Therefore, how to design an electronic cigarette pressure sensor capable of preventing oil and water is an urgent technical problem to be solved in the industry.

The shell 1 is a round cover-shaped shell, an opening is formed in the lower end of the shell, and the circuit board 2 is fixed at the opening below the shell in a welding mode through solder paste 8; the circuit board 2 is also provided with an ASIC chip 3, wherein the ASIC chip 3 is fixedly bonded with the circuit board 2 through a resin adhesive 9, and the ASIC chip 3 is positioned in the shell 1; the air pressure sensing element 4 is fixed on the circuit board 2 by the silica gel 10, and is also arranged inside the shell 1.

Because the air pressure sensing element 4 provided by the application adopts the piezoelectric film 41, the film can generate an electric signal only by being pressed by continuous air flow, and when the film is in a static state or a static state with liquid and oil, the piezoelectric material does not generate the electric signal; compared with the conventional technology, the air pressure sensor has the advantages that the defect that oil or water drops fall on the surface of the piezoelectric film 41 to generate electric signals by mistake can be well overcome, and the reliability of the air pressure sensor is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, four piezoelectric films 41 are specifically arranged in the present application, the cross section of the base 42 is rectangular, each piezoelectric film 41 is triangular, each piezoelectric film 41 has the same shape, the edge of the triangular piezoelectric film 41 is fixed to the side of the base 42, and the pointed end of the corresponding triangular piezoelectric film 41 extends toward the center line of the base 42, so that the four piezoelectric films 41 are spliced with each other, and a gap is formed between each piezoelectric film 41 and the piezoelectric film 41, so that the sensitivity of the piezoelectric film 41 can be greatly improved, and as long as a user inhales, the deformation can be sensed and generated, and a reliable electrical signal is provided.
Preferably, the piezoelectric film 41 in the present application is gradually inclined from the connection end with the base 42 toward the direction away from the air cavity, and the portion of the piezoelectric film 41 located at the center of the air cavity is protruded in a mountain top shape when viewed from the side, so that the air can flow from bottom to top conveniently, and the sensitivity of the air pressure sensing element 4 is also improved.
Preferably, the ASIC chip 3 and the piezoelectric film 41 are electrically connected using gold wires in the present application.
