(3) taking a liquid culture solution, inoculating the liquid culture solution into a seeding tank according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, and culturing for 36-48 h at 37 ℃;
(4) inoculating the bacterial liquid cultured in the seed tank into a fermentation tank by an inoculation amount of 1-2%, and fermenting until the concentration of the bacterial reaches 106~108/ml;
(5) Centrifuging the fermentation liquor, collecting supernatant, and separating and filtering out viable bacteria.
Further, in the step (5), the filtering is to pass the fermentation liquor through a microporous membrane filtration device by using a membrane separation technology.
In addition, the preparation method of the micro-ecological bacteriostatic solution comprises the following steps:
(1) taking acidophilic lactobacillus suspension to transfer to an MRS agar culture medium plate, and culturing overnight at 37 ℃;
(2) inoculating the single colony subjected to overnight culture into an MRS liquid culture medium, and culturing for 2-3 days at 37 ℃;
(3) taking a liquid culture solution, inoculating the liquid culture solution into a seeding tank according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, and culturing for 36-48 h at 37 ℃;
(4) inoculating the bacterial liquid cultured in the seed tank into a fermentation tank by an inoculation amount of 1-2%, and fermenting until the concentration of the bacterial reaches 106~108/ml;
(5) Centrifuging the fermentation liquor, collecting supernatant, and separating and filtering out viable bacteria to obtain lactobacillus acidophilus filtrate containing fermentation metabolites;
(6) and (3) mixing 20-30% of a moisturizing agent, 1-5% of a preservative, 0.02-0.1% of sodium fluoride and the balance of a filtrate containing fermentation metabolites of lactobacillus acidophilus, and thus obtaining the lactobacillus acidophilus beverage.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
the microecological antibacterial liquid provided by the invention effectively avoids the problems of abuse of antibiotics and bacterial drug resistance of children, and the antibacterial gargle prepared from metabolites of lactobacillus is simple, convenient, safe and efficient to prevent and treat decayed teeth.
Detailed Description

The instruments and devices referred to in the following examples are conventional instruments and devices unless otherwise specified; the reagents and raw materials are commercially available conventional reagents and culture media unless otherwise specified.
Example 1: culture of Lactobacillus acidophilus NCMF
(1) The Lactobacillus acidophilus NCMF strain was activated, and about 0.2mL of the suspension was transferred onto an MRS agar medium plate and cultured overnight at 37 ℃.
The MRS culture medium comprises the following components in parts by weight: peptone 1%, yeast extract powder 0.5%, beef extract 1%, glucose 2%, anhydrous sodium acetate 0.3%, diammonium citrate 0.2%, tween 800.1%, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 0.2%, MgSO4 & 7H2O 0.02%,MnSO4·4H20.005% of O and 0.05% of cysteine hydrochloride, adjusting the pH value of the culture medium to 6.8, and sterilizing for 20min at 121 ℃.
(2) Liquid culture
Inoculating overnight cultured Lactobacillus acidophilus NCMF colony into a triangular flask containing MRS liquid culture medium, and standing in an incubator at 37 deg.C. Culturing for 2-3 days until the strain grows slowly and uniformly in the liquid culture medium and has obvious layering phenomenon.
(3) Expanding culture
Inoculating 5% of inoculum size into a sterilized seed tank under aseptic conditions of liquid culture, culturing at 37 ℃ for 48h, conveying the seed tank to a fermentation tank, fermenting for 48-72 h until the thallus concentration reaches 108/ml。
