The invention discloses a paver with an automatic camber distance fitting system, which comprises a camber adjusting device, a camber sensor, a speed sensor, a controller and a display, and also discloses an application method of the paver. According to the paver and the application method, only the paving distance and the corresponding camber requirement are required to be input into the system in advance according to the construction drawing requirement, the system can automatically, real-timely and precisely adjust the camber of the screed to a required state in the paving process according to a data fitting algorithm, and is not influenced by field accidents such as temporary shutdown, transition and the like, and switches and data can be power-off memorized and can be automatically and continuously adjusted after the state of the whole paver is comprehensively judged; under the working condition that the camber of the pavement is required to change frequently, the site construction is very convenient, and the construction efficiency and the pavement forming quality are greatly improved.

Background
The paver is a special machine for paving road building materials such as asphalt mixture, base layer stabilizing material, roller compacted concrete material, graded broken stone and the like, and is one of key devices for building base layers and surface layers of various grades of highways and municipal roads, squares, airports and parking lots. The paver paves and shapes the material according to the requirements of width, thickness, camber, wherein the camber of the road surface means the height difference of the position near the center of the road surface relative to the edge positions of two sides of the road surface, and the general shaped road surface is a positive camber formed by high middle and low two sides, thus being beneficial to draining water and avoiding water accumulation on the road surface. The screed plate device of the paver is usually connected with the left section and the right section by adopting a middle hinge structure so as to realize camber adjustment. In the past, the camber is adjusted manually by using a wrench, the adjusting process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the adjusting effect always lags behind the current actual camber requirement, and the camber adjusting precision is not high. Under the working condition that the camber of the pavement is required to change frequently, inconvenience is brought to a construction site, even the adjustment is carried out by suspending the construction, and the construction efficiency and the pavement forming quality are seriously influenced.

The invention aims to provide a paver with an automatic camber distance fitting system and an application method thereof, aiming at the defects, the invention can automatically adjust the camber of a screed plate according to the construction distance by leading in preset data of the walking distance and the camber and utilizing a data fitting algorithm in the process of pavement construction.

keeping the camber of the last adjustment in the current distance section by taking the starting time of the fitting function switch as a reference until the next camber distance fitting point;
and when the camber distance is close to a fitting point of the camber distance, the system performs stepping adjustment in advance according to the camber adjustment time and the difference value, and the camber distance is automatically kept after being adjusted in place.
Preferably, the camber distance fitting point is an camber distance fitting point which is input into the system by taking the current starting point as a distance 0 point and taking the paving distance and the corresponding camber requirement according to the construction requirement. Fig. 2 shows a conventional manual camber adjustment device of the prior art, which requires a manual operation of an adjustment wrench 7 to manually adjust the camber of a screed mechanism 6.
Fig. 3 shows an camber adjusting device 1 according to the present embodiment, which includes a joint bearing 11, a driving device 12 and a transmission mechanism 13, wherein the joint bearing 11 connects the hinged sections at two sides of the screed mechanism 6, i.e. the screed left section 61 and the screed right section 62 shown in the figure, and the driving device 12 connects and drives the joint bearing 11 through the transmission mechanism 13 to lift or press the screed mechanism 6. (4) In the system adjustment process, the current camber value is compared with a preset camber value of a camber distance fitting point and is adjusted to be consistent, the fitting value which does not reach the adjusting point is modified, the data of the passed fitting point is automatically placed in a historical data area, and the distance value of the ongoing fitting point is decreased in real time.
(5) And the manual adjustment function is preferentially executed and maintained in the automatic fitting process until the next camber distance fitting point enters automatic adjustment again.
(6) In the automatic fitting process, in a fitting data group period, the switch and the data can be powered off and memorized, and can be automatically continuously adjusted after the state of the whole machine is comprehensively judged.
(7) The fitting data can be cleared by one key, and the system maintains the last adjustment state after the zero clearing.
