Abstract
The invention provides a method for maintaining a full section of a tunnel under a working condition without occupying a road, which comprises the steps of firstly installing rails on cable ducts at two sides of the tunnel, secondly installing a traveling device and a lifting device on the rails, and finally installing a working platform on the rails, and realizing the longitudinal and vertical movement of the working platform in the tunnel through the lifting device and the traveling device, thereby providing a construction platform which meets the requirement of a highway tunnel passing limit, is quick and safe in erection and detachment, is convenient for personnel to construct and has a large operation area for maintaining the full section of the tunnel. The invention can provide a safe, spacious and convenient construction platform for tunnel maintenance, when personnel maintain the tunnel on the working platform, vehicles can pass through the channel formed under the construction platform, and normal traffic is not influenced; meanwhile, the construction platform has anti-collision, safety warning and other safety protection technologies, and can be rapidly installed and adjusted according to the structural sizes of different tunnels.

Background
The scale of highway tunnels in China is continuously increased, more and more tunnels enter periodic maintenance, but the maintenance experience is insufficient, the maintenance foundation is weak, and the light maintenance thinking is reestablished for curing, so that the maintenance operation condition of the highway tunnels is worried. The task of the highway tunnel in China is mainly constructed and is changed to be constructed and maintained.

Furthermore, the running gear 2 is composed of a speed reducer 12, wheels 10 and an anti-rotation support 13, and the speed reducer 12 controls the wheels 10 to run on the track 1, so that the lifting platform moves in the horizontal direction.

Compared with the prior art, the movable lifting platform for maintaining the full section of the tunnel under the working condition of no road occupation can provide a safe, spacious and convenient construction platform for maintaining the tunnel. When personnel maintain the tunnel on the working platform, vehicles can pass through a channel formed under the construction platform, and normal traffic is not affected; meanwhile, the construction platform has anti-collision, safety warning and other safety protection technologies, and can be rapidly installed and adjusted according to the structural sizes of different tunnels.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention relates to a movable lifting platform for maintaining a full section of a tunnel under a working condition without occupying a road, which comprises: the device comprises a track 1, a walking device 2, a lifting device 3, an inclined frame 4, a ladder stand 5, a working platform 6, a winch 7, a control device 8 and an induction plate 9. The track 1 is laid on cable trenches on two sides of the tunnel, and the walking device 2 is connected with the track 1 through wheels 10; a fixed seat 15 of the lifting device 3 is arranged on the top surface of the walking device 2 and is connected with the walking device through a wheel assembly 14, and a sliding seat 16 of the lifting device 3 is controlled by the winch 7 to slide up and down on the guide post 11; the inclined frame 4 is connected with the lifting device 3 through bolts, the working platform 6 is arranged on the inclined frame, and an operator enters the working platform 6 through the ladder stand 5 to perform tunnel maintenance operation; the operator controls the longitudinal movement and the vertical lifting operation of the platform through a control device 8 arranged on the walking device 2; meanwhile, the induction plate 9 is arranged on the vehicle-facing surface of the movable lifting platform, so that warning and reminding of passing vehicles are realized, and collision of the vehicles is prevented.
