A fall arrest window according to claim 8, characterized in that the anti-slip sheet (70) has a boss (71) on one side, the thickness of the boss (71) is slightly smaller than the thickness of the first mounting groove flange (12) and the second mounting groove flange (22), the boss (71) on the anti-slip sheet (70) in the first fixture mounting groove (11) is close to the side where the first fixture (50) is located, and the boss (71) on the anti-slip sheet (70) in the second fixture mounting groove (21) is close to the side where the second fixture (60) is located.
