Additionally, the flows may include more or fewer operations and the operations may be performed out of order or in parallel as they appear herein.
The terms "comprises," "comprising," and any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or modules is not necessarily limited to those steps or modules explicitly listed, but may include other steps or modules not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a bulk goods automatic transaction method and a bulk goods automatic transaction system, which can realize the transaction of bulk goods in an online mode, improve the transaction efficiency, simplify the transaction process, greatly save the time cost and the labor cost of the transaction, and simultaneously introduce a goods locking module, a fund locking module and an automatic passing module in the online transaction mode, improve the credit degrees of both parties of the transaction, facilitate the transaction and ensure the safety of goods and funds. The following are detailed below.
In order to better understand the bulk goods automatic transaction method of the embodiment of the present invention, an application architecture of the bulk goods automatic transaction method disclosed in the present invention is explained first. As shown in fig. 1, an application architecture of a bulk goods automated transaction method may include an online transaction platform, a warehouse management system, a payment system, and a user (seller) and a customer (buyer). The buyer and the seller can access the bulk goods automatic transaction system through user terminals such as a PC terminal, a mobile terminal and other Internet devices, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. Optionally, the bulk goods automated transaction system may further include a logistics/storage center (including a third-party detection center), further optionally, a shared processing base, and further, both the buyer and the seller are registered in the bulk goods automated transaction system in advance, that is: the databases of the bulk goods automated transaction system may include a buyer information database and a seller information database.
When a buyer and a seller use the bulk goods automatic transaction method to perform bulk goods transaction, a specific implementation principle or implementation flow may be as shown in fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an automatic bulk goods exchange flow disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention, and in fig. 1, a user (seller) and a client (buyer) are taken as transaction parties, and bulk steel is taken as a transaction object for example. Wherein:
a user purchases goods to be purchased on an online trading platform, and the online trading platform generates an initial order or an initial contract;
at the moment, the online transaction platform initiates a goods inspection request to the warehouse management system;
if the goods inspection fails, the generation of the ordering contract fails, the transaction cannot be carried out, and the transaction is finished; if the goods inspection is successful, generating an ordering contract, and calling the warehouse management system to lock goods placed under the ordering contract item; it should be noted that, at this time, there is a possibility that the goods locking fails, and the goods locking failure will certainly result in that the generation of the order contract fails, the data is rolled back, the transaction cannot be performed, and the transaction is ended. The general reason for the failure of the lock is that the goods may have been locked, because the inspection is only a verification status, there is a time difference between the inspection and the locking, and if a third party locks the goods, the lock will fail.
After the goods locking is successful, the online transaction platform initiates a payment request to a payment system, and after the buyer pays successfully, the payment system performs fund locking operation on funds under the ordering contract item;
after the online transaction platform receives a payment success notice sent by a payment system, the online transaction platform initiates a user passing request to the warehouse management system, and after the warehouse management system completes automatic user passing, the right of delivery of goods under the ordering contract item is changed from a seller to a buyer;
after the online transaction platform receives a successful customer-passing notice sent by the warehouse management system, the online transaction platform sends a fund unlocking notice to the payment system;
and unlocking the fund and finishing the transaction.
In the embodiment, it can be seen that the difference from the traditional offline transaction mode is that the transaction process of the invention is automatically completed by each system, no manual intervention is needed at all, and the goods and funds are locked, thereby ensuring the security of the goods and funds. Meanwhile, the method for carrying out the bulk goods transaction on line is adopted, so that the problems of complicated communication, complex operation and low efficiency in the bulk goods transaction process off line are solved.
Preferably, the goods inspection request includes, but is not limited to, a request for confirming whether the goods placed by the initial order item in the warehouse is a seller or not, and a request for confirming whether the right of the goods placed by the initial order item is a seller or not.
Preferably, the inspection comprises:
acquiring goods information under the initial order item, including but not limited to goods number, product name, brand, specification, warehouse and goods right name;
comparing and checking the cargo information with data in the warehouse management system;
if the goods inspection fails, namely at least one item of the goods information is not matched with the data in the warehouse system, the warehouse management system reports an error to the online transaction platform, and the ordering contract is failed to generate;
and if the goods inspection is successful, the warehouse management system sends the unique ID of the goods placed by the initial order item to the online trading platform, and the ordering contract is successfully generated.
Specifically, the goods checking function can be bundle number (for example, the only number of a steel coil leaving a factory), name, brand (SPCC, SPHC and the like), specification (thickness, width and length), warehouse, owner name of goods and verification of the treasure Yingtong warehouse system. After verification, the warehouse system will tell the steel on-line that the unique number of the goods in the warehouse is. If the verification fails (in various conditions, the goods information does not conform, and the goods owner does not conform), the client receives the error report information, the contract is failed to be generated, and the contract equivalent information dropped by the system is directly rolled back (namely data rollback is equal to no operation). According to the embodiment of the invention, goods are inspected after the initial order is generated through the goods inspection operation, so that the rights and interests of buyers are guaranteed, and the safety and the reliability of online operation are improved.
Preferably, the lock comprises:
the online trading platform acquires the unique ID of the goods;
the online trading platform sends the unique ID of the goods and the goods ordering contract to the warehouse management system;
the warehouse management system checks the goods ordering contract and the unique ID of the goods, and performs goods locking operation on the goods under the ordering contract item according to the unique ID of the goods; the goods in the locked state cannot be subjected to operations including but not limited to warehouse-out, processing and movement unless the goods have a delivery receipt issued by the online trading platform.
Specifically, the locking function may be to take the goods to the warehouse system for locking the goods at the unique number and the contract number of the warehouse, which represents that the goods are locked under the contract number and the name of the buyer, and the resource cannot be moved unless there is a waiter of the contract issued by the system. The locking failure is also the contract generation failure and the data rollback. The general reason for the failure of the lock is that the goods may have been locked, because the inspection is only a verification status, there is a time difference between the inspection and the locking, and if a third party locks the goods, the lock will fail. According to the embodiment of the invention, through the goods locking operation, the ordering contract is generated after the goods inspection is successful, and the goods locking operation is performed on the goods under the same item, so that the rights and interests of the buyer are guaranteed, the safety and the reliability of the online operation are improved, and the risk that the buyer cannot pick up the goods after paying is reduced.
Preferably, the goods can be locked only once in the same time period, when the goods are already in a locked state, the online trading platform requests that the locking of the goods is failed, data in the goods ordering contract is rolled back, and the ordering contract is failed to be generated.
Preferably, the fund lock comprises:
the buyer pays the seller through the payment system;
the payment system locks the funds in the account of the buyer, and the payment in the funds locking state cannot be carried out, including but not limited to payment and cash withdrawal.
Specifically, after the buyer pays successfully, the fund under the ordering contract item is subjected to fund locking operation, the rights and interests of the seller are guaranteed, the safety and the reliability of online operation are improved, and the risk that the seller cannot collect the funds after the goods pass the house is reduced.
Preferably, the customer request includes, but is not limited to, an order contract, a contract number, a customer order number, a unique ID of the goods, a code and name of the rightful party and the buyer in the warehouse management system.
Preferably, the passing home comprises
The warehouse management system receives a customer passing request of the online transaction platform;
and the warehouse management system changes the goods authority of the goods under the ordering contract item from the selling room to the buying room according to the ordering contract, the passing order and the unique ID of the goods of the passing request, and unlocks the goods. Specifically, when the warehouse completes the automatic customer-passing action, the warehouse management system notifies the payment system, which indicates that the customer-passing order has completed the customer-passing, and then notifies the payment system to release the frozen payment. The payment system either unfreezes the payment or the transaction is finished.
