Here, to prevent the voice coil 34 from moving radially, the guide piece 313 corresponding to the second guide portion 312 may be disposed perpendicular to the axis of the voice coil 34. The guide piece 313 may deform along an axis that is bent at an end connected to the first support portion 321 as a fulcrum and at an end connected to the second support portion 322, and facilitates the voice coil 34 to move along its own axis; while the guide tab 313 is not radially compressively deformed, helping to prevent the voice coil 34 from radially moving.
The guide piece 313 corresponding to the first guide portion 311 may also be disposed perpendicular to the axis of the voice coil 34, and in some embodiments, to facilitate the movement of the voice coil 34 along the axis direction, the guide piece 313 corresponding to the first guide portion 311 is disposed obliquely, and the inclination angle of the guide piece 313 may be related to the extension height of the second support portion 322 along the axis direction of the voice coil 34.
In some embodiments, the supporting member 37, the first guiding portion 311, the first supporting portion 321, the second supporting portion 322, and the second guiding portion 312 may be integrally formed, and the material of the supporting member may be ABS, a copolymer of Polyamide (PA) and ABS, a copolymer of Polycarbonate (PC) and ABS, High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), or the like.
To facilitate the voice coil 34 to be reciprocally movable in the axial direction of the voice coil 34, the guide piece 313 may have a notch so that the guide piece 313 is easily elastically deformed. The end face of the voice coil 34 and the first diaphragm 351 may be fixed by bonding with an adhesive; one end of voice coil 34 close to first vibration board 351 can set up turn-ups structure, and turn-ups structure and the laminating of first vibration board 351 set up, and increase voice coil 34 and the area of being connected of first vibration board 351 are connected reliably. It will be appreciated that the flange structure may be the above-mentioned support 37, or the flange structure may be attached to the side of the support 37 facing away from the vibrating element.
The other end of the voice coil 34 is surrounded outside the magnet 332 and the second magnetic conductive member 333, a first distance is arranged between the end part of the voice coil 34 departing from the first vibrating plate 351 and the first magnetic conductive member 331, a second distance is arranged between the inner wall surface of the voice coil 34 and the magnet 332 and the second magnetic conductive member 333, a third distance is arranged between the outer wall surface of the voice coil 34 and the first magnetic conductive member 331, and the first distance, the second distance and the third distance are arranged according to actual needs.
The vibrating member of the speaker 30 in the display device provided by this embodiment adopts a plate-shaped structure, the thickness of the vibrating member along the axial direction of the voice coil 34 is smaller than the thickness of the cone in the related art, so that the thickness of the speaker 30 is also smaller, the thickness of the display device is smaller, and the first vibrating plate 351 is used as a part of the box body, so that the avoidance distance between the vibrating member and the box body in the speaker 30 can be avoided, the thickness of the speaker 30 is smaller, and the development trend of ultra-thinning of the display device is met.
For any flat plate, under the condition that the geometric dimension of the flat plate is determined, the flat plate has modal frequency of infinite orders, and the modal frequency formula of the flat plate vibration is as follows:
Figure BDA0002380589150000121
wherein a and b are the length and width of the flat plate, ρ is the density of the flat plate, h is the thickness of the flat plate, and D is the bending strength of the flat plate.
Frequency f of first-order mode of flat panel11Smaller, flat emitted acoustic frequencyThe lower the low frequency sound effect of the loudspeaker 30.
In some embodiments, the weight of the exciter is greater than that of the first vibration plate 351, which can be understood as adding a vibration mass to the first vibration plate 351, which is equivalent to increasing the equivalent density ρ of the first vibration plate 351, where ρ is increased and the first-order modal frequency f is known from the formula (1)11The reduction helps the speaker 30 to excite the low-frequency sound with better sound effect. That is, the present embodiment increases the equivalent mass of the vibration system without increasing the mass of the first vibration plate 351, and decreases the first-order modal frequency f without decreasing the radiation efficiency of the acoustic wave11The speaker 30 of the display device provided in this embodiment can emit low-frequency sound of 100Hz, so as to meet the design requirement of low-frequency sound of display devices such as lcd televisions.
It can be understood that the phase difference of sound waves radiated by the cone loudspeaker on one side of the vibrating part and on one side away from the vibrating part is 180 degrees, the sound waves on the two sides interfere with each other to weaken the sound waves, and the low-frequency performance of the exciter is reduced. In this embodiment, the vibrating member of the speaker 30 is a flat plate, the speaker 30 is developed into a flat plate speaker, sound waves radiated from two sides of the flat plate can be superposed for use based on the characteristic of flat plate sound wave radiation, the sound pressure level of the speaker 30 is high, and the problem of acoustic short circuit does not exist.
In order to facilitate the air to be pushed to radiate a greater sound pressure level, the mass of the first vibration plate 351 is small; meanwhile, in order to facilitate excitation of lower-order resonance modes of lower frequencies and to reduce the weight of the speaker 30, the thickness of the first vibration plate 351 is small. When the thickness of the first vibration plate 351 is less than 1.5mm, it is necessary to reinforce the rigidity of the first vibration plate 351 to prevent the speaker 30 from being deformed. In some embodiments, the first vibration plate 351 may be a paper core honeycomb plate with a thickness of 1mm to 1.5mm, and has a small weight and high strength. In some embodiments, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a first vibration plate, and referring to fig. 6, the first vibration plate 351 includes: a paper core 3511; a first skin 3512, the first skin 3512 covering the side of the paper core 3511 facing away from the voice coil 34; and a second cover 3513, wherein the second cover 3513 covers the side of the paper core 3511 where the voice coil 34 is arranged, and the voice coil 34 is connected with the second cover 3513.

The present embodiment does not limit the structure of the exciter, and the present embodiment takes the exciter structure in fig. 7 to 12 as an example for explanation.
The connecting piece 38 is attached to the side of the first vibration plate 351 where the voice coil 34 is arranged, or the connecting piece 38 can be attached to the second skin 3513, the connecting area of the connecting piece 38 and the second skin 3513 is large, and when the voice coil 34 vibrates, the vibration of the second skin 3513 is reduced, so that the second skin 3513 can be prevented from being separated from the paper core 3511, and the second skin 3513 can be prevented from being broken.
In some embodiments, in order to enable the whole connecting piece 38 to vibrate with the first vibrating plate 351 at the same time, an adhesive piece may be disposed on the whole connecting piece 38 close to the side of the first vibrating plate 351, so that the connection is firm.
In some embodiments, the entire side of the connection piece 38 near the first vibration plate 351 may be coated with an adhesive such as an optical cement for connection with the first vibration plate 351, which is reliable.
When the voice coil 34 is directly connected to the first diaphragm 351, the connection area between the voice coil 34 and the first diaphragm 351 is the end surface of the voice coil 34, and the connection area is small. When the voice coil 34 vibrates reciprocally, the first vibration plate 351 may be broken while vibrating reciprocally with the voice coil 34. In some embodiments, along the axial direction of the voice coil 34, the projection of the connection piece 38 on the first vibration plate 351 covers the projection of the voice coil 34 on the first vibration plate 351, and the connection area of the connection piece 38 and the first vibration plate 351 is large, so that the possibility of damaging damage to the first vibration plate 351 can be reduced, and the service life of the speaker 30 and the display device can be prolonged.
In some embodiments, the connection piece 38 may have a ring shape, a width of the connection piece 38 in a radial direction of the voice coil 34 is larger than a thickness of the voice coil 34, and a connection area of the connection piece 38 and the first vibration plate 351 is large.

In addition, since the first vibrating plate 351 is usually made of a paper core honeycomb plate, and a hole is directly formed in the paper core honeycomb plate, the strength in the hole is easily reduced, and in this embodiment, the second protrusion 382 is attached to the inner surface of the thickness-reduced hole 3514, so that the strength of the thickness-reduced hole 3514 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the thickness reducing hole 3514 may penetrate the first vibration plate 351 in a direction perpendicular to the first vibration plate 351, which is easy to manufacture.
The second protrusion 382 may be located in the reduced thickness hole 3514, and in some embodiments, a side of the second protrusion 382 facing away from the voice coil 34 is located in the same plane as a side of the first vibration plate 351 facing away from the voice coil 34, and the thickness of the connection piece 38 is smaller than that of the first vibration plate 351. The height of the portion of the voice coil 34 extending into the reduced thickness hole 3514 is further increased and the thickness of the speaker 30 is further reduced.
In order to allow the connecting piece 38 to vibrate at the same time as a whole, the connecting piece 38 has high hardness, and relative vibration between the connecting piece 38 itself is avoided. In some embodiments, the connecting tab 38 is made of metal, and has high strength, so that the heat dissipation of the exciter is easy, and the loudspeaker 30 is prevented from being overheated and failing. Illustratively, the material of the connecting piece 38 may be aluminum.
The end face of the voice coil 34 may be directly connected to the connection piece 38 or the first diaphragm 351, and fixed by an adhesive such as an adhesive tape. In some embodiments, voice coil 34 includes: a cylinder 347; the bonding portion 348 is connected to the tubular body 347, and the bonding portion 348 is bonded to the first vibration plate 351. The fitting portion 348 may be annular and continuously provided along the axis of the voice coil 34, or may be a plurality of flap pieces intermittently provided along the circumferential direction of the voice coil 34.
The fitting portion 348 may extend to one side of the axis of the voice coil 34 or extend to one side deviating from the axis of the voice coil 34, and the fitting portion 348 is plate-shaped and is attached to the connecting piece 38, so that the connecting area is large and the connection is stable.
To reduce the thickness of the speaker 30 and the display device, the first vibration plate 351 may be formed as a part of the cabinet of the speaker 30 in some embodiments. The speaker 30 further includes: the first side plate 352a, the first side plate 352a and the first vibration plate 351 enclose a second receiving cavity that receives the voice coil 34.

At this time, the speaker 30 is developed into a flat panel speaker, and the flat panel speaker further has a characteristic that the sound waves on both sides of the first vibration plate 351 have no phase reversal, that is, the sound waves on both sides of the first vibration plate 351 can be superimposed for use, and there is no problem of acoustic short circuit.
In some embodiments, in order to prevent the first vibration plate 351 from colliding with the rear case 20 to generate noise, a first avoidance gap is provided between the first vibration plate 351 and the rear case 20, and a second avoidance gap is provided between one end of the support 32 facing away from the voice coil 34 and the first side plate 352 a. The size of the first avoidance gap and the second avoidance gap can be set according to actual needs.

In some embodiments, the speaker 30 further includes an edge strip 353, the edge strip 353 connects the first vibration plate 351 and the first side plate 352a, the first vibration plate 351, the first side plate 352a and the edge strip 353 enclose a second receiving cavity for receiving the voice coil 34, the edge strip 353 is connected to the rear case 20 or the display panel 10, and the edge strip 353 may be integrally formed with any one of the first side plate 352a and the first vibration plate 351.
In some embodiments, the first-order modal frequency f of the first vibration plate 351 may be further reduced by reducing the bending strength of the first vibration plate 35111. The edge strip 353 includes: the first wall 3531 is positioned in the second accommodating cavity; a second wall 3532, the second wall 3532 being disposed opposite to the first wall 3531; at least one of the first wall 3531 and the second wall 3532 is provided with a strength reducing groove 3533.
The strength reducing groove 3533 may elastically deform the edge 353, and when the first vibration plate 351 vibrates, the first vibration plate 351 may vibrate relative to the first side plate 352a, which is equivalent to reducing the bending strength D of the first vibration plate 351, thereby reducing the first-order mode frequency f of the first vibration plate 35111To help the speaker 30 to emit soundMore efficient low frequency tones.
The number of the strength reducing grooves 3533 may be plural, and the plurality of strength reducing grooves 3533 may be provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the edge strip 353. The strength reducing groove 3533 may be provided on the first wall 3531, the second wall 3532, or both the first wall 3531 and the second wall 3532, and when the strength reducing groove 3533 is provided on both the first wall 3531 and the second wall 3532, the strength reducing groove 3533 on the first wall 3531 and the strength reducing groove 3533 on the second wall 3532 are not communicated with each other, and for example, the strength reducing groove 3533 on the first wall 3531 and the strength reducing groove 3533 on the second wall 3532 may be offset in a direction perpendicular to the first vibration plate 351.

In the present embodiment, the first vibration plate 351 and the first side plate 352a may be both rectangular, and the sound outlet 3535 may be located at one long side or short side of the first vibration plate 351 and the first side plate 352 a. Considering that the size of the long side or the short side of the first vibration plate 351 and the first side plate 352a is large, which may affect the vibration stability of the first vibration plate 351 and the first side plate 352a, a plurality of support bars 353 may be disposed at the sound outlet 3535, the plurality of support bars 353 may connect the first vibration plate 351 and the first side plate 352a, the plurality of support bars 353 may be disposed at the side where the sound outlet 3535 is located at intervals, and the plurality of support bars 353 may also be disposed with the strength reducing groove 3533 and the support bar 3534, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, the edge 353 is made of an elastic material. The edge 353 made of elastic material can soften the supporting edge of the first vibration plate 351, and reduce the elastic coefficient of the first vibration plate 351, that is, reduce the bending strength D of the first vibration plate 351, thereby reducing the first-order mode frequency f of the first vibration plate 35111Is helpful toLow-frequency sounds with better sound effects are excited in the speaker 30.
In some embodiments, the material of the edge strip 353 may be silicon rubber, or the like, and the embodiment is not limited.
