Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a die and a method for cleaning residual rubber in a runner of the die.
Background
After normal production, can remain the liquid silica gel who mixes in the mould runner, if not clear away in time, can block up the runner after the solidification, influence the mould and use next time, current processing mode generally has two kinds: 1. the runner needs to be cleaned by removing the mold, and the method has large workload and troublesome cleaning; 2. the mixed liquid silica gel remained in the flow channel is cleaned by a single liquid silica rubber component, but the mixed liquid silica gel still adheres to the inner wall of the flow channel after a long time, so that the use is influenced, and materials are wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a mold and a method for cleaning residual rubber in a mold runner.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a mould for cleaning residual rubber in a mould runner comprises a mould core, wherein the mould core is provided with a runner for rubber to enter, and a needle valve assembly is arranged on the runner; the runner is also communicated with a channel, the channel is communicated with the outside of the mold, and a switch valve is arranged on the channel.
Preferably, the channel is an air inlet channel or an liquid inlet channel.
Preferably, the mold core is provided with a runner plate, and the channel is arranged on the runner plate.
Preferably, the flow channel at least comprises a first flow channel and a second flow channel which are communicated with each other, wherein the needle valve assembly is arranged in the second flow channel, and the second flow channel is communicated with the channel.
The invention also provides a method for cleaning residual rubber in a mould runner, which comprises the steps that when the mould is used for molding a plastic part, the switch valve is closed, and the needle valve assembly pushes the rubber material in the runner out of the cavity; after the mold plastic part is molded, the needle valve assembly retreats to close the flow channel, the switch valve is opened, and gas or liquid enters the mold from the channel to clean residual rubber in the flow channel.
Preferably, the residual sizing material is liquid silica gel.
The mould and the method for cleaning the residual rubber in the mould runner have the following beneficial effects: firstly, the workload of cleaning the die each time can be effectively reduced; secondly, the efficiency of cleaning the die is improved; and thirdly, compared with the traditional cleaning method, the method can well save the use of materials.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the drawings needed for the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly described below, and it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious for those skilled in the art to obtain other drawings without creative efforts.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to the attached drawing 1 of the specification, a mold for cleaning residual rubber in a mold runner comprises a mold core 1, a runner plate 2 is arranged on the mold core 1, a runner 21 is arranged on the runner plate 2, the runner 21 is used for feeding rubber components, such as liquid silica gel components, and meanwhile, a needle valve assembly 3 is further arranged on the runner 21, and the needle valve assembly 3 can push out rubber materials in the runner 21 so that the rubber materials can be further molded and solidified; preferably, the flow passage 21 may include a first flow passage 21a and a second flow passage 21b which are communicated with each other, wherein the needle valve assembly 3 is disposed in the second flow passage 21b and can push the glue in the flow passage 21 out of the mold cavity for further curing and forming operation. In addition, the flow passage 21 is further connected with a passage 4, the passage 4 is communicated with the flow passage 21, the passage 4 is further provided with a switch valve element 41, the switch valve element 41 has good air tightness, and the switch valve is used for controlling whether the passage 4 is communicated with the outside or not.
The channel 4 can be an air inlet channel, and after the glue injection molding process is completed, air can be introduced by opening the switch valve 41 of the channel 4, and outside air enters the flow channel 21 through the channel 4, so that residual liquid silica gel in the flow channel 21 is removed; of course, the channel 4 can also be a feed channel, which, depending on the specific nature of the rubber compound in the mould, discharges the cleaning material to be used, thus discharging the residual rubber out of the mould cavity.
In addition, the channel 4 is not limited to the straight pipe type shown in the figure, and can form channels with different geometric forms, such as a zigzag channel or a wave-shaped channel, and the channel 4 is communicated with the outside of the mold, so that a flow channel for allowing substances such as outside gas or liquid to enter the mold can clean the residual rubber in the mold.
When the mold is used for molding or connecting a plastic part, the on-off valve 41 of the channel 4 is closed, at this time, glue such as liquid silicone rubber enters the cavity from the flow channel 21, and the needle valve assembly 3 pushes the glue out of the cavity so that the plastic enters a molding process. When the use of the mold is finished, the needle valve assembly 3 retreats, the flow passage 21 is closed, the switch valve 41 is opened, and the cleaning gas or liquid is input into the flow passage 21 through the passage 4 to clean the residual rubber inside. Through the improvement design of above-mentioned structure, can reduce the work load of clearance mould at every turn, save material can further promote the work efficiency of mould clearance moreover, and is very convenient.
While the foregoing description shows and describes the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the forms disclosed herein, but is not to be construed as excluding other embodiments and is capable of use in various other combinations, modifications, and environments and is capable of changes within the scope of the inventive concept as described herein, commensurate with the above teachings, or the skill or knowledge of the relevant art. And that modifications and variations may be effected by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
