a pinion (94) mounted on the first outlet pipe (92);
two first speed reducing motors (95) are arranged on the placing rack (2);
two sector gears (96) are arranged and are mounted on an output shaft of the first speed reducing motor (95), and the sector gears (96) are matched with the pinion (94);
the number of the first electromagnetic valves (97) is two, and the first electromagnetic valves (97) are all arranged on the first water outlet pipe (92).
