The gas exchange column 12 is made of rubber materials, is soft and elastic, avoids the foreign body sensation of a human body, and improves the comfort of the mattress; the air supply part 121 and the air exhaust part 122 are detachably connected and can be independently replaced according to the use loss condition, so that the waste of materials is avoided.
The air pumping holes 1222 are small in aperture, so that not only can air and fine particles such as dust, fiber, human body metabolites and the like on the surface layer of the mattress pass through, but also the air enters the air purification device 33 through the air pumping pipes to realize air purification; but also prevents the foreign matters with larger sizes, such as paper shreds, cloth shreds and the like from entering the gas purification device 33 and damaging the gas purification device 33. The adoption of the air extracting holes 1222 adopts a porous design, which not only realizes uniform air extraction, but also avoids the problem that the air extracting part 122 fails due to the blockage of a single hole by foreign matters.
The air supply holes 1212 have a large diameter and are porous, so that the permeability of the purge gas having fragrance and rich in negative ions can be improved, and the purge gas can be dispersed on the surface layer of the mattress to form a purge air layer.
The air pumping part 122 adopts the design that the positions of the air pumping holes 1222 are low and the two sides of the air pumping part are high, and the upper part of the air pumping part 121 and the concave surface at the top of the air pumping part 122 form a smooth transition surface, so that fine particles such as dust, fibers, human metabolites and the like can enter the air pumping holes 1222 under the action of gravity, and the cleanliness of the surface layer of the mattress is further improved.
The air supply part 121 adopts the design that the air supply hole 1212 is high and two sides of the air supply hole are low, so that on one hand, fine particles such as dust, fiber, human body metabolites and the like can be prevented from entering the air supply hole 1212 as much as possible; on the other hand, the purified gas delivered from the air delivery hole 1212 partially flows back when it hits obstacles such as a human body and a quilt, and the returned purified gas is sucked into the air suction hole 1222 at a lower position, thereby realizing the circulation of the air on the surface layer of the mattress.
The air supply part 121 comprises a lower cylindrical part and the air suction part 122 protrudes out of the air supply part 121 and comprises a part of an annular cylinder to penetrate through the surface layer 1, and the part of the air supply part is inserted into the airway passage 22, so that the function of fixing the surface layer can be realized;
the bottom of the annular cylinder positioned at the top end of the cylinder part in the air supply part 121 is a plane, the upper part of the annular cylinder is an annular ridge-shaped bulge, the longitudinal sections of the annular cylinder and the cavity are in an arc shape, and the bottom of the annular part is a plane, so that the air supply part 121 can be fully contacted with the surface layer 1, the bulge feeling of the annular part is reduced, and the comfort of a human body is improved; since the air supply part 121 is made of rubber, the annular cylinder is easily deformed by compression to reduce the longitudinal sectional area of the cavity, if the longitudinal sections of the annular cylinder and the cavity are in a minor arc shape, the annular cylinder is excessively compressed and even the longitudinal sectional area of a part of the cavity approaches to zero, and the trafficability of purified air is seriously affected, so that the longitudinal sections of the annular cylinder and the cavity are preferably in an optimum arc shape, and even if the annular cylinder is deformed by compression, the cavity can still maintain a certain longitudinal sectional area to maintain the trafficability of purified air.

The preparation method of the bactericidal active carbon adsorption layer 3324 comprises the following steps:
step 1: adding 2 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol into 80 parts by weight of distilled water, heating to 95 ℃, stirring for 30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding 0.2 part by weight of low-temperature foaming agent and 1 part by weight of nano-silver, and stirring for 25 minutes at room temperature to obtain an antibacterial finishing liquid;
step 2: respectively screening a plurality of activated carbon particles with the particle sizes of 1-3 mm, 4-6 mm and 7-10 mm, respectively spraying the antibacterial finishing liquid prepared in the step 1 on the surfaces of the activated carbon particles with different particle sizes by an ultrasonic spraying process, wherein the spraying amount is 2% of the mass of the activated carbon particles, and then putting the sprayed activated carbon particles in an oven at the temperature of 100 ℃ for reaction for 30 minutes to obtain the sterilized activated carbon particles;

The working principle of the gas purification device 33 in the present invention is: the air to be purified on the surface layer of the mattress enters the air extracting part 122 through the air extracting hole 1222, enters the air extracting pipe joint 331 through the air extracting pipe connecting hole 3311 and the air extracting pipe, is filtered by the air purifying filter element 332 under the action of the air extracting fan 334, sequentially passes through the heating device 335 and the negative ion filter element 336, enters the air supplying part 121 through the air supplying pipe joint 337, the air supplying pipe and the air supplying pipe joint 1211, and is then conveyed to the surface of the mattress through the air supplying hole 1212.
The gas purification device 33 is composed of an air suction pipe joint 331, an air purification filter element 332, a jacket 333, an air suction fan 334, a heating device 335, an anion filter element 336, an air feed pipe joint 337 and a base 338, and the above structures are all detachably connected, so that the problem that the whole device is scrapped due to failure or damage of a single part is avoided.
