(5) a user can check the self-owned recharging amount in the first block chain network through the APP end of the mobile phone;
(6) the method comprises the steps that a user transacts commodities on a merchant transaction platform through a mobile phone APP, the merchant transaction platform compares the price of the transacted commodities with the price data in the mobile phone APP of the user to judge whether the amount of the user is sufficient or not, if the amount of the user is insufficient, a transaction termination prompt is returned, if the amount of the user is judged to be sufficient, the initial transaction is successful, and transaction record information with user real-name account information, transaction amount and account information of the transacted merchant is generated;
(7) the mobile phone APP end of the user transmits the transaction record information to a fund deposit and management server through a first block chain network, the fund deposit and management server decrypts and identifies the user real-name account information, the transaction amount and the account information of a transaction merchant in the transaction record, meanwhile, a merchant transaction platform transmits the transaction record information to the fund deposit and management server through a second block chain network, and the fund deposit and management server decrypts and identifies the user real-name account information, the transaction amount and the account information of the transaction merchant in the transaction record;
(8) the fund deposit and management server compares the same transaction information received through the first block chain network and the second block chain network, if the comparison shows that the information matching is successful, the transaction is successful, meanwhile, the information of successful transaction is returned to the user terminal and the merchant terminal, the user and the merchant finish the final transaction, if the comparison shows that the information matching is unsuccessful, the transaction is unsuccessful, meanwhile, the information of unsuccessful transaction is returned to the user terminal and the merchant terminal, and the initial transaction between the user and the merchant is terminated;
(9) after the information in the fund deposit and management server is compared and the transaction is successfully output, the fund deposit and management server transmits the transaction record information which is successfully transacted and has the user real-name account information, the transaction amount and the account information of the transaction merchant to a transaction record information storage platform through a third block chain network and carries out information chain connection in the third block chain network;
(10) after the successful chaining of the transaction record, the fund deposit and management server subtracts the data of the transaction amount and the data of the recharge amount of the user in the first block chain network to generate new current amount data of the user, and chains the amount data into the first block chain network, so that the user mobile phone APP can check the current account amount through the first block chain network; meanwhile, the fund deposit and management server adds the transaction amount data to the existing amount data of the merchant to generate new merchant existing amount data, and links the amount data to a second block chain network, so that the merchant can check the existing account amount in the merchant transaction platform through the second block chain network;
