Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In a first embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a filter includes a resonator 35 of the filter, which is suspended in a cavity 31 of the filter by a resilient device 303, such as a disc spring, riveted to a cover plate 34, the resilient device 303 can ensure that the resonator is in close contact with the cover plate surface and cannot rotate after being riveted, that is, the resonator can rotate around its own central axis, and a resonator coupling surface 300 is formed on a bottom surface of the resonator 35; the shape of the coupling surface of the resonator is any shape except a circle which rotates around the axis of the resonator, such as a triangle, a polygon, a star, any figure with irregular outer edge, an ellipse, or a circle with the axis of the resonator as the center of circle.
A cavity coupling surface is arranged on the bottom surface of the cavity opposite to the resonator coupling; referring to fig. 3, the overlapping portion of the two coupling surfaces is the effective coupling area.
The cavity coupling surface is located at a protrusion or a recess, in this case a protrusion, at the bottom of the cavity opposite to the coupling surface of the resonator 35. The coupling surface cavity 31 may be a plane or a curved surface, and the shape of the coupling surface cavity is any shape except a circle rotating around the axis of the resonator, such as a triangle, a polygon, a star, an irregular figure on the outer edge, an ellipse, or a circle without the axis of the resonator as the center of a circle. The cavity coupling surface and the resonator coupling surface are also the same shape, and may also be different.
The coupling quantity of the filter depends on the distance between the two coupling surfaces and the effective coupling area of the two coupling surfaces; the coupling quantity is inversely proportional to the distance and directly proportional to the area; after the resonator and the cover plate are riveted, the distance between the coupling surface of the resonator and the coupling surface of the cavity is fixed.
When the direction of the resonator is adjusted, the effective coupling area of the resonator and the resonator can be changed, so that the adjusting function is achieved. Therefore, an adjusting screw rod of the traditional filter extending outside the resonant cavity is effectively omitted, the height of the filter is effectively reduced, the installation space is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced; meanwhile, the filter has few structural parts, is simple to debug and operate (the direction of the resonator can be adjusted), has no thread locking mechanism, does not have the risk of product failure caused by thread sliding, and does not loosen. The threads of the existing screw rod adjusting mode are easy to slip when the screw rod is repeatedly screwed and loosened, and a part of the threads of the screw rod extends into the cavity, so that the performance of the filter is poor.
The filter structure in this embodiment can set up the counter bore on the apron for the regulation part of syntonizer is not higher than the apron face completely, more makes things convenient for the assembly and satisfies more narrow and small usage space needs.
Second embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the structure of the filter in this example is substantially similar to that of the first embodiment, except that the resonator coupling surfaces 300 of the filter in this example are curved surfaces.
Third embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the structure of the filter in this example is substantially similar to that in the second embodiment, except that the resonator coupling surfaces 300 of the filter in this example are curved surfaces different from those in the second embodiment.
Of course, the resonator coupling surfaces may be curved, planar, or a combination thereof.
Fourth embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the filter in this embodiment is a filter composed of a plurality of resonators, each resonator is disposed in a cavity in the filter housing in a one-to-one correspondence, and the structure in each cavity is as described in the previous embodiments. Are not described in detail herein; the filter may have one or more resonators as desired.
The communication equipment using the filter in the previous embodiments comprises an outer cover, an antenna array, the filter, a shielding cover, a PCB and a heat radiator which are arranged in sequence, wherein one external connecting pin of the filter is connected with the antenna, and the other external connecting pin of the filter passes through the shielding cover to be connected with the PCB.
Therefore, an adjusting screw rod of the traditional filter extending outside the resonant cavity is effectively omitted, the height of the filter is effectively reduced, and the installation space and the manufacturing cost are reduced; the requirement of small size and light weight of communication equipment is met.
It should be understood that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same, and those skilled in the art can modify the technical solutions described in the above embodiments, or make equivalent substitutions for some technical features; and such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.
