Claims (9)

1. A waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cable intermediate joint is characterized by comprising a conductor connecting pipe, an internal shielding metal sleeve, a temperature sensor, a rubber body, a first insulating and waterproof filling layer, a partial discharge sensor, a first flame-retardant and waterproof mixture layer, a copper shell, a second insulating and waterproof filling layer and an explosion-proof shell which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; the two ends of the conductor connecting pipe are connected with the conductors of the two sections of cables; the conductor connecting pipe is sleeved with the shielding metal sleeve; the temperature sensor is arranged on the outer wall of the internal shielding metal sleeve; the first insulating waterproof filling layer is arranged on the outer side and the end part of the rubber body; the first flame-retardant waterproof mixture layer is filled between the copper shell and the first insulating waterproof filling layer, and the second insulating waterproof filling layer is distributed on the outer wall of the copper shell; the explosion-proof shell is sleeved outside the second insulating waterproof filling layer; the explosion-proof shell is provided with a pressure relief port, and a pressure relief cover is arranged at the end part of the pressure relief port; the end part of the explosion-proof shell is provided with a cable end part sealing hardware fitting and a grounding wire end part sealing hardware fitting, and a second flame-retardant waterproof mixture layer is filled between the cable end part sealing hardware fitting and the cable; and a second flame-retardant waterproof mixture layer is poured between the grounding wire end sealing hardware fitting and the grounding wire, and a third insulating waterproof filling layer is arranged at the end parts of the cable end sealing hardware fitting and the grounding wire end sealing hardware fitting.

The waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cable intermediate joint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the pressure relief cover is 0.3-0.8 mm, and the thickness of the explosion-proof shell is 10-20 mm; the diameter of the explosion-proof shell is 350 mm-450 mm; the diameter of the pressure relief opening is 50-60 mm, and the number of the pressure relief openings is 4.

The intermediate joint of a waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cable according to claim 1, wherein the cable end sealing hardware fitting and the grounding wire end sealing hardware fitting are respectively provided with a flame-retardant and waterproof mixture filling port, and a port cover is arranged at a port of the flame-retardant and waterproof mixture filling port.
4. The waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cable intermediate joint according to claim 1, wherein the pressure relief cover is detachably arranged at the end of the pressure relief opening.
5. The intermediate joint for waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cables as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature sensor surrounds the outer wall of the inner shielding metal sleeve for one circle; the partial discharge sensor surrounds the first insulating waterproof filling layer for a circle.

The intermediate joint of the waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conductor connecting pipe has a solid structure in the middle and tubular structures at two ends; the conductor connecting pipe is connected with the conductors of the two sections of cables through compression joint.
7. The intermediate joint of a waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ends of the copper shell are shrink openings, and the shrink openings are sealed by waterproof mastic and a second insulating and waterproof filling layer.

The intermediate joint of a waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cable according to claim 1, wherein the conductor connecting pipe is made of copper, copper alloy, aluminum or aluminum alloy; the inner shielding metal sleeve is made of copper, copper alloy, aluminum or aluminum alloy; the rubber body is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer or silicone rubber; the first insulating waterproof filling layer, the second insulating waterproof filling layer and the third insulating waterproof filling layer are one or more of an adhesive tape and a heat-shrinkable tube with insulating and waterproof properties; the first flame-retardant waterproof mixture layer and the second flame-retardant waterproof mixture layer are both double-component polyurethane coating; the copper shell is made of one of bronze, red copper or brass; the explosion-proof shell is made of one of aluminum magnesium alloy, stainless steel or high-strength PE (polyethylene) materials; the material of the cable end sealing hardware fitting is one of aluminum magnesium alloy, stainless steel or high-strength PE material; the grounding wire end sealing hardware fitting is made of one of aluminum magnesium alloy, stainless steel or high-strength PE (polyethylene) materials; the pressure relief port is made of one of aluminum magnesium alloy, stainless steel or high-strength PE materials.
9. A method for using the waterproof and explosion-proof high-voltage cable intermediate joint according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, processing the end parts of cables on two sides to expose cable conductors with specified sizes, then inserting the cable conductors on the two sides into a conductor connecting pipe for press connection, sleeving an inner shielding metal sleeve outside the conductor connecting pipe, arranging a temperature sensor outside the inner shielding metal sleeve, sleeving a rubber body outside the inner shielding metal sleeve and the temperature sensor, winding a first insulating waterproof filling layer on the outer side and the end parts of the rubber body, and arranging a partial discharge sensor outside one end of the first insulating waterproof filling layer; after the copper shell is sleeved on the outer side of the first insulating waterproof filling layer, a first flame-retardant waterproof mixture layer is poured between a cavity defined by the first insulating waterproof filling layer and the copper shell, a second insulating waterproof filling layer is wound on the outer side and the end part of the copper shell, and an explosion-proof shell is sleeved on the outer side of the second insulating waterproof filling layer; the end part of the explosion-proof shell is connected with the cable end part sealing hardware fitting and the grounding wire end part sealing hardware fitting, a second flame-retardant waterproof mixture is injected into the cable end part sealing hardware fitting and the grounding wire end part sealing hardware fitting, and a third insulating waterproof filling layer is wound on the end parts of the cable end part sealing hardware fitting and the grounding wire end part sealing hardware fitting.
