The left side and the right side of the sieve plate 6 are provided with conveyors, and the left side conveyor conveys the parts to be sprayed to the sieve plate, and the parts are conveyed away by the right side conveyor after the spraying is finished. The spraying medium sprayed by the spray head 112 falls into the spiral groove 701 through the sieve plate 6, and flows into the filter 9 through the discharge port under the action of gravity and the spiral rotor for recycling. The rotation of the helical rotor 702 also avoids solidification of the spray media.
By arranging the chip cleaner 7, the spraying medium can be recycled, the spraying cost can be saved, and the resources are saved.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the spray rod system further includes a sub-frame 8 and at least two first angle irons 801, a plurality of lifting lugs 802 are disposed on the sub-frame 8 in the circumferential direction, and each lifting lug 802 is provided with a through hole.
A plurality of studs 804 which correspond to the lifting lugs one to one are welded on the main frame 10, and the studs 804 penetrate through the through holes and are in threaded connection with nuts 803; at least two first angle irons 801 are welded on the subframe 8 in parallel, and each first angle iron 801 is opened toward the subframe 8.
Two rows of support plates are arranged on the bottom of the spiral groove 701, each row of support plates comprises a plurality of support plates 705, each support plate 705 is provided with a second angle iron 706, and the second angle iron 706 is slidably buckled on the first angle iron 801.
By arranging the subframe 8, the first angle iron 801 and the second angle iron 706, the chip remover 7 can be moved along the length direction of the subframe, and the position of the chip remover 7 can be adjusted so as to better recover the spraying medium.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the spray rod system further includes a plurality of air suction covers 4, side plates 5 are fixed on two opposite sides of the spray box 3, a plurality of hooks are arranged on the side plates 5, a mounting opening is formed in the side wall, facing the side plates, of each air suction cover 4, the air suction covers 4 are hung on the hooks through the edges of the mounting openings, sealing plates 401 are arranged on the air suction covers 4, sealing grooves are formed in the sealing plates 401, and sealing strips are installed between the sealing grooves and the side plates 5.
Through setting up the cover 4 and curb plate 5 of induced drafting, on the one hand, convenient assembly, on the other hand can take away the spraying medium, avoids leaking, the environmental protection.
Further, in order to increase the strength, both ends of the side plate 5 in the length direction are turned over towards the direction of the spraying box 3 to form turning plates.
In one embodiment, a plurality of hanging plates are vertically arranged on the side plate 5, and the hanging plates are provided with notches which form hooks with the side plate 5.

Claims (10)

1. A spray rod assembly is characterized by comprising a spray head, a spray rod and a cylinder, wherein the spray rod comprises an outer pipe and a middle pipe used for conveying a spraying medium, the middle pipe is nested in the outer pipe, and the interior of the outer tube is divided into a first threading cavity, a second threading cavity, a compressed air cavity and an atomized air cavity, the first threading cavity is used for laying a power line, the second threading cavity is used for laying a signal line, the outer pipe is provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole, the spray head is mounted in the first mounting hole, the air cylinder is mounted in the second mounting hole and connected with the spray head through a compressed air cavity, the compressed air cavity supplies air to the air cylinder, the device comprises a control cylinder, a spray head, an atomizing air cavity, a middle pipe and a spray head, wherein the control cylinder works, the air cylinder controls the spray head to open and close, the atomizing air cavity supplies atomizing air to the spray head, the middle pipe is provided with a liquid outlet, and the liquid outlet supplies spraying media to the spray head.

The spray bar assembly of claim 1, wherein said spray bar further comprises: the inner tube, the inner tube laminating is installed on the inner tube wall of intermediate tube, the liquid outlet runs through intermediate tube and inner tube, form the heating die cavity between intermediate tube and the inner tube, the heating die cavity holds the conduction oil, the spraying medium is carried to the inner tube, still be provided with the heating rod in the heating die cavity and measure the temperature element of conduction oil temperature, the heating rod heating the conduction oil, temperature element and heating rod all are connected with power cord and signal line.

The spray bar assembly according to claim 2, wherein the outer tube is a rectangular tube, the lower end surface of the middle tube facing the first mounting hole is parallel to the lower side wall of the rectangular tube, the lower end surface extends out of a first extension plate and a second extension plate, the first extension plate and the second extension plate are both vertically connected to the lower side wall, the first extension plate, the middle tube and the outer tube define an atomizing air cavity, the second extension plate, the middle tube and the outer tube define a compressed air cavity, the first extension plate and the second extension plate, the middle tube and the outer tube define a mounting cavity, the side wall of the spray head is respectively attached to the lower side walls of the first extension plate, the second extension plate and the middle tube, the first extension plate is provided with air outlets, the air outlets are communicated with air inlets of the spray head, and the atomizing air cavity supplies atomizing air to the spray head through the air outlets.

The spray bar assembly according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the outer tube comprises a tube body, a left end cap and a right end cap, the left end cap and the right end cap block two ends of the tube body, the left end cap and the right end cap each comprise a hollow cap body, an atomizing gas inlet, a compressed air inlet, a signal line inlet, a power line inlet and a spraying medium inlet are respectively arranged on the side wall of the cap body, the atomizing gas inlet is communicated with the atomizing air cavity, the compressed air inlet is communicated with the compressed air cavity, the signal line inlet is communicated with the second threading cavity, and the power line inlet is communicated with the first threading cavity.
5. A spray bar assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the wall of the outer tube is provided with reinforcing slots.

The spray rod system is characterized by comprising a main frame, a hanging part, a spray box and the spray rod assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the spray rod is hung on the main frame through the hanging part, the spray box comprises a box body, the box body is installed on the main frame, a box opening of the box body faces to one side far away from the spray rod, assembly holes corresponding to the spray heads in a one-to-one mode are formed in the box bottom of the spray box, the spray heads on the spray rod are placed in the assembly holes, and the spray rod is attached to the box bottom of the spray box.

The spray bar system according to claim 6, wherein the hanging part comprises a lifting cylinder, a first slide rail, a mounting groove, a compression spring, a connecting rod and a slider, the fixed end of the lifting cylinder is fixed on the main frame, the first slide rail comprises a square pipe, a slide way is arranged on the lower pipe wall of the square pipe, the upper pipe wall of the square pipe is mounted on the lifting end of the lifting cylinder, the lower pipe wall and the lower pipe wall are arranged oppositely, the slider is mounted in the square pipe and slides along the length direction of the square pipe, the first end of the connecting rod passes through the slide way to be connected with the slider, the second end of the connecting rod is connected with the mounting groove, the spray bar is mounted in the mounting groove, the first end of the compression spring is fixed on the upper pipe wall, the second end of the compression spring is used for abutting against the slider, and two ends of the square pipe in the length direction are provided with limiting blocks for preventing the slider from separating from the square pipe, and a sealing gasket is laid between the box bottom and the lower side surface.

The spray bar system of claim 7 further comprising a chip ejector and a screen plate for receiving a piece to be sprayed, the chip cleaner comprises a driving motor, a shaft coupling, a spiral rotor and a spiral groove, fixing plates respectively extend from two opposite sides of the sieve plate, the sieve plate is arranged on the notch of the spiral groove through the fixing plate, the spiral groove is arranged below the box opening of the spraying box, used for containing spraying medium, a discharge port is arranged at the bottom of the spiral groove, the edge of the box opening close to the discharge port is turned outwards to form a turned edge, the part of the groove opening of the spiral groove protruding out of the spraying box is hermetically provided with a cover plate, the cover plate is attached with the flanging, the discharging port is provided with a filter, the spiral rotor is installed in the spiral groove, the driving motor drives the spiral rotor to rotate through the coupler, and the distance between the groove bottom of the spiral groove and the spraying box is gradually increased along the direction close to the discharging direction.

The spray bar system of claim 8, further comprising a sub-frame and at least two first angle irons, wherein a plurality of lifting lugs are arranged on the sub-frame in the circumferential direction, each lifting lug is provided with a through hole, a plurality of studs corresponding to the lifting lugs one by one are welded on the main frame, and the studs penetrate through the through holes and are in threaded connection with nuts; at least two first angle irons are welded on the subframe in parallel, the opening of each first angle iron faces the subframe, two rows of supporting plates are arranged on the bottom of the spiral groove, each row of supporting plates comprises a plurality of supporting plates, a second angle iron is arranged on each supporting plate, and the second angle iron is arranged on the first angle iron in a sliding buckling mode.

The spray bar system of claim 9, further comprising a plurality of air suction covers, wherein side plates are fixed on two opposite sides of the spray box, a plurality of hooks are arranged on the side plates, mounting openings are formed in the side walls, facing the side plates, of the air suction covers, the air suction covers are hung on the hooks through the edges of the mounting openings, sealing plates are arranged on the air suction covers, sealing grooves are arranged on the sealing plates, and sealing strips are arranged between the sealing grooves and the side plates.
