Abstract
The present invention relates to a ground cosmetic container characterized in that the ground hybrid cosmetic container is composed of a lower case 100 for containing a cosmetic content 1 agent C1 and a cover 200 for containing a cosmetic content 2 agent C2 as a member hinge-coupled to an upper portion of the lower case 100. Therefore, according to the grinding and mixing cosmetic container of the present invention, the present invention not only finely grinds solid cosmetic contents, i.e., solid powder, but also chestnut-like materials such as hardened cream and hardened essence into powder, having an effect of mixing with cream in the lower case for cosmetic use.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a container for a ground and mixed cosmetic, and more particularly, to a container for a ground and mixed cosmetic in which solid cosmetic contents, i.e., solid powder and chestnut-like materials such as hardened cream, hardened essence, etc., are ground by a grinding member, and cosmetic contents 2 are mixed with cosmetic contents 1 in the form of cream in a lower case so as to be usable for makeup.
Background
As disclosed in korean patent application No. 2009-101562, cosmetic powders are generally contained in a container in the form of powder for use, and there is a problem in that the powder is scattered when the cosmetic powder of such a shape is used.
In order to solve such a problem, the powder has been compressed in the past, but such a compressed powder needs to be pressed with a PUFF (PUFF) to be stuck to the compressed powder, and there is a problem that the compressed powder cannot be stuck to the PUFF uniformly. The lower shell is composed of the following components: an outer container which is in a cylindrical shape with a closed lower part and an open upper part; and an inner container having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower portion and an open upper portion as a member inserted and fixed in the outer container and containing a cosmetic content 1; and a consumption piston which is tightly attached to the inner periphery of the inner container and rises along with the consumption of the cosmetic content 1; and a container cover as a cylindrical member covering the upper opening of the inner container, having a lower protruding groove protruding toward the lower portion of the center thereof, and having an outer side end coupled to two vertical protruding portions protruding upward of the upper outer flange of the inner container; and an outer container covering member, as a cylindrical member having upper and lower openings coupled to an outer periphery of the outer container, formed with an upper inner peripheral cylindrical projection for fixing a cylindrical projection protruding to an outer side of the container cover by pressing from an inside, and a hinge portion to which the cover body is hinge-coupled; and a pump body inserted into the lower protruding groove of the container cover; and a lower cover body, as a disk-shaped member coupled to an upper portion of the pump body, having a discharge hole formed at a center thereof, and a fastening post protruding toward a lower portion of the discharge hole coupled to the pump body; and an upper cover body, as a disk-shaped member coupled to the upper surface of the lower cover body, the upper surface of which is formed in a concave shape, and formed with six long holes inclined at 60 ° from each other at the same distance from the center point of the disk; and a cylindrical spring disposed between a lower surface of an outer periphery of the upper cover and an upper surface of the container cover.
The cover body is composed of the following components: a cover body as a cylindrical member with upper and lower openings, hinge-coupled to the outer container cover member, the outer peripheral edge of which is formed with a stepped surface, the lower end of the inner peripheral edge of which is formed with a cylindrical protruding surface protruding inward, and the upper inner peripheral edge of which is formed with a gear groove in a vertical direction; and a grinding member as a disk-shaped member mounted and coupled on the upper surface of the cylindrical protruding surface of the cover body, a plurality of insertion portions being formed at the outer periphery thereof, a plurality of insert protrusions being inserted and coupled on the upper surface of the cylindrical protruding surface, and a plurality of insert holes being formed radially about a center point on the circular protruding surface protruding upward from the center thereof; and cosmetic accommodating part, as the part inserted through the upper part of the opening of the cover body, forming a cylindrical part with an opening at the upper and lower parts for accommodating cosmetic content 2 agent at the center, forming a horizontal plate part mounted on the inner periphery of the cover body to the outer side of the lower end of the cylindrical part, forming a plurality of protruding plates protruding upwards on the outer periphery of the horizontal plate part, and forming a unidirectional engaging protrusion engaged with the gear groove of the cover body to rotate only in a unidirectional direction at the outer side of the protruding plates; and a cosmetic pressing guide member as a disc-shaped member, pressing an upper face of the cosmetic content 2 agent in a cylindrical portion of the cosmetic accommodating member, on an outer circumference of which a vertical guide protrusion is formed, the vertical guide protrusion being mounted in a plurality of vertical grooves vertically formed on an inner circumference of the cylindrical portion, a lower face of which is radially formed with a plurality of grip protrusions to grip the cosmetic content 2 agent; and a conical spring pressing an upper surface of the cosmetic pressing guide member; and a rotating member as a cylindrical member, the cylindrical recess of the lower inner circumference of which is coupled to the downwardly inclined protrusion of the stepped surface of the cap body to rotate the cosmetic accommodating member.
Effects of the invention
According to the container for ground and mixed cosmetics of the present invention, the present invention not only finely grinds solid cosmetic contents, i.e., solid powder, but also chestnut-like materials such as hardened cream and hardened essence into powder, having an effect of being usable for cosmetics after mixing with cream inside the lower case.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the abrasive-mixed cosmetic container according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is composed of a lower case 100 for containing a cosmetic content 1 agent C1 and a cover 200 for containing a cosmetic content 2 agent C2 as a member hingedly coupled to the upper portion of the lower case 100.
The lower case 100 is composed of the following components: an outer container 110 having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower portion and an open upper portion; and an inner container 120 having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower portion and an open upper portion as a member inserted and fixed in the outer container 110 and accommodating the cosmetic content 1 agent C1; and a consumption piston 130 which is closely attached to the inner peripheral edge of the inner container 120 and rises with the consumption of the cosmetic content 1 agent C1; and a container cover 140 formed with a lower protruding groove 141 protruding toward the lower portion of the center thereof as a cylindrical member covering the upper opening of the inner container 120, and having an outer end 142 coupled to the two vertical protrusions 123 protruding upward of the upper outer flange 121 of the inner container 120; and an outer container cover member 150 formed with an upper inner circumferential cylindrical projection 151 for fixing the cylindrical projection 143 protruding to the outside of the container cover 140 by pressing from the inside and a hinge portion 152 for hinge-coupling the cover 200 to the upper surface thereof as a cylindrical member coupled to the outer circumferential edge of the outer container 110 and having upper and lower openings; and a pump body 160 inserted into the lower protrusion groove 141 of the container cover 140; and a lower cover 170 as a disk-shaped member coupled to an upper portion of the pump body 160, having a discharge hole 171 formed at a center thereof, and a fastening post 172 protruded to a lower portion of the discharge hole 171 being coupled to the pump body 160; and an upper cover 180 as a disk-shaped member coupled to the upper surface of the lower cover 170, the upper surface of which is formed in a concave shape, and formed with six long holes 181 inclined at 60 ° to each other at the same distance from the center point of the disk; and a cylindrical spring 190 disposed between a lower surface of an outer circumference of the upper cover 180 and an upper surface of the container cover 140.
The pump body 160 is composed of the following components: a lower cylinder 161 as a cylindrical member inserted into the bottom of the lower protrusion groove 141 of the container cover 140, the upper opening and the lower center of which are formed with a cosmetic content introduction groove 161a; and an upper cylinder 162 as a cylindrical member having upper and lower openings and coupled to an inner periphery of the lower cylinder 161, an outer peripheral protrusion 162a being formed at an outer periphery thereof, the outer peripheral protrusion 162a being mounted on an upper end of the lower cylinder 161; and a plate-shaped suction valve 163 coupled to a lower end of an inner circumference of the upper cylinder 162; and a piston support body 164 having a center groove 164a formed in the center thereof to penetrate up and down as a T-shaped member inserted into a cylindrical groove 164c of a fastening post 172 coupled to the lower cover body 170; and a piston rod 165 coupled to the central groove 164a of the piston support 164; and a cylindrical valve 166 having an inner circumference inserted to a lower outer circumference of the piston rod 165 and having a lower end supported by a lower horizontal protrusion 165a of the piston rod 165, and an outer circumference closely attached to an inner circumference of the upper cylinder 162 to move up and down with a vertical movement of the piston rod 165; and a pump spring 167 having a lower end supported by the outer circumferential projection 162a of the upper cylinder 162 and an upper end supported by a lower end of an upper surface of the piston support 164.
An inner groove 165b is perforated at the upper center of the piston rod 165, and a plurality of communication holes 165c communicating with the inner groove 165b are radially formed on the upper outer circumference of the lower horizontal protrusion 165 a.
The locking protrusion 164b formed on the inner circumference of the central groove 164a of the piston support body 164 and the locking boss 165d formed on the outer circumference of the piston rod 165 are engaged with each other.
That is, when the piston rod 165 is inserted into the central groove 164a from the lower portion of the piston support body 164, the click table 165d is coupled such that it does not fall down beyond the click projection 164 b.

The cover 200 is composed of the following components: a cover body 210 as a cylindrical member having upper and lower openings, hinged to the outer container cover member 150, having a stepped surface 211 formed at an outer peripheral edge thereof, a cylindrical protruding surface 212 protruding inward formed at a lower end of an inner peripheral edge thereof, and a gear groove 213 formed at an upper inner peripheral edge thereof in a vertical direction; and a polishing member 220 as a disk-shaped member mounted and coupled on the upper surface of the cylindrical protruding surface 212 of the cover body 210, having a plurality of insertion portions 221 formed at the outer circumference thereof, being inserted and coupled to a plurality of insertion protrusions 214 formed on the upper surface of the cylindrical protruding surface 212, and having a plurality of insert holes 223 radially formed on a circular protruding surface 222 protruding upward from the center thereof, with the center point being the center; and a cosmetic accommodating member 230, as a member inserted through the upper portion of the opening of the cap body 210, having a cylindrical portion 231 formed at the center thereof to accommodate the upper and lower portions of the cosmetic content 2 agent C2, a horizontal plate portion 232 mounted on the inner circumference of the cap body 210 being formed to the outer side of the lower end of the cylindrical portion 231, a plurality of protruding plates 233 protruding upward being provided on the outer circumference of the horizontal plate portion 232, and a single-direction engagement protrusion 234 engaged with the gear groove 213 of the cap body 210 to rotate only in a single direction being formed to the outer side of the protruding plates 233; and a cosmetic pressing guide member 240 as a disc-shaped member pressing an upper face of the cosmetic content 2 agent C2 in the cylindrical part 231 of the cosmetic accommodating member 230, the outer circumference of which is formed with a vertical guide protrusion 241, the vertical guide protrusion 241 being mounted in a plurality of vertical grooves 235 vertically formed at an inner circumference of the cylindrical part 231, and the lower face of which is radially formed with a plurality of grip protrusions 242 to grip the cosmetic content 2 agent C2; and a conical spring 250 pressing the upper surface of the cosmetic pressing guide 240; and a rotating member 260 as a cylindrical member, the cylindrical recess 261 of the lower inner circumference of which is coupled to the downwardly inclined protrusion 215 of the stepped surface 211 of the cap body 210 to rotate the cosmetic accommodating member 230.
A cylindrical top fastening band 263 is formed on the top surface of the rotating part 260, and a plurality of vertical protrusions 262 vertically inserted into vertical gear grooves 236 formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical part 231 of the cosmetic container part 230 are formed on the inner circumference of the top fastening band 263.
When the cosmetic container 230 is rotated by the rotation of the rotating member 260, the cosmetic content 2 agent C2 (in solid form) therein is ground.
Hereinafter, the operation and effects of the abrasive cosmetic container of the present invention constructed as described above will be described.
Regarding the operation process thereof, cosmetics are used for mixing, and when the cap body 210 is opened from the outer container cover part 150 of the lower case 100 and the upper cap 180 is pressed downward, the pump body 160 coupled to the lower portion of the lower cap 170 is activated so that the cosmetic contents 1 agent C1, i.e., the cream-type cosmetic contents, are discharged through the pump body 160 to the plurality of long holes 181 of the lower cap 170 and the upper cap 180.
As such, after the cosmetic content 1 agent C1 is discharged upward from the upper cover 180, the cosmetic content 2 agent C2, that is, the cover 200 containing the solid powder and the chestnut-like material such as hardened cream and hardened essence is closed, and when the rotating member 260 of the cover 200 is rotated in one direction, the cosmetic accommodating member 230 is rotated, the cosmetic content 2 agent C2 in the cylindrical portion 231 of the cosmetic accommodating member 230 is also rotated at the same time, and the lower end surface thereof is crushed into a powder state according to the plurality of blade holes 223 of the grinding member 220 and accumulated in the lower portion of the blade holes 223, that is, the cream on the upper cover 180 of the lower case 100, that is, the cosmetic content 1 agent C1 is deposited on. an outer container (110) having a cylindrical shape with a closed lower portion and an open upper portion; and
an inner container (120) which is a member inserted and fixed in the outer container (110) and which accommodates a cosmetic content 1 agent (C1) and has a cylindrical shape with a closed lower portion and an open upper portion; and
a consumption piston (130) which is closely attached to the inner periphery of the inner container (120) and rises with the consumption of the cosmetic content 1 agent (C1); and
a container cover (140) formed with a lower protruding groove (141) protruding toward the lower part of the center thereof as a cylindrical member covering the upper opening of the inner container (120), and having an outer end (142) coupled to two vertical protruding parts (123) protruding upward of the upper outer flange (121) of the inner container (120); and
an outer container cover member (150) which is a cylindrical member coupled to the outer periphery of the outer container (110) and having an upper inner peripheral cylindrical projection (151) for fixing a cylindrical projection (143) projecting outward of the container lid (140) by pressing from the inside, and a hinge portion (152) for hinge-coupling the lid body (200) to the upper surface thereof; and
a pump body (160) inserted into the lower protruding groove (141) of the container cover (140); and
a lower cover (170) which is a disk-shaped member coupled to the upper portion of the pump body (160), and has a discharge hole (171) formed at the center thereof, and a fastening post (172) protruding toward the lower portion of the discharge hole (171) is coupled to the pump body (160); and
an upper cover (180) having a concave upper surface formed as a disk-shaped member coupled to the upper surface of the lower cover (170), and having six long holes (181) inclined at 60 DEG to each other formed at the same distance from the center point of the disk; and
a cylindrical spring (190) disposed between a lower surface of an outer periphery of the upper cover (180) and an upper surface of the container cover (140),
the cover body (200) is composed of the following components:
a lid body (210) as a cylindrical member with upper and lower openings, hinged to the outer container cover member (150), the outer peripheral edge of the lid body being formed with a stepped surface (211), the lower end of the inner peripheral edge of the lid body being formed with a cylindrical protruding surface (212) protruding inward, and the upper inner peripheral edge of the lid body being formed with a gear groove (213) in a vertical direction; and
a polishing member (220) which is a disk-shaped member and is attached to the upper surface of the cylindrical protruding surface (212) of the cover body (210), wherein a plurality of insertion portions (221) are formed on the outer periphery thereof, a plurality of insertion protrusions (214) formed on the upper surface of the cylindrical protruding surface (212) are inserted and bonded, and a plurality of insert holes (223) are formed on the circular protruding surface (222) protruding upward from the center thereof in the radial direction with the center point as the center; and
a cosmetic accommodating member (230) as a member inserted through an upper portion of the opening of the cap body (210), a cylindrical portion (231) having an upper and lower opening for accommodating a cosmetic content 2 (C2) is formed at a center, a horizontal plate portion (232) mounted on an inner peripheral edge of the cap body (210) is formed to an outer side of a lower end of the cylindrical portion (231), a plurality of protruding plates (233) protruding upward are provided on an outer peripheral edge of the horizontal plate portion (232), and a single-direction engaging protrusion (234) engaged with a gear groove (213) of the cap body (210) to rotate only in a single direction is formed to an outer side of the protruding plates (233); and
a cosmetic pressing guide member (240) as a disc-shaped member pressing an upper face of the cosmetic content 2 agent (C2) in the cylindrical portion (231) of the cosmetic accommodating member (230), the outer circumference of which is formed with a vertical guide protrusion (241), the vertical guide protrusion (241) being mounted in a plurality of vertical grooves (235) formed vertically at an inner circumference of the cylindrical portion (231), the lower face of which is radially formed with a plurality of grip protrusions (242) to grip the cosmetic content 2 agent (C2); and
a conical spring (250) for pressing the upper surface of the cosmetic pressing guide member (240); and
the rotating member 260 is a cylindrical member, and a cylindrical recess 261 of the lower inner circumference thereof is coupled to a downwardly inclined protrusion 215 of the stepped surface 211 of the cap body 210 to rotate the cosmetic accommodating member 230.
2. The ground and mixed cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein a cylindrical top fastening band (263) is formed on the top surface of the rotating member (260), and a plurality of vertical protrusions (262) vertically inserted into vertical gear grooves (236) formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical portion (231) of the cosmetic container member (230) are formed on the inner circumference of the top fastening band (263).
