Background
Depression is one of the major mental diseases worldwide, and prevention of depression and increase of the chance of obtaining treatment are very urgent global health care problems. Some existing psychological treatment regimens may provide an effective method for treating depression and preventing recurrence of depression. Psychological treatment has been shown to successfully intervene in the symptoms of depression and prevent relapse. In the treatment guidelines of the clinical prominent institute of the uk country, low-intensity interventions are considered as recommended first-choice for users with mild to moderate depressive symptoms, including self-help book reading, brief psychological counseling interventions by telephone, mail or text messages.
Cognitive behavior therapy is widely used for intervention treatment of psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety. The core of the method is ABC theory. A represents an evoked event, B represents some beliefs, namely some opinions and explanations of the event, generated by an individual aiming at the evoked event, and C represents the result of emotion and behavior generated by the individual. Cognitive behavioral therapy considered: the emotion of a person comes from the belief, idea, explanation or philosophy of the person on what is encountered, not from the thing itself. In the cognitive behavior treatment process, the thinking process is required to be recorded through a character table, and then skills such as emotion recognition, emotion distinguishing, automatic thinking, behavior activation, attribution style changing, core belief improvement, pleasure doing, negative thinking dispute and the like are learned on the basis of the thinking record table. Cognitive behavioral therapy requires high ability to understand or abstract thinking ability of participants.
In the prior art, generally, the training of cognitive behaviors is performed through manual intervention under a line, no technology for performing automatic cognitive behavior training on the line based on a computer is provided, a user cannot independently train at any time and any place, and the user experience degree is low.
