And S100, repeating the steps S60-S90 for a plurality of times until the assembly of the plurality of groups of laser bars 3 is completed, and after the laser bars 3 are fully assembled on the fixing frame 10 or a preset number of laser bars 3 are assembled, putting the fixing frame 10 with the laser bars 3 into a film coating machine to complete the film coating operation of the laser bars 3.

A clamp for clamping a laser bar, the clamp comprising a fixed frame, a clamping plate detachably connected to the fixed frame, and a fastener for connecting the fixed frame to the clamping plate, the middle of the fixed frame is hollowed, the fixed frame comprises a first fixed edge and a second fixed edge, the first fixing edge and the second fixing edge are both provided with sliding grooves, one end of the clamping plate is arranged on the first fixing edge, the other end of the clamping plate is arranged on the second fixing edge, the fastening piece penetrates through the sliding grooves to be connected with the clamping plate, the fastener can slide along the sliding groove, at least two clamping plates are arranged, every two adjacent clamping plates are used for clamping the laser bar, and one side of each clamping plate facing to the other clamping plate is provided with a V-shaped clamping opening, and the laser bars are clamped in the V-shaped clamping openings of the two adjacent clamping plates.
2. The clamp of claim 1, wherein both ends of the clamping plate are provided with threaded holes, and the fastening member is a screw adapted to the threaded holes.

7. The assembly tooling of claim 6, wherein the bottom of the first push rod and the bottom of the second push rod are both provided with a slider, and the sliders are slidably connected in the grooves.
8. The assembly tool according to claim 6, further comprising a bread board, wherein standard threaded holes are uniformly formed in the bread board, through holes are formed in four corners of the loading table, and the loading table is fixedly connected to the bread board through screws.
9. An assembly method for assembling a laser bar to a fixture according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 5, the assembly method comprising the steps of:
step S10, providing the assembly tool according to any one of claims 6 to 8, placing a group of laser bars on the boss, connecting a negative pressure system to the air inlet, and adsorbing the laser bars on the boss through the negative pressure system to complete the positioning of the laser bars;
step S20, after the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole are respectively provided with the positioning pins, the clamping plates are respectively installed in the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove, and the positioning holes of the clamping plates are inserted into the positioning pins, so as to complete the positioning of the clamping plates;
step S30, respectively assembling the first push rod and the second push rod on the loading platform to complete the positioning of the first push rod and the second push rod;
step S40, sliding the first push rod and the second push rod to enable the end faces of the two sides of the laser bar to be clamped in the V-shaped clamping ports of the two clamping plates, and completing the assembly of a group of laser bars;
step S50, connecting the fixed frame and the clamping plate through a fastener to complete the assembly of the clamping plate and the fixed frame;
