Each family member can use a preset terminal (for example, an electronic device such as a mobile phone and a computer) to acquire own media items from the media storage device, so that media item sharing is realized, and user experience is further improved.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of an IPTV personal space setting method applied to family members of a set-top box according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the IPTV personal space setting method applied to family members of a set-top box further includes steps S310 to S330.
In step S310, the related information of each media item is detected in real time.
In step S320, when it is detected that the related information of a certain media item changes, the media item is labeled, and the labeling information of the media item is obtained.
In step S330, the annotation information of the media item is sent to the IPTV server, so that the IPTV server locates the related information of the corresponding media item from the media storage device according to the annotation information of the media item.
The method can detect the related information of each media item in real time, when the related information of a certain media item is detected to be changed, the media item is labeled to obtain the labeled information of the media item, and the labeled information of the media item is sent to the IPTV server, so that the IPTV server can locate the related information of the corresponding media item from the media storage device according to the labeled information of the media item, the content of the media storage device can be updated in real time subsequently, and a user can share the media item in real time.
In one embodiment of the invention, the relevant information for each media item is detected in real-time. For example, detecting the number of media items in real-time, detecting the size of the media items in real-time, detecting the names of the media items in real-time, detecting the folders or modification dates of the folders in which the media items are stored in real-time, and so forth.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that the related information of a certain media item changes, the media item is labeled, and the labeled information of the media item is obtained. For example, when a decrease or increase in the number of personal photos is detected, the number of personal photos is labeled, such that the "number of personal photos" with the modification identification is obtained. For another example, when a decrease or increase in the number of personal videos is detected, the number of personal videos is labeled, resulting in "number of personal videos" with a modification flag. For another example, when it is detected that the modification date of the folder in which the personal music is located is less than the current time, the folder in which the personal music is located is labeled, and a "folder in which the personal music is located" with a modification identifier is obtained.
In one embodiment of the invention, annotation information for a media item is sent to an IPTV server, so that the IPTV server locates relevant information for the media item corresponding to the media item from a media storage device according to the annotation information for the media item.
In one embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: if the current change is that a new media item is added, sending the new media item to the IPTV server so that the IPTV server replaces the media item in the media storage device with the new media item; and/or if the current change is deleting the media item, sending the identifier of the deleted media item to the IPTV server, so that the IPTV server deletes the media item which is the same as the identifier from the media storage device according to the identifier of the deleted media item.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flowchart of an IPTV personal space setting method applied to a family member of an IPTV server according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the IPTV personal space setting method applied to the family members of the IPTV server may include steps S410 to S430.
In step S410, metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member is received from the IPTV portal system of the set-top box.
In step S420, metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member is stored in the media storage device.
In step S430, a storage success message is returned to the set top box, so that each family member can obtain the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the media storage device using a preset terminal.
The method can receive the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the IPTV portal system of the set-top box, store the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member in the media storage device, and return a successful storage message to the set-top box, so that each family member can use a preset terminal to obtain the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the media storage device, thereby realizing media item sharing and further improving user experience.
In one embodiment of the invention, the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member is stored in a media storage. For example, parameter information such as entries in an audio, video, electronic program guide in the IPTV personal space of each family member is stored in the media storage device.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a flowchart of an IPTV personal space setting method applied to family members of an IPTV server according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the IPTV personal space setting method applied to the family members of the IPTV server further includes steps S510 to S530.
In step S510, annotation information for a media item is received.
In step S520, the related information of the corresponding media item is located from the media storage device according to the annotation information of the media item.
In step S530, a new media item is received and the media item in the media storage is replaced with the new media item according to the information about the located media item from the media storage. And/or, in step S540, receiving an identification of the deleted media item, and deleting the same media item as the identification from the media storage according to the identification of the deleted media item and the associated information of the media item located from the media storage.
The method can accurately and quickly locate the relevant information of the modified media item in the IPTV portal system according to the labeling information transmitted by the IPTV portal system of the set-top box, and then execute the replacement or deletion operation according to the identification of the media item, so that the media item in the media storage device is updated in time, and the media item shared by the user is ensured to be the latest content.
In one embodiment of the invention, the annotation information for the media item can be "number of personal photos" with modification identification, "number of personal videos" with modification identification, "folder in which personal music is located" with modification identification, and so on.
In one embodiment of the invention, the new media item may be used to replace the content of the old media item. Such as new photos, new music, new videos, etc.
In one embodiment of the invention, the identification of the deleted media item may be the name of the modified media item. For example, the name of the deleted media item is "song name", "video name", or the like.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a block diagram of an IPTV personal space setting device applied to a family member of a set-top box according to an embodiment of the present invention;
as shown in fig. 6, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 600 applied to family members of a set-top box may include a receiving module 610, a creating module 620, and a responding module 630.
Specifically, the receiving module 610 receives the broadband sub-account and the password input by each family member by using the IPTV portal system.
A creating module 620, configured to create an IPTV personal space of each family member according to the broadband sub-account and the password input by each family member.
A response module 630, configured to set metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member in response to an editing operation of the IPTV personal space by each family member.
The IPTV personal space setting apparatus 600 for family members applied to a set-top box may receive a broadband subaccount and a password input by each family member using an IPTV portal system, create an IPTV personal space for each family member according to the broadband subaccount and the password input by each family member, and set metadata in the IPTV personal space for each family member in response to an editing operation of each family member on the IPTV personal space, thereby implementing that each family member has its own IPTV personal space, and setting media items according to personal preferences in its own IPTV personal space, thereby implementing personalization of the IPTV portal system and improving user experience.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 600 applied to the family member of the set-top box may be used to implement the IPTV personal space setting method applied to the family member of the set-top box described in the embodiment of fig. 2.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a block diagram of an IPTV personal space setting apparatus applied to family members of a set-top box according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 600 applied to family members of a set-top box further includes a metadata generation module 640.
Specifically, the metadata generating module 640 is configured to send metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member to an IPTV server, so that the IPTV server stores the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member in a media storage device, where each family member can obtain the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the media storage device using a preset terminal.
Fig. 8 schematically shows a block diagram of an IPTV personal space setting apparatus applied to family members of a set-top box according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 600 applied to family members of a set-top box further includes a detection module 650, a tagging module 660, and a tagging information transmitting module 670.
In particular, the detection module 650 is configured to detect information related to each media item in real-time.
The labeling module 660 labels a media item when detecting that the related information of the media item changes, to obtain the labeling information of the media item.
A module 670 for sending the annotation information of the media item to an IPTV server, so that the IPTV server locates the related information of the media item corresponding to the media item from a media storage device according to the annotation information of the media item.
The IPTV personal space setting device 600 applied to family members of a set-top box can detect the relevant information of each media item in real time, when the change of the relevant information of a certain media item is detected, the media item is labeled to obtain the labeling information of the media item, and the labeling information of the media item is sent to an IPTV server, so that the IPTV server locates the relevant information of the media item corresponding to the media item from a media storage device according to the labeling information of the media item, thereby facilitating the subsequent real-time updating of the content of the media storage device, and enabling a user to share the media item in real time.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 600 applied to the family member of the set-top box may be used to implement the IPTV personal space setting method applied to the family member of the set-top box described in the embodiment of fig. 3.
Fig. 9 schematically shows a block diagram of an IPTV personal space setting apparatus applied to family members of a set-top box according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the IPTV personal space setting device 600 applied to family members of a set-top box further includes a new media item transmission module 680 and/or an identity transmission module 690.
Specifically, if the current change is that a new media item is added, the new media item sending module 680 sends the new media item to the IPTV server, so that the IPTV server replaces the media item in the media storage device with the new media item.
The identifier sending module 690, if the change is deletion of a media item, sends an identifier of the deleted media item to the IPTV server, so that the IPTV server deletes the media item identical to the identifier from the media storage device according to the identifier of the deleted media item.

Fig. 10 schematically shows a block diagram of an IPTV personal space setting apparatus applied to a family member of an IPTV server according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 700 applied to the family members of the IPTV server includes a first receiving module 710, a storing module 720, and a returning module 730.
Specifically, the first receiving module 710 is configured to receive metadata in an IPTV personal space of each family member from an IPTV portal system of the set-top box.
A storage module 720, configured to store the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member in the media storage device.
A returning module 730, configured to return a storage success message to the set top box, so that each family member can obtain the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the media storage device using a preset terminal.
The IPTV personal space setting apparatus 700 for the family members of the IPTV server may receive metadata in an IPTV personal space of each family member from an IPTV portal system of a set-top box, store the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member in a media storage device, and return a storage success message to the set-top box, so that each family member can use a preset terminal to obtain the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the media storage device, thereby implementing media item sharing and further improving user experience.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 700 applied to the family member of the IPTV server may be used to implement the IPTV personal space setting method applied to the family member of the IPTV server described in the embodiment of fig. 4.
Fig. 11 schematically shows a block diagram of an IPTV personal space setting apparatus applied to a family member of an IPTV server according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 700 applied to the family members of the IPTV server further includes a second receiving module 740, a positioning module 750, and a third receiving module 760.
Specifically, the second receiving module 740 is configured to receive annotation information of a certain media item.
The positioning module 750 is configured to position the related information of the corresponding media item from the media storage device according to the annotation information of the media item.
A third receiving module 760 for receiving a new media item and replacing the media item in the media storage with the new media item according to the related information of the media item located from the media storage; and/or receiving an identification of the deleted media item and deleting from the media storage the media item that is the same as the identification based on the identification of the deleted media item and the associated information for the media item located from the media storage.
The IPTV personal space setting apparatus 700 applied to the family members of the IPTV server can accurately and quickly locate the relevant information of the modified media items in the IPTV portal system according to the label information transmitted from the IPTV portal system of the set-top box, and then perform a replacement or deletion operation according to the identifiers of the media items, so that the media items in the media storage device are updated in time, and the media items shared by the user are the latest content.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 700 applied to the family member of the IPTV server may be used to implement the IPTV personal space setting method applied to the family member of the IPTV server described in the embodiment of fig. 5.
Since the respective modules of the IPTV personal space setting apparatus 700 applied to the family members of the IPTV server of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention can be used to implement the steps of the exemplary embodiments of the IPTV personal space setting method applied to the family members of the IPTV server described in the above 4 to 5, for details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, please refer to the embodiments of the IPTV personal space setting method applied to the family members of the IPTV server described above of the present invention.
Referring now to FIG. 12, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1200 suitable for use with the electronic device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The computer system 1200 of the electronic device shown in fig. 12 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention. In this embodiment, the electronic device may be the set top box or the IPTV server.
As shown in fig. 12, the computer system 1200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1201, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. In the RAM 1203, various programs and data necessary for system operation are also stored. The CPU 1201, ROM 1202, and RAM 1203 are connected to each other by a bus 1204. An input/output (I/O) interface 1205 is also connected to bus 1204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1205: an input section 1206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1207 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 1208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1210 is also connected to the I/O interface 1205 as needed. A removable medium 1211, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is mounted on the drive 1210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1208 as necessary.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the invention include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1209, and/or installed from the removable medium 1211. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present application when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1201.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware, and the described units may also be disposed in a processor. Wherein the names of the elements do not in some way constitute a limitation on the elements themselves.
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the electronic device described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to implement the method for setting an IPTV personal space of a family member as described in the above embodiments.
For example, the electronic device may implement the following as shown in fig. 2: in step S210, the broadband sub-account and the password input by each family member are received by using the IPTV portal system. In step S220, an IPTV personal space for each family member is created according to the broadband sub-account and password input by each family member. In step S230, in response to an editing operation of the IPTV personal space by each family member, metadata is set in the IPTV personal space of each family member.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which can be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which can be a personal computer, a server, a touch terminal, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A method for setting personal space of family member IPTV is applied to a set-top box, and is characterized in that an IPTV portal system is deployed in the set-top box, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a broadband sub account and a password input by each family member by using the IPTV portal system;
establishing an IPTV personal space of each family member according to the broadband sub-account and the password input by each family member;
in response to an editing operation of the IPTV personal space by each family member, metadata is set in the IPTV personal space of each family member.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
transmitting the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member to an IPTV server so that the IPTV server stores the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member in a media storage device, wherein each family member can acquire the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the media storage device by using a preset terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member contains various media items and related information of each media item;
the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting relevant information of each media item in real time;
when detecting that the related information of a certain media item changes, labeling the media item to obtain the labeling information of the media item;
and sending the annotation information of the media item to an IPTV server so that the IPTV server locates the related information of the media item corresponding to the media item from a media storage device according to the annotation information of the media item.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
if the current change is that a new media item is added, sending the new media item to the IPTV server so that the IPTV server replaces the media item in the media storage device with the new media item; and/or
If the current change is that the media item is deleted, sending the identifier of the deleted media item to the IPTV server, so that the IPTV server deletes the media item which is the same as the identifier from the media storage device according to the identifier of the deleted media item.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein each family member's IPTV personal space contains an electronic program guide;
setting metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member in response to an editing operation of the IPTV personal space by each family member includes:
in response to an editing operation of the electronic program guide by each family member, metadata is set in the electronic program guide of each family member.
6. An IPTV personal space setting method of family members is applied to an IPTV server, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving metadata in an IPTV personal space of each family member from an IPTV portal system of the set-top box;
storing metadata in an IPTV personal space of each family member in a media storage device;
and returning a storage success message to the set top box so that each family member can acquire the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the media storage device by using a preset terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member contains various media items and related information of each media item;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving marking information of a certain media item;
according to the marking information of the media items, positioning the related information of the corresponding media items from the media storage device;
receiving a new media item and replacing the media item in the media storage with the new media item based on information about the located media item from the media storage; and/or receiving an identification of the deleted media item and deleting from the media storage the media item that is the same as the identification based on the identification of the deleted media item and the associated information for the media item located from the media storage.
8. An IPTV personal space setting device of family members is applied to a set-top box, and is characterized in that an IPTV portal system is deployed in the set-top box, and the device comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving the broadband sub account and the password input by each family member by using the IPTV portal system;
the establishing module is used for establishing an IPTV personal space of each family member according to the broadband sub-account and the password input by each family member;
and the response module is used for responding to the editing operation of each family member on the IPTV personal space and setting the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member.
9. An IPTV personal space setting device of family members, applied to an IPTV server, the device comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving metadata in an IPTV personal space of each family member from an IPTV portal system of the set-top box;
a storage module for storing the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member in a media storage device;
and the returning module is used for returning a storage success message to the set top box so that each family member can acquire the metadata in the IPTV personal space of each family member from the media storage device by using a preset terminal.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
storage means for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to carry out a method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or a method according to any one of claims 6 to 7.
11. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the method according to any one of claims 6 to 7.
