Abstract
A slide rail type curling device comprises a base, a transmission assembly, a driving wheel, a sliding assembly and a die. The transmission assembly comprises a limiting rod, a die carrier, a connecting rod, a connecting block, a first fixing seat and a lever. The sliding assembly comprises a sliding rail, a sliding plate, a second fixing seat and a connecting piece. The distance from the top point of one end of the guide rail groove to the central axis of the through hole is smaller than the distance from the top point of the other end of the guide rail groove to the central axis of the through hole. And the connecting block is connected with the connecting rod and one end of the limiting rod and slides along the guide rail groove through the limiting column. When the body rotates, the connecting block always slides up and down in the guide rail groove in a reciprocating manner, so that the connecting block is continuously close to or far away from the through hole. Background
Paper cups a paper container is made by machining and bonding base paper made of wood pulp, and the appearance of the paper container is cup-shaped. The paper cup has the characteristics of safety, sanitation, lightness and convenience, and is widely applied to places such as public places, restaurants, dining rooms and the like. In the process of manufacturing the paper cup, the mouth of the paper cup needs to be curled, so that the strength of the mouth of the paper cup is ensured, and the mouth is prevented from being damaged by the cut.
In the crimping device in the prior art, a plurality of crimping stations are arranged on a fixed plate, and a driving cylinder and a rotating motor respectively drive the fixed plate to move up and down and the crimping stations to rotate so as to crimp. But a plurality of hemming stations are fixed on the same fixing plate, so that the whole hemming device is complex in structure, such as complex in disassembly and assembly, and is not easy to adjust when paper cups of different specifications are required to be hemmed. A slide rail type curling device comprises a base, a transmission assembly arranged on the base and a driving wheel arranged on the transmission assembly. The connecting rod movably penetrates through two end faces of the die carrier, and one end of the connecting rod is connected with the connecting block. The connecting block is provided with a limiting column in the axial direction perpendicular to the connecting rod. The driving wheel comprises a body, a through hole and a guide rail groove, wherein the body is located under the die carrier and is rotatably arranged, the through hole is formed in the center of the body, and the guide rail groove is formed in the body. The limiting column is inserted in the guide rail groove and slides in the guide rail groove. The distance from the top point of one end of the guide rail groove to the central axis of the through hole is smaller than the distance from the top point of the other end of the guide rail groove to the central axis of the through hole. When the body rotates, the connecting block is always in the guide rail groove along the central shaft of the connecting rod slides in a reciprocating mode, so that the connecting block is continuously close to or far away from the through hole.

The distance from the top point of one end of the guide rail groove to the central shaft of the through hole is smaller than the distance from the top point of the other end of the guide rail groove to the central shaft of the through hole, and the connecting block is connected with one end of the connecting rod and one end of the limiting rod and slides along the guide rail groove through the limiting column. When the body rotates, the connecting block always slides in the guide rail groove along the central shaft of the connecting rod in a reciprocating manner, so that the connecting block is continuously close to or far away from the through hole, and the connecting rod is driven to continuously move up and down in a reciprocating manner. The reciprocating movement speed of the connecting rod can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the driving wheel, and the size of the guide rail groove, namely the distance from the two ends of the guide rail groove to the through hole, can be changed to adjust the reciprocating movement distance of the connecting rod, so that the reciprocating sliding distance between the sliding assembly and the die is changed to adapt to paper cups of different specifications, and the compatibility is improved. The rail-type hemming device is independently provided and is independently controlled by the driving wheel, so that the hemming device is easier to control and is prevented from influencing each other.

Detailed Description
Specific examples of the present invention will be described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 to 4 are schematic structural views of a slide rail type hemming device according to the present invention. The rail type hemming device includes a base 10, a driving assembly 20 disposed on the base 10, a driving wheel 30 disposed on the driving assembly 20, a sliding assembly 40 disposed on the driving assembly 20, and a mold 50 disposed on the sliding assembly 40. It is contemplated that the rail-type hemming device may further include other functional modules, such as an assembly component, a mounting component, a driving motor, and the like, which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
The base 10 is disposed on an external machine (not shown) and is used for disposing the transmission assembly 20.
The transmission assembly 20 comprises a limiting rod 21 rotatably arranged on the base 10, a die carrier 22 positioned above the base 10, a connecting rod 23 movably arranged on the die carrier 22 in a penetrating manner, a connecting block 24 connected with the limiting rod 21 and the connecting rod 23, a first fixing seat 25 arranged on the die carrier 22, and a lever 26 arranged on the first fixing seat 25.
One end of the limiting rod 21 is rotatably arranged on the base 10, and the other end of the limiting rod is connected with the connecting block 24. The limiting rod 21 is used for limiting the moving range of the connecting rod 23 and the connecting block 24, that is, the moving range of the limiting rod 21 is limited by the limiting rod 21, so that the moving range of the mold 50 can be limited.
The mold frame 22 is disposed on an external frame (not shown) and is configured to penetrate the connecting rod 23 and to dispose the first fixing seat 25, so that a sliding direction of the connecting rod 23 can be ensured. It will be understood that the structure and shape of the mold frame 22 should be adapted to assemble the various functional components described above and will not be described in detail herein.
The connecting rod 23 movably penetrates through two end faces of the mold frame 22, and two ends of the connecting rod are respectively rotatably connected with the connecting block 24 and one end of the lever 26, so that the moving direction of the connecting rod 23 and the moving range of the connecting block 24 are limited, and the connecting rod 23 can only reciprocate along the axial direction under the driving of the driving wheel 40.
The connecting block 24 is fixedly connected with the limiting rod 21 and is connected with one end of the connecting rod 23 through a pivot. The connecting block 24 is provided with a limiting column 241 in the axial direction perpendicular to the connecting rod 23. The limiting post 241 is inserted into the driving wheel 30 and can slide in the driving wheel 30, so that the limiting rod 21 and the connecting rod 23 are connected through the connecting block 24 and connected with the driving wheel 30 through the limiting rod 21. And the driving wheel 30 can drive the transmission assembly 20 to transmit power through the connecting block 24, and the specific principle will be described below in conjunction with the driving wheel 30.
The first fixing seat 25 is disposed on an end surface of a top end of the mold frame 22, and is used for disposing the lever 26 and supporting the lever 26 to rotate.
The center position of the lever 26 is rotatably disposed on the first fixing seat 25, one end of the lever 26 is rotatably connected to one end of the connecting rod 23, the other end of the lever 26 is rotatably connected to the sliding assembly 40, and the length of the lever 26 is smaller than that of the connecting rod 23, so that the transmission of the transmission assembly 20 is easier.
The driving wheel 30 includes a body 31 rotatably disposed under the mold frame 22, a through hole 32 disposed at a center position on the body 31, and a guide rail groove 33 disposed on the body 31.
The through hole 32 is used for inserting an output shaft of an external rotating motor (not shown), so that the body 31 is driven to rotate by the external rotating motor.
The shape of the guide groove 33 should be such that the connecting rod 23 reciprocates up and down, and will not be described in detail. The distance from the vertex of one end of the guide rail groove 33 to the central axis of the through hole 32 is smaller than the distance from the vertex of the other end of the guide rail groove 33 to the central axis of the through hole 32, and the connecting block 24 connects one end of the connecting rod 23 and one end of the limiting rod 21 and slides along the guide rail groove 241 through the limiting column 241. Therefore, when the body 31 rotates, due to the limitation of the moving range of the connecting rod 23 and the limiting rod 21, the connecting block 24 always slides back and forth in the guide rail groove 33 along the central axis of the connecting rod 23, so that the connecting block 24 is continuously close to or away from the through hole 32, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the connecting rod 23 is driven to continuously move back and forth up and down. The reciprocating movement of the connecting rod 23 can drive the lever 26 to rotate around the center position thereof as a rotation point, thereby driving the sliding assembly 40 and the mold 50 to slide back and forth. The reciprocating speed of the connecting rod 23 can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the driving wheel 30, and the reciprocating distance of the connecting rod 23 can be adjusted by changing the driving wheels 30 with different specifications, namely changing the size of the guide rail groove 33, namely the distance from the two ends of the guide rail groove 33 to the through hole 32, so that the reciprocating distance of the sliding component 40 and the die 50 is changed to adapt to paper cups with different specifications, the compatibility is improved, the whole crimping device does not need to be changed, and the paper cup crimping device is more convenient and rapid.
The sliding assembly 40 includes two sliding rails 41 disposed on the mold frame 22, a sliding plate 41 slidably disposed on the sliding rails 41, a second fixing seat 43 disposed on the sliding plate 41, and a connecting member 44 connecting the second fixing seat 43 and the lever 26.
The slide rail 41 is disposed on a sidewall of the mold frame 22 and disposed opposite to the connecting rod 23, an extending direction of the slide rail 41 is parallel to a central axis of the connecting rod 23, and the slide rail 41 is configured to be disposed on the slide plate 41, so that the slide plate 41 can slide along the extending direction of the slide rail 41. The sliding plate 41 is used for arranging the second fixing seat 43 and driving the second fixing seat to slide. The two ends of the second fixed seat 43 are respectively connected with the connecting piece 44 and the die 50, and the second fixed seat 43 is used for arranging the die 50 and improving the overall structure. Both ends of the connecting member 44 are connected to one end of the holder 53 and one end of the lever 26, respectively, thereby connecting the holder 53 and the lever 26. When the lever 26 rotates, the lever 26 drives the sliding assembly 40 to reciprocate, so as to realize the pressing and lifting of the mold 50.
The mold 50 is a rounded rectangle in this embodiment, and the shape thereof may be set according to the shape of the paper cup. The mold 50 is used for pressing a curled edge, and it is conceivable that a curled edge lower mold located right below the mold 50 is further required for pressing the curled edge, a paper cup is placed in the curled edge lower mold, and when the mold 50 is pressed down, the mold 50 presses the cup rim of the paper cup to the curled edge lower mold, so that the cup rim is curled.
Compared with the prior art, the sliding rail type curling device provided by the invention is independently arranged on the machine table and is independently controlled by the driving wheel 30. The driving wheel 30 includes a body 31 rotatably disposed under the mold frame 22, a through hole 32 disposed at a center position on the body 31, and a guide rail groove 33 disposed on the body 31. When the body 31 rotates, the connecting block 24 slides back and forth along the central axis of the connecting rod 23 in the guide rail groove 33 all the time, so that the connecting block 24 is continuously close to or far away from the through hole 32, and the connecting rod 23 is driven to continuously move back and forth up and down. The reciprocating speed of the connecting rod 23 can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the driving wheel 30, and the reciprocating distance of the connecting rod 23 can be adjusted by changing the size of the guide rail groove 33, i.e. the distance from the two ends of the guide rail groove 33 to the through hole 32, so that the reciprocating sliding distance of the sliding assembly 40 and the die 50 is changed to adapt to paper cups with different specifications, and the compatibility is improved. The rail type hemming device is independently provided and independently controlled by the driving wheel 30, and it is easier to control the hemming device and prevent mutual interference.
