An assembly method of an assembly cabinet, comprising the steps of:
firstly, paving a base 1 on the ground, drilling a plurality of groups of mounting holes on a wall through drilling equipment, placing a pre-fixing mechanism 5 on each group of mounting holes, penetrating expansion screws into the mounting holes through screw holes 53 in the pre-fixing mechanisms 5, and fixing the pre-fixing mechanisms 5 with the wall;
step two, the first assembly cabinet body 2, the second assembly cabinet body and the third assembly cabinet body 4 are respectively installed at the front end of the pre-fixing mechanism 5, the second assembly cabinet body is composed of a first cabinet body assembly 301 and a second cabinet body assembly 302, the first cabinet body assembly 301 is located on one side of the second cabinet body assembly 302, the second assembly cabinet body is located between the first assembly cabinet body 2 and the third assembly cabinet body 4, the first assembly cabinet body 2 is located on one side of the third assembly cabinet body 4, the first cabinet body assembly 301 is inserted into the first assembly cabinet body 2, the third assembly cabinet body 4 is inserted into the second cabinet body assembly 302, and the second cabinet body assembly 302 is inserted into the first cabinet body assembly 301;
and step three, fixedly mounting handles 7 at the front ends of the door plates 6, and then rotatably mounting the door plates 6 on the front surfaces of the first assembly part, the second assembly part and the third assembly part respectively, so that the assembly operation of the assembly cabinet is completed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, laying a base 1 on the ground, drilling a plurality of groups of mounting holes on a wall through drilling equipment, placing a pre-fixing mechanism 5 on each group of mounting holes, penetrating expansion screws into the mounting holes through screw holes 53 in the pre-fixing mechanisms 5, and fixing the pre-fixing mechanisms 5 with the wall; then, a first assembly cabinet body 2, a second assembly cabinet body and a third assembly cabinet body 4 are respectively installed at the front end of the pre-fixing mechanism 5, the second assembly cabinet body is composed of a first cabinet body assembly 301 and a second cabinet body assembly 302, the first cabinet body assembly 301 is located on one side of the second cabinet body assembly 302, the second assembly cabinet body is located between the first assembly cabinet body 2 and the third assembly cabinet body 4, the first assembly cabinet body 2 is located on one side of the third assembly cabinet body 4, the first cabinet body assembly 301 is inserted into the first assembly cabinet body 2, the third assembly cabinet body 4 is inserted into the second cabinet body assembly 302, and the second cabinet body assembly 302 is inserted into the first cabinet body assembly 301;
more specifically: the fixing columns 54 on the plurality of pre-fixing mechanisms 5 are respectively inserted into the first through groove arranged on the first fixing block 24, the second through groove arranged on the second fixing block 34 and the third through groove arranged on the third fixing block 44, and the upper end of the support plate 52 and the first top plate 25, the second top plate 35 and the third top plate 45 are all positioned on the same horizontal plane, so that the support plate 52 does not obstruct the installation of the first assembly part, the second assembly part and the third assembly part, taking the installation of the first assembly part as an example, the support plate 52 can play a role of supporting another first assembly part above the currently inserted first assembly part, the problem of toppling caused by excessive bearing is avoided, and the pre-fixing mechanisms 5 play a good role of pre-positioning and fixing, so that the installation positions of the first assembly cabinet body 2, the second assembly cabinet body and the third assembly cabinet body 4 are more easily adjusted before installation, the problem of poor installation effect of the first assembly cabinet body 2, the second assembly cabinet body and the third assembly cabinet body 4 in the installation process is avoided;
a first plug board on the first cabinet body assembly 301 is plugged into a first slot on the first assembly cabinet body 2, a second plug board on the third assembly cabinet body 4 is plugged into a second slot on the second cabinet body assembly 302, and the first plug board on the second cabinet body assembly 302 is plugged into the second slot on the first cabinet body assembly 301 and is matched with the pre-fixing mechanism 5 for use, so that the connection mode is more reliable, and the problem of falling is not easy to occur;
the front ends of the door plates 6 are fixedly provided with handles 7, and the door plates 6 are respectively rotatably arranged on the front surfaces of the first assembly part, the second assembly part and the third assembly part, so that the cabinet body provided by the invention has more separated storage areas, and each storage area is provided with an independent door plate 6, thereby improving the concealment of the invention;
a plurality of door panels 6 are respectively rotatably installed on the front surfaces of the first assembly cabinet 2, the first cabinet assembly 301, the second cabinet assembly 302 and the third assembly cabinet 4, the first top plate 25 in the first assembly cabinet 2 is drawn out from the interiors of the first assembly plate 22 and the first baffle plate 23 through the first connecting block 26, the second top plates 35 in the first cabinet assembly 301 and the second cabinet assembly 302 are drawn out from the interiors of the second assembly plate 32 and the second baffle plate 33 through the second connecting block 36, and the third top plate 45 in the third assembly cabinet 4 is drawn out from the interiors of the third assembly plate 42 and the third baffle plate 43 through the third connecting block 46, so that the respective internal storage regions of the first assembly cabinet 2, the first cabinet assembly 301, the second cabinet assembly 302 and the third assembly cabinet 4 are integrated, and articles can be conveniently stored and taken out.

An assembled cabinet comprises a base (1), wherein a first assembled cabinet body (2), a second assembled cabinet body and a third assembled cabinet body (4) are installed at the upper end of the base (1), and is characterized in that the second assembled cabinet body consists of a cabinet body assembly I (301) and a cabinet body assembly II (302), the cabinet body assembly I (301) is positioned at one side of the cabinet body assembly II (302), the second assembled cabinet body is positioned between the first assembled cabinet body (2) and the third assembled cabinet body (4), the first assembled cabinet body (2) is positioned at one side of the third assembled cabinet body (4), the cabinet body assembly I (301) is inserted into the first assembled cabinet body (2), the third assembled cabinet body (4) is inserted into the cabinet body assembly II (302), the cabinet body assembly II (302) is inserted into the cabinet body assembly I (301), the cabinet body assembly I (301) and the cabinet body assembly II (302) have the same structure, the first assembled cabinet body (2) consists of a plurality of first assembled parts which are vertically arranged, the cabinet body assembly (301) is the vertical second assembly spare of arranging by a plurality of and constitutes, the third assembly cabinet body (4) is the vertical third assembly spare of arranging by a plurality of and constitutes, and the rear end of the first assembly spare, second assembly spare and third assembly spare all is provided with fixed establishment (5) in advance, the front end of the first assembly cabinet body (2), cabinet body assembly (301), cabinet body assembly two (302) and third assembly cabinet body (4) all rotates and installs door plant (6), the front surface of door plant (6) is provided with handle (7).

The assembly cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the first assembly comprises a first back plate (21), a first assembly plate (22), a first baffle plate (23), a first fixing block (24), a first top plate (25) and first connecting blocks (26), the first assembly plate (22) is fixedly installed at a position, close to one side, of the front end of the first back plate (21), the first baffle plate (23) is fixedly installed at a position, close to the other side, of the front end of the first back plate (21), the first top plate (25) is arranged at a position, close to the upper side, of the front end of the first back plate (21), the first connecting blocks (26) are symmetrically installed at two sides of the first top plate (25), the two first connecting blocks (26) are respectively inserted into the first assembly plate (22) and the first baffle plate (23), the first fixing block (24) is arranged at a side, close to the first assembly plate (22), of the first baffle plate (23), a first through groove is formed in the first fixing block (24), and a first slot is symmetrically formed in one side, far away from the first baffle (23), of the first assembling plate (22).

The assembly cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the second assembly member comprises a second back plate (31), a second assembly plate (32), a second baffle plate (33), a second fixing block (34), a second top plate (35) and a second connecting block (36), the second assembly plate (32) is fixedly installed at a position, close to one side, of the front end of the second back plate (31), the second baffle plate (33) is fixedly installed at a position, close to the other side, of the front end of the second back plate (31), the second top plate (35) is arranged at a position, close to the upper side, of the front end of the second back plate (31), the second connecting blocks (36) are symmetrically installed at two sides of the second top plate (35), the two second connecting blocks (36) are respectively inserted into the second assembly plate (32) and the second baffle plate (33), the second fixing block (34) is arranged at a side, close to the second assembly plate (32), of the second baffle plate (33), be provided with logical groove two on second fixed block (34), the lateral symmetry that second baffle (33) were kept away from in second assembled plate (32) is provided with slot two, the lateral symmetry that second assembled plate (32) were kept away from in second baffle (33) is provided with picture peg one.

The assembly cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the third assembly comprises a third back plate (41), a third assembly plate (42), a third baffle plate (43), a third fixing block (44), a third top plate (45) and a third connecting block (46), the third assembly plate (42) is fixedly installed at a position, close to one side, of the front end of the third back plate (41), the third baffle plate (43) is fixedly installed at a position, close to the other side, of the front end of the third back plate (41), the third top plate (45) is arranged at a position, close to the upper side, of the front end of the third back plate (41), the third connecting blocks (46) are symmetrically installed at two sides of the third top plate (45), the two third connecting blocks (46) are respectively inserted into the third assembly plate (42) and the third baffle plate (43), the third fixing block (44) is arranged at a side, close to the third assembly plate (42), of the third baffle plate (43), a third through groove is formed in the third fixing block (44), and two inserting plates are symmetrically arranged on one side, far away from the third assembling plate (42), of the third baffle (43).

The assembly cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the pre-fixing mechanism (5) comprises a fourth back plate (51), a supporting plate (52), a screw hole (53) and a fixing column (54), the supporting plate (52) and the fixing column (54) are fixedly installed at the front end of the fourth back plate (51), the supporting plate (52) is located above the fixing column (54), the front end of the fourth back plate (51) is provided with a plurality of screw holes (53) which are equidistantly arranged, and the screw holes (53) are located on one side of the fixing column (54).
6. An assembling method of an assembled cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, laying a base (1) on the ground, drilling a plurality of groups of mounting holes on a wall through drilling equipment, placing a pre-fixing mechanism (5) at the position of each group of mounting holes, penetrating expansion screws into the mounting holes through screw holes (53) in the pre-fixing mechanism (5), and fixing the pre-fixing mechanism (5) with the wall;

and step three, fixedly mounting an upper handle (7) at the front ends of the door plates (6), and then respectively rotatably mounting the door plates (6) on the front surfaces of the first assembly cabinet body (2), the first cabinet body assembly (301), the second cabinet body assembly (302) and the third assembly cabinet body (4), namely completing the assembly operation of the assembly cabinet.
