When the ice cubes are demolded, the heating mechanism 420 is first activated to melt the outer wall of the ice cubes, so as to demold the ice cubes, so that the ice cubes are adhered into the first mold portion 310, and then the driving mechanism 500 drives the first shell 210 to move to a predetermined position, the first push rod 410 passes through the first through hole 212 to push the first mold portion 310, so that the first mold portion 310 is deformed under stress, and the ice cubes in the first mold portion 310 are ejected and fall into the ice storage bin for a user to take.
The application provides a refrigerator, wherein an ice making grid of an ice maker arranged in the refrigerator comprises a first mould shell and a second mould shell which can be opened and closed, and the ice making grid is suitable for manufacturing special-shaped ice blocks which can be formed only by matching of a mould and a mold, such as spherical ice blocks or polyhedral ice blocks. And, first mould shell movable and its dorsal part are provided with the ejector pin, and the second mould shell is fixed and is equipped with heating mechanism. When the ice cube is removed from the mold, the heating mechanism is started to make the ice cube adhere to the first mold shell, and then the first mold shell moves to a preset position, and the ejector rod ejects the ice cube. This application demoulding structure is simple, and demoulding effect is reliable. In addition, the driving component needed by the mode of fixing the formwork at one side and moving the formwork at one side is simpler, and the space occupied by the whole ice machine is smaller.
In some embodiments of the present application, since the second mold shell side is released mainly by means of the heating mechanism 420 to melt the outer wall of the ice cubes without deformation of the mold portion of the second mold shell, the second mold shell may be only a shell capable of forming a mold cavity with the first mold portion 310 without providing a mold portion.
In some embodiments of the present application, the opening and closing motion of the first and second housing portions 210 and 220 may include at least a translational type or a rotational type, and the present application provides a preferred mating driving mechanism 500 for these two types of modes, respectively.

Referring to fig. 5, two racks 540 are provided and are respectively provided at front and rear sides of the top of the first case portion 210. The four sliding rods 570 are respectively disposed at four corner positions of the first shell portion 210 and the second shell portion 220. The main motor 510 is coupled to the main shaft 520, and the rack 540 is engaged with the main shaft 520 through the gear set 530 such that the first housing part 210 can be translated along the slide bar 550.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, when the first housing part 210 adopts a rotary opening and closing motion, the driving mechanism 500 may include a motor 501 and a rotation shaft 502. The first housing portion 210 is coupled to a rotation shaft 502, and the motor 501 is coupled to the rotation shaft 502 such that the first housing portion 210 can rotate in a predetermined direction. The second housing portion 220 can be connected to a fixed shaft 503 or directly connected to the base 100.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2 and 7, the end surface of the first ejector pin 410 matches with the profile surface of the first mold part 310, so that the ejector pin can be more snugly pushed against the mold part, and the mold part is effectively deformed, thereby releasing the ice cubes in the mold part.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 10, the mold body may have a plurality of mold cavities, as illustrated in the example of three mold cavities, each having a water inlet 301. A water tank 600 is arranged above the shell, the water tank 600 is provided with water diversion ports 601 corresponding to the water inlets 301, and water diversion pipes can be arranged at the water diversion ports 601 in an extensible mode and communicated with the water inlets 301. Referring to fig. 1, the water tank 600 may be fixed to the base 100, and an opening is formed at a position of the upper side plate 101 corresponding to the water tank 600. The arrangement of the multiple mold cavities increases the single ice making quantity of the ice maker, and the arrangement of the water tank 600 with the water diversion port 601 can help to improve the water injection efficiency, so that the ice making efficiency is effectively improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 11, the plurality of cavities are connected to each other by water holes 302, so that water injected into the cavities can circulate in the cavities, thereby making the amount of water in each cavity tend to be even and ensuring that the weight difference of the ice cubes is small.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 11, the water inlet 301 is annular, preferably funnel-shaped, formed in the first mold portion 310 or the second mold portion 320. This application becomes the form of independent shaping in one of them mould portion with the mode of water inlet 301 from two halves compound dies, and water leaks outside to the die cavity from water filling port 301's joint line when can avoiding the water injection, and the water that spills causes the mould adhesion after freezing, and first mould portion 310 separately causes the difficulty with second mould portion 320 when giving follow-up drawing of patterns, leads to the drawing of patterns process not smooth and easy. And because the single water injection amount is constant during ice making, if water is leaked during water injection, the amount of water entering the die cavity is reduced, the produced ice blocks are smaller than preset, and the integrity of the ice blocks is reduced. And adopt the annular water inlet 301 of this application, can avoid leaking to can guarantee the integrity of ice-cube better.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 11, the cavity (first cavity) edge of the first mold part 310 is provided with a first engaging part (not shown), and the cavity (second cavity) edge of the second mold part 320 is provided with a second engaging part 322 adapted to the first engaging part. One of the first combining portion and the second combining portion 322 is a rib, and the other is a groove. The setting can improve the die assembly attaching degree of the first die part 310 and the second die part 320, and effectively avoids the phenomenon that the appearance of ice blocks is irregular due to the fact that the ice blocks have flanges at the die assembly lines, and the appearance of the ice blocks is affected.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
