Abstract
The invention provides a pair of tool pliers, which relates to the field of electric power construction and comprises a pliers main body, a shearing mechanism, a measuring mechanism and a wire wrapping mechanism, wherein the pliers main body comprises a first handle, a rotating shaft, a second handle and a main spring; the shearing mechanism is arranged between the first handle and the second handle and can peel off the shell of the cable or cut off the cable; the measuring mechanism is used for measuring the length of the shell of the cable stripped by the shearing mechanism; the wire wrapping mechanism is used for wrapping the exposed cable. The tool pliers provided by the invention integrates shearing, measuring and binding, and a series of work such as cable stripping and binding can be realized by a constructor only by operating the tool pliers, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the working time is saved.

Background
In the power system construction process, the work of a large amount of cable wire stripping, trimming and envelope curve is related to. The existing process is to use wire stripper to perform wire stripping and cutting operations on cable cores, and then use an insulating tape to wrap the exposed metal parts of the cable cores one by one. However, frequent wire stripping, wire shearing and wire winding work wastes time and energy, has high error rate, and wraps the in-process in addition, and constructor bare-handed direct operation easily causes the potential safety hazard, injures constructor's personal safety. Preferably, the shearing mechanism includes two groups of shearing units, the two groups of shearing units are symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, one group of shearing units is connected to one side of the first handle close to the second handle, and the other group of shearing units is connected to one side of the second handle close to the first handle.

Preferably, the connecting member 31 is made of a rigid material. The connector 31 is provided with a circular groove 32, and the circular groove 32 can not only clamp the shell of the cable, but also cut the shell of the cable.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting member 31 is provided with a plurality of circular grooves 32 at intervals, and the notches of the plurality of circular grooves 32 are arranged along the same horizontal plane. The notches of the circular grooves 32 are arranged along the same horizontal plane, so that the cable can be conveniently clamped. Preferably, the wire wrapping material is an insulating tape. The mounting member 41 comprises a mounting frame and a branch spring, wherein the mounting frame is of a circular structure, the mounting frame is used for mounting a wrapping material, the branch spring is connected to the main spring 13 and the mounting frame respectively, and the branch spring has a certain mounting radian along the inner wall of the mounting frame.
