本发明公开了一种太阳能保温通风墙体。其包括主墙体及主墙体外侧的外保温层,所述主墙体内从内向外分别设有内层风道、外层隔热腔,所述内层风道设有流量调节阀。该墙体可用于收集热风系统或其他系统,该系统采用了多种手段进行保温,兼具隔热层和热风(可来自太阳能)输送通道的功能,是一个具备热源输送、提高调节温度、高效保温的综合结构体,对热风具有优良的保温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及供热技术领域,具体地说是一种太阳能保温通风墙体。
背景技术
近年来,清洁能源已成为人类能用发展领域的热点,太阳能是清洁能源中应用非常广泛的一种能源形式,在人类日常家居生活中,太阳能采暖已经广泛使用,常规的太阳能采暖是指将分散的太阳能通过集热器(例如:平板太阳能集热板、真空太阳能管、太阳能热管等吸收太阳能的收集设备)把太阳能转换成方便使用的热水,通过热水输送到发热末端(例如:地板采暖系统、散热器系统等)提供房间采暖的系统。该类采暖装置主要运用于人类生活用水,而对空气的供热方面尚未广泛使用。使用太阳能通过集热器得到热量如果直接以空气的形式进行传输,通常面临温度不稳定,降温快,不保温等问题,这也是采用太阳能-空气-热风技术路线所面临的的主要技术难题。目前,太阳能直接进行热风供应的系统尚未实施,与之相应的太阳能集热、输送等相关专用部件也未见公开。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种太阳能保温通风墙体,它具有保温、隔热效果,能较好地将被太阳能加热的空气进行传送。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明一种太阳能保温通风墙体,包括主墙体及主墙体外侧的外保温层,所述主墙体内从内向外分别设有内层风道、外层隔热腔,所述内层风道设有流量调节阀,所述流量调节阀调节内层风道流量大小。
作为优选,所述主墙体外侧固定有安装支架,该安装支架固定于主墙体上,并伸出外保温层。
进一步地,所述安装支架为可伸缩结构。
进一步地,所述安装支架的伸缩部末端设有向上的限位栏。
作为优选,所述内层风道处设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与主控单元相连,主控单元接收温度传感器的温度信号并控制主墙体内送风的通断。
上述系统提供了一种综合性的保温通风墙体,该墙体可用于收集热风系统或其他系统,该系统采用了多种手段进行保温,除了其外保温层,还设置了内层风道和外层隔热腔的双层隔热空间,由此,外保温层作为最外层的保温手段,其内的外层隔热腔作为进一步的保温隔热措施,而最内侧的内层风道兼具隔热层和热风(可来自太阳能)输送通道的功能。内层风道和外层隔热腔相互作用,形成一个比单独隔热腔室效果更佳的隔热保温结构。且内层风道设置了流量调节阀,可根据需要可具体环境、温度等参数,灵活调节热风流量。上述整体结构配置,使得常规的墙体变为一个具备热源输送、提高调节温度、高效保温的综合结构体,经实际工况的反复试验测试,该保温通风墙体,对热风具有优良的保温性能,该系统同时也适用于其他能源种类的送风系统,如现有技术中的中央空调等。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。以下描述仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明一种太阳能保温通风墙体,包括主墙体1及主墙体1外侧的外保温层6,所述主墙体1内从内向外分别设有内层风道2、外层隔热腔4,所述内层风道2设有流量调节阀5,流量调节阀5调节内层风道2流量大小。
作为优选,所述主墙体1外侧固定有安装支架7,该安装支架7固定于主墙体1上,并伸出外保温层6。
进一步地,所述安装支架7为可伸缩结构。
进一步地,所述安装支架7的伸缩部71末端设有向上的限位栏。
上述安装支架7可用于安装太阳能集热装置,常规的太阳能集热装置一般置于建筑物顶部,而其他部位则不便于设置太阳能集热装置,尤其在高层建筑中,绝大部分楼层无法安装太阳能集热装置,本系统中设置的安装支架7,可以承载太阳能集热装置,且安装支架7可伸缩结构,可适应不同型号、大小、安装角度的太阳能集热装置,使得不同楼层的墙体均可直接设置太阳能集热装置。
作为优选,所述内层风道2处设置有温度传感器8,所述温度传感器8与主控单元9相连,主控单元9接收温度传感器8的温度信号并可控制主墙体1内送风的通断,控制该主墙体1内送风的通断可通过主墙体1末端另设的送风总阀门,该阀门属于外部的送风动力系统,与本申请的一种太阳能保温通风墙体配合使用,此处不再详述。总体而言,主墙体1包括流量调节阀5和主控单元9控制的送风总阀门两种调节机制,利于对主墙体1内风量的灵活控制。
内层风道2、外层隔热腔4之间为中隔层3,内层风道2、外层隔热腔4相互作用,形成一个比单独隔热腔室效果更佳的隔热保温结构。并且内层风道2可设置为若干平行的独立通道,内层风道2设置流量调节阀5后,便于对热风流量进行调节。温度传感器8可监控内层风道2处的温度,根据内层风道2温度高低决定热风的流量调节。
上面所述外保温层6可以采用现有技术中外墙保温层的常用材料选择,此处不再详述。

1.一种太阳能保温通风墙体,包括主墙体(1)及主墙体(1)外侧的外保温层(6),所述主墙体(1)内从内向外分别设有内层风道(2)、外层隔热腔(4),所述内层风道(2)设有流量调节阀(5),流量调节阀(5)调节内层风道(2)流量大小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能保温通风墙体,其特征在于:所述主墙体(1)外侧固定有安装支架(7),该安装支架(7)固定于主墙体(1)上,并伸出外保温层(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能保温通风墙体,其特征在于:所述安装支架(7)为可伸缩结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能保温通风墙体,其特征在于:所述安装支架(7)的伸缩部(71)末端设有向上的限位栏。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能保温通风墙体,其特征在于:所述内层风道(2)处设置有温度传感器(8),所述温度传感器(8)与主控单元(9)相连,主控单元(9)接收温度传感器(8)的温度信号并控制主墙体(1)内送风的通断。
