end of the pipeline 36, and meanwhile, the plug 43 on the driving rod 41 is separated from the connecting pipe 37, so as to realize the automatic injection of the physiological saline.
When waste water needs to be cleaned, the tongue tip control clamping plate 44 drives the driving rod 41 to move towards the water inlet end of the pipeline 36, so that the driving rod 41 plugs the water inlet end of the pipeline 36, and meanwhile, the plug 43 on the driving rod 41 is separated from the connecting pipe 37, and the waste water is automatically sucked.
Furthermore, the structure is made of materials which can resist high temperature sterilization.
Furthermore, the elastic support rod 12 is made of hard silica gel to adapt to patients with different tooth shapes.

two fixing frames (11) positioned on the same side of the upper gear sleeve (1) and the lower gear sleeve (2) are hinged with each other, the lower end face of the upper fixing frame (11) is hinged with a sliding pipe (13), the upper end faces of two ends of the lower fixing frame (11) are hinged with sliding rods (21) in sliding connection with the sliding pipes (13), and a driving spring (14) is arranged between each sliding pipe (13) and each sliding rod (21);
a tongue depressor (3) is horizontally arranged on the inner side wall of the elastic support rod (12) positioned below in an extending mode, an air passage (31) penetrates through the two ends of the tongue depressor (3), and a connecting hole (32) communicated with the middle of the air passage (31) is formed in the lower end face of the tongue depressor (3);
an air hole (22) is vertically formed in the sliding rod (21), the upper end of the air hole (22) penetrates through the upper end face of the sliding rod (21), the lower end of the air hole is bent to penetrate through the side wall of the lower end of the sliding rod (21), and a flexible air pipe (35) is arranged between the two ends of the air passage (31) and the lower ends of the air holes (22);
the tongue depressor is characterized in that a sealing plate (33) is hinged to the lower end face of one side, deviating from the elastic supporting rod (12), of the tongue depressor (3), the sealing plate (33) is used for covering the connecting hole (32), a torsion spring is arranged between the sealing plate (33) and the tongue depressor (3), the connecting hole (32) is arranged in an arc shape, and a sealing column (34) embedded into the connecting hole (32) is arranged on the side wall of the sealing plate (33).
