Example 4: microecological bacteriostatic liquid
The micro-ecological bacteriostatic liquid consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
28 parts of propylene glycol, 3 parts of sodium benzoate, 0.04 part of sodium fluoride and the balance of the filtrate containing the fermentation metabolites in the example 1 are taken.
Example 5: microecological bacteriostatic liquid
The micro-ecological bacteriostatic liquid consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of sorbitol, 5 parts of potassium sorbate and 0.1 part of sodium fluoride are taken, and the balance is the filtrate containing the fermentation metabolites in the example 1.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in the specific parameters of the embodiments may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and a plurality of specific embodiments are formed, which are common variations of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.
Claims (6)
1. The microbial antibacterial liquid is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
20-30% of a humectant, 1-5% of a preservative, 0.02-0.1% of sodium fluoride and the balance of a filtrate containing fermentation metabolites of lactobacillus acidophilus.
2. The probiotic bacteriostatic solution according to claim 1, wherein the humectant is sorbitol or propylene glycol.
3. The probiotic bacteriostatic solution according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is potassium sorbate or sodium benzoate.
4. The probiotic bacteriostatic agent according to claim 1, wherein the lactobacillus acidophilus filtrate containing fermentation metabolites is prepared by the following steps:
(1) taking acidophilic lactobacillus suspension to transfer to an MRS agar culture medium plate, and culturing overnight at 37 ℃;
(2) inoculating the single colony subjected to overnight culture into an MRS liquid culture medium, and culturing for 2-3 days at 37 ℃;
(3) taking a liquid culture solution, inoculating the liquid culture solution into a seeding tank according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, and culturing for 36-48 h at 37 ℃;
(4) inoculating the bacterial liquid cultured in the seed tank into a fermentation tank by an inoculation amount of 1-2%, and fermenting until the concentration of the bacterial reaches 106~108/ml;
(5) Centrifuging the fermentation liquor, collecting supernatant, and separating and filtering out viable bacteria.
5. The bacteriostatic agent according to claim 4, wherein in the step (5), the filtration is performed by passing the fermentation liquid through a microfiltration membrane filtration device by using a membrane separation technique.
6. The preparation method of the microecological bacteriostatic liquid according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) taking acidophilic lactobacillus suspension to transfer to an MRS agar culture medium plate, and culturing overnight at 37 ℃;
(2) inoculating the single colony subjected to overnight culture into an MRS liquid culture medium, and culturing for 2-3 days at 37 ℃;
(3) taking a liquid culture solution, inoculating the liquid culture solution into a seeding tank according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, and culturing for 36-48 h at 37 ℃;
(4) inoculating the bacterial liquid cultured in the seed tank into a fermentation tank by an inoculation amount of 1-2%, and fermenting until the concentration of the bacterial reaches 106~108/ml;
(5) Centrifuging the fermentation liquor, collecting supernatant, and separating and filtering out viable bacteria to obtain lactobacillus acidophilus filtrate containing fermentation metabolites;
(6) and (3) mixing 20-30% of a moisturizing agent, 1-5% of a preservative, 0.02-0.1% of sodium fluoride and the balance of a filtrate containing fermentation metabolites of lactobacillus acidophilus, and thus obtaining the lactobacillus acidophilus beverage.
