Description

Marine hydrogen power system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hydrogen energy application and ship construction, in particular to a marine hydrogen power system.
Background
The hydrogen energy is a novel completely green pollution-free energy, and is gradually replacing the traditional energy in various fields. Especially on ships. Compared with the traditional fuel oil, the hydrogen energy has no emission and no pollution. Compared with pure electric power, hydrogen energy has endurance comparable to that of fuel oil.
Ships powered by hydrogen energy are in scientific research and experimental stages at home and abroad at present, and no mature product exists yet.
The core of the ship hydrogen energy system is a hydrogen storage device and a hydrogen fuel cell. The hydrogen fuel cell of the existing hydrogen energy test ship at home and abroad is arranged in an engine room. Because hydrogen is flammable and explosive gas, high requirements are put on explosion prevention of the engine room, and therefore a series of technical problems needing to be broken through are derived, such as researches on hydrogen dissipation, detection, safety, alarm and the like in the engine room of the hydrogen-powered ship and explosion prevention requirements of all accessories in each pair of engine rooms, such as a fan, a pump set and the like.
In addition, when the hydrogen storage device is placed in the open air, the sun shade is installed according to the standard requirement, but the traditional sun shade is fixed, wastes space, has single function and is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble the hydrogen storage device.
Disclosure of Invention
In accordance with the above-mentioned technical problem, a marine hydrogen power system is provided. The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows:
a marine hydrogen power system comprising: the hydrogen fuel cell and the hydrogen storage device of open-air installation, the top of hydrogen fuel cell and hydrogen storage device is equipped with the portable multi-functional sunshade that covers the two, portable multi-functional sunshade is used for preventing sunshine from penetrating directly hydrogen fuel cell and hydrogen storage device, portable multi-functional sunshade is equipped with the solar panel that is used for lithium cell charging on the boats and ships, the removal subassembly of portable multi-functional sunshade is used for making things convenient for hydrogen storage device loading and unloading and filling hydrogen.
Furthermore, solar panel distributes in the top and the lateral wall of portable multi-functional sunshade cover.

Further, portable multi-functional sunshade including install the track on the deck and can a plurality of cover bodies that move on the track, portable multi-functional sunshade includes a plurality of consecutive the cover body, the sectional area crescent of the cover body, wherein the bottom end of the cover body that the sectional area is the biggest is fixed on the deck, when needing to expose hydrogen storage device, the cover body of tip slides and gets into adjacent cover body, gets into in proper order until all cover bodies get into the cover body that the sectional area is the biggest.
Furthermore, each section of cover body is provided with a hook, and the hook is arranged outside the cover body and used for driving the next section of cover body to move together when moving.
Further, the motor is installed on the deck outside the cover body with the largest sectional area, the motor is connected with the inhaul cable, the inhaul cable is connected to the cover body, the fixed pulley is arranged on the side of the cover body with the smallest sectional area, and the pulling direction of the inhaul cable is changed through the fixed pulley at the tail end.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the hydrogen fuel cell and the hydrogen storage device are arranged together on the top deck, are arranged adjacently and are installed in the open air. Therefore, the problems related to explosion prevention of the engine room are avoided, and the installation and maintenance are easier than the conventional scheme. The hydrogen fuel cell is adjacent to the hydrogen cylinder, so that the hydrogen transmission pipeline is shortened, the pipeline does not pass through the ship body any more, and the safety is improved. If hydrogen escapes from the hydrogen fuel cell, the hydrogen can be quickly dissipated and cannot be accumulated in a closed space such as a cabin, so that the safety is improved. The protection level of the current domestic hydrogen fuel cell can be more than IP67, and the protection level can meet the requirement of being arranged outdoors.
2. The ship is not provided with an explosion-proof engine room any more, so that a large number of technical problems which are not solved at present, including a series of problems of explosion prevention, hydrogen detection, hydrogen dissipation, alarm and the like of the hydrogen fuel cell engine room, are avoided, and the technical difficulty of hydrogen power in ship application is reduced. Explosion-proof equipment in the engine room, including explosion-proof detectors, pump sets, fans, lamps and the like, is not needed, and a large amount of cost is saved.
3. The hydrogen fuel cell can adopt air cooling instead of water cooling, the mature technology of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle can be directly transplanted, secondary development is not needed, an auxiliary device is not needed to be installed, the cost is reduced, and the technical difficulty of hydrogen power on ship application is reduced.
4. The invention also comprises a movable multifunctional sun shade, namely, the traditional hydrogen storage device sun shade is replaced by the sun shade which can electrically slide, so that the sun shade can be conveniently removed, and the hydrogen storage device can be lifted to be taken off and charged and lifted to be installed on the ship. The hydrogen storage device shield can be conveniently moved, and the hydrogen storage device is convenient to load and unload and fill hydrogen.
5. An explosion-proof solar panel is arranged on the sunshade cover. Hydrogen powered vessels are often equipped with lithium batteries as a supplement to hydrogen and electricity, and may also be independently powered. The solar panel fully utilizes space and energy to charge the auxiliary energy on the ship, namely the lithium battery, and is green, environment-friendly, low in cost and free of active operation.
