8. The energy-saving control method for the water heater according to claim 7, further comprising:
when the instruction of closing the energy-saving mode is received, acquiring a user face image of an area corresponding to the energy-saving mode control key;
matching the user face image with a standard face image;
and when the instruction is not matched, the operation of executing the instruction for closing the energy-saving mode is not carried out.
9. The energy-saving control system of the water heater is characterized by comprising:
the energy-saving control system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a control module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving an energy-saving mode starting instruction, and the energy-saving mode starting instruction comprises water heater identification information;
the determining module is used for determining a corresponding standard water consumption time period according to the identification information of the water heater;
and the first control module is used for controlling the electric auxiliary heating function to be in a closed state in the standard water using time period.
10. The energy-saving control system for the water heater according to claim 9, wherein the determining module specifically executes:
and acquiring corresponding historical water consumption data according to the identification information of the water heater, and determining a corresponding standard water consumption time period according to the historical water consumption data.
11. The energy saving control system of claim 10, wherein the historical water usage data comprises daily water usage for a previous set period when the start energy saving mode command was received, and the determining module comprises:
the first calculation unit is used for calculating the corresponding average daily water consumption according to the daily water consumption of the previous set period;
the starting time determining unit is used for taking the time when the water heater corresponding to the water heater identification information is detected to be used as the starting time of the standard water using time period when the average daily water using amount is not higher than the water using amount threshold value;
the water consumption threshold is the maximum water supply amount which is started from the preset heating temperature and keeps the water temperature of the water heater not lower than the lower limit of the water temperature without starting the electric auxiliary heating function.
12. The water heater economizer control system of claim 11 wherein the determination module further comprises:
the second calculation unit is used for calculating the difference value of the average daily water consumption and the water consumption threshold value when the average daily water consumption is higher than the water consumption threshold value, and calculating the water supply time length corresponding to the water consumption difference value;
the timing unit is used for starting timing when the water heater corresponding to the water heater identification information is detected to be used;
the start time determining unit takes the current time as the start time of the standard water usage period when the duration reaches the water supply duration.

The water heater energy saving control system of claim 12, wherein the determining module further comprises an end time determining unit for taking the set off time of the water heater corresponding to the water heater identification information as the end time of the standard water usage period.
14. The water heater economizer control system of claim 9 wherein the system further comprises:
the second receiving module is used for receiving an instruction for closing the energy-saving mode, wherein the instruction for closing the energy-saving mode comprises identification information of the water heater;
and the instruction execution module is used for executing the instruction for closing the energy-saving mode, and the instruction execution module does not execute the closing control of the electric auxiliary heating function of the water heater corresponding to the water heater identification information.
15. The energy saving control system for water heater according to claim 14, wherein the water heater is provided with an energy saving mode control key, the system further comprises:
the detection module is used for detecting whether the energy-saving mode control key is pressed down or not after the instruction for starting the energy-saving mode is received;
and the instruction generating module is used for generating the instruction for closing the energy-saving mode when the detection module detects that the energy-saving mode control key is pressed down.
16. The water heater economizer control system of claim 15 wherein the system further comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a user face image of an area corresponding to the energy-saving mode control key when the instruction of closing the energy-saving mode is received;
the matching module is used for matching the user face image with a standard face image;
and the second control module is used for controlling the instruction execution module not to execute the operation of closing the energy-saving mode instruction when the instruction execution module is not matched with the instruction.

The energy-saving control device for the water heater is characterized by comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored in the memory and is configured to be executed by the processor, wherein the processor realizes the energy-saving control method for the water heater according to any one of claims 1-8 when executing the computer program.
18. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, the computer program implements the energy saving control method for a water heater according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
