Preferably, the defoaming agent is emulsified silicone oil, the film-forming assistant is propylene glycol butyl ether or dodecyl acetate, and the surfactant is alkylphenol polyoxyethylene.
Preferably, the dispersing agent is alkali metal phosphate, the emulsifying agent is sodium dodecyl sulfate, and the tackifier is tackifying rosin resin or modified rosin resin.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the required raw materials according to the formula of the water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating;
s2, superfine grinding: carrying out superfine grinding on the weighed titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, water glass, carbon fiber, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide aerogel powder, quartz powder, talcum powder and white carbon black, and mixing the ground raw materials to obtain a solid mixture A;
s3, preliminary mixing: putting the weighed polyether polyol, polyethylene glycol ether, vinyl alcohol, deionized water, silicate solution, styrene-acrylic emulsion, organic silicone oil, epoxy resin, epoxy alkyd resin and silicone-acrylic emulsion into a closed stirring kettle for stirring at the stirring temperature of 70-85 ℃ for 1.5-2 h to obtain a liquid mixture B;
s4, secondary mixing: adding the mixture A into a stirring kettle, uniformly mixing the mixture A with the liquid mixture B, adding a dispersing agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent, a defoaming agent, an emulsifier, a silane coupling agent, an antioxidant, a thickening agent, a tackifier, a surfactant and a leveling agent during mixing, wherein the mixing temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the mixing time is 2-3 hours;

Preferably, in S3, the stirring temperature is 80 ℃, and the stirring time is 2 h; in S4, the mixing temperature was 85 ℃ and the mixing time was 3 hours.
The invention also provides equipment for preparing the water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating, which comprises a weighing device, an ultramicro grinder, a mixing device and a stirring kettle;
the stirring kettle comprises a tank body, a sealing box, a movable box, a gear, a rotating shaft and a connecting shaft; a heating device is arranged in the tank body, a charging opening is formed in the top of the tank body, a discharging pipe is arranged at the bottom of the tank body, a sealing cover is arranged on the charging opening, and a control valve is arranged on the discharging pipe; the sealing box is vertically arranged on the tank body, and a rack and a guide rod are vertically arranged in the sealing box; the movable box is provided with a sliding part which is connected with the guide rod in a sliding way; a motor is arranged in the movable box, a transmission shaft is arranged at the output end of the motor, and a gear is arranged on the transmission shaft and is meshed and connected with the rack; the rotating shaft is vertically arranged, the top end of the rotating shaft is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft extends into the tank body; the connecting shaft is vertically arranged in the tank body and connected with the bottom end of the rotating shaft, a stirring piece is arranged on the connecting shaft, and an arc-shaped groove is formed in the upper portion of the stirring piece.
Preferably, the transmission shaft is provided with a first bevel gear, the rotating shaft is provided with a second bevel gear, and the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are positioned in the movable box and are in meshed connection.

s3, preliminary mixing: putting the weighed polyether polyol, polyethylene glycol ether, vinyl alcohol, deionized water, silicate solution, styrene-acrylic emulsion, organic silicone oil, epoxy resin, epoxy alkyd resin and silicone-acrylic emulsion into a closed stirring kettle for stirring at the stirring temperature of 70-85 ℃ for 1.5-2 h to obtain a liquid mixture B;
s4, secondary mixing: adding the mixture A into a stirring kettle, uniformly mixing the mixture A with the liquid mixture B, adding a dispersing agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent, a defoaming agent, an emulsifier, a silane coupling agent, an antioxidant, a thickening agent, a tackifier, a surfactant and a leveling agent during mixing, wherein the mixing temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the mixing time is 2-3 hours;
and S5, standing for 0.5-1 h after uniformly mixing to obtain the finished product of the water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating.
In S3, stirring at 80 ℃ for 2 h; in S4, the mixing temperature was 85 ℃ and the mixing time was 3 hours.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the present invention further provides a preparation apparatus for the water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating, which comprises a weighing device, an ultramicro grinder, a mixing device and a stirring kettle;
wherein, the stirring kettle comprises a tank body 1, a seal box 5, a movable box 6, a gear 14, a rotating shaft 9 and a connecting shaft 10; a heating device 3 is arranged in the tank body 1, a feeding port 2 is arranged at the top of the tank body 1, a discharging pipe 4 is arranged at the bottom of the tank body 1, a sealing cover is arranged on the feeding port 2, and a control valve is arranged on the discharging pipe 4; the seal box 5 is vertically arranged on the tank body 1, and a rack 13 and a guide rod 15 are vertically arranged in the seal box 5; a sliding part 16 is arranged on the movable box 6, and the sliding part 16 is connected with the guide rod 15 in a sliding way; a motor 7 is arranged in the movable box 6, a transmission shaft 8 is arranged at the output end of the motor 7, and a gear 14 is arranged on the transmission shaft 8 and is meshed with the rack 13; the rotating shaft 9 is vertically arranged, the top end of the rotating shaft 9 is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft 8, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft 9 extends into the tank body 1; the connecting shaft 10 is vertically arranged in the tank body 1 and is connected with the bottom end of the rotating shaft 9, the connecting shaft 10 is provided with a stirring piece 11, and the upper part of the stirring piece 11 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 12; the transmission shaft 8 is provided with a first bevel gear 17, the rotating shaft 9 is provided with a second bevel gear 18, and the first bevel gear 17 and the second bevel gear 18 are positioned in the movable box 6 and are in meshed connection. In operation, the motor 7 rotates the transmission shaft 8, the transmission shaft 8 drives the rotation shaft 9 to rotate through the first bevel gear 17 and the second bevel gear 18, the connecting shaft 10 drives the stirring piece 11 to rotate, and the stirring piece 11 uniformly stirs raw materials; and the transmission shaft 8 drives the gear 14 to rotate, and the gear 14 is matched with the rack 13 to enable the movable box 6 to move in the vertical direction, so that the raw materials are turned up and down, the stirring effect is obviously improved, the raw materials are uniformly mixed, and the quality of the coating is improved.

6. The water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is alkali metal phosphate, the emulsifier is sodium dodecyl sulfate, and the tackifier is tackifying rosin resin or modified rosin resin.
7. A method for preparing the water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating material according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing the required raw materials according to the formula of the water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating;
s2, superfine grinding: carrying out superfine grinding on the weighed titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, water glass, carbon fiber, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide aerogel powder, quartz powder, talcum powder and white carbon black, and mixing the ground raw materials to obtain a solid mixture A;
s3, preliminary mixing: putting the weighed polyether polyol, polyethylene glycol ether, vinyl alcohol, deionized water, silicate solution, styrene-acrylic emulsion, organic silicone oil, epoxy resin, epoxy alkyd resin and silicone-acrylic emulsion into a closed stirring kettle for stirring at the stirring temperature of 70-85 ℃ for 1.5-2 h to obtain a liquid mixture B;
