本发明公开了一种基于美剧字幕的英语学习软件，包括基于软件架构的运营端、资源库和客户端，营端作为后端平台，通过信道连接资源库，运营端将包含美剧字幕的美剧视频数据通过信道上传至资源库，资源库内置有相应算法；客户端作为用户登录使用的前端端口，通过信道连接资源库。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：软件架构设计新颖，功能模块设计、连接方式和整体工作原理合理且清晰，通过该软件可减少背单词者查找美剧字幕的时间，并为使用者提供了很好的英语母语环境，为其掌握更本质的英语语言创造了条件，适用性好，便于推广。

一种基于美剧字幕的英语学习软件
技术领域
本发明涉及学习软件，具体是指一种基于美剧字幕的英语学习软件。
背景技术
目前市场上很多学习英语软件是通过背单词、老师讲授英语视频等方式达到使用者学习英语的目的，其使用者的学习目的主要以背单词为主来达到应试目的。因此，很多英语学习APP仅仅提供简单的中文翻译，更甚者，软件开发方将很多意思相近的英文单词翻译成相同的中文意思，忽略了语境的重要性。对于那些有相近意思的不同单词来说，往往用的语境是不同的，不能依据某些软件和书籍提供的简练中文意思去实际交流。例如，train,teach,instruct,educate等都有“教，教育，培养”的意思，但使用的语境不同。然而，现在的教育很难对这点做出明确的教学，以致我们很多人的英语学习是盲目的、没有从本质上学到一个词汇的用法。
其实针对上面这种现状，很多老师提出一种方法：通过美剧来学习英语。美剧往往是地道的英语环境，对每个词汇在不同场合的使用都是符合英语词汇要求的，因此通过美剧来学习英语正是一个很好的方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的英语学习软件因其架构设计和功能上的不足，导致实际学习效果不好，不能高效便捷的帮助用户学习，不满足使用需求。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种基于美剧字幕的英语学习软件，包括基于软件架构的运营端、资源库和客户端，营端作为后端平台，通过信道连接资源库，运营端将包含美剧字幕的美剧视频数据通过信道上传至资源库，资源库内置有相应算法，根据算法将美剧视频按照语段的形式截取，以含有单词的语句和前后若干句共同截取的形式构成一个视频片段，并标注出单词在影片中出现的时间，供用户整篇查找；
客户端作为用户登录使用的前端端口，通过信道连接资源库，用户通过客户端登录后，在人机界面上调用单词搜索功能，输入想要查找的单词后由客户端提供展示界面，展示界面中显示涵盖该单词的字幕、中文翻译、片名及视频来源，并提供每段视频链接。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：软件架构设计新颖，功能模块设计、连接方式和整体工作原理合理且清晰，通过该软件可减少背单词者查找美剧字幕的时间，并为使用者提供了很好的英语母语环境，为其掌握更本质的英语语言创造了条件，适用性好，便于推广。
作为改进，客户端的展示界面中提供触屏点击功能，用户点击字幕时，会跳转到下一页，该页为该字幕的视频播放。
作为改进，资源库通过信道连接IDC实现对美剧视频数据的更新和下载。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明在具体实施时，一种基于美剧字幕的英语学习软件，包括基于软件架构的运营端、资源库和客户端，所述运营端作为后端平台，通过信道连接所述资源库，所述运营端将包含美剧字幕的美剧视频数据通过信道上传至资源库，所述资源库内置有相应算法，根据算法将美剧视频按照语段的形式截取，以含有单词的语句和前后若干句共同截取的形式构成一个视频片段，并标注出单词在影片中出现的时间，供用户整篇查找；
所述客户端作为用户登录使用的前端端口，通过信道连接所述资源库，用户通过所述客户端登录后，在人机界面上调用单词搜索功能，输入想要查找的单词后由客户端提供展示界面，展示界面中显示涵盖该单词的字幕、中文翻译、片名及视频来源，并提供每段视频链接。
所述客户端的展示界面中提供触屏点击功能，用户点击字幕时，会跳转到下一页，该页为该字幕的视频播放。
所述资源库通过信道连接IDC实现对美剧视频数据的更新和下载。
本发明的工作原理：软件分为运营端和客户端以及相应的资源库。
运营端：将全部美剧字幕上传到资源库，并将美剧视频按照语段的形式截取，将含有单词的语句和前后若干句共同截取的形式构成一个视频片段，并标注出单词在影片中出现的时间，供用户整篇查找；并给客户端提供单词搜索功能。
客户端：打开软件，输入想要查找的单词，接着系统会转到下一页，该页含有所有所含该单词的字幕、中文翻译、片名及视频来源，并提供每段视频链接；当使用者点击字幕时，会跳转到下一页，该页为该字幕的视频播放。
通过该软件，减少了背单词者查找美剧字幕的时间，并为使用者提供了很好的英语母语环境，为其掌握更本质的英语语言创造了条件。
本软件在后期编程时还可根据需要在架构设计上，将语言设定为日语、中文、泰语、韩语等语言，方便高效的适用于日语、中文、泰语、韩语等语言的学习。
此外，术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的，而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此，限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征，在本发明的描述中，“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上，除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中，除非另有明确的规定和限定，术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解，例如，可以是固定连接，也可以是可拆卸连接或一体地连接；可以是机械连接，也可以是电连接；可以是直接相连，也可以通过中间媒介间接相连，可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中，除非另有明确的规定和限定，第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触，也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且，第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方，或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方，或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

1.一种基于美剧字幕的英语学习软件，包括基于软件架构的运营端、资源库和客户端，其特征在于：所述运营端作为后端平台，通过信道连接所述资源库，所述运营端将包含美剧字幕的美剧视频数据通过信道上传至资源库，所述资源库内置有相应算法，根据算法将美剧视频按照语段的形式截取，以含有单词的语句和前后若干句共同截取的形式构成一个视频片段，并标注出单词在影片中出现的时间，供用户整篇查找；
所述客户端作为用户登录使用的前端端口，通过信道连接所述资源库，用户通过所述客户端登录后，在人机界面上调用单词搜索功能，输入想要查找的单词后由客户端提供展示界面，展示界面中显示涵盖该单词的字幕、中文翻译、片名及视频来源，并提供每段视频链接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于美剧字幕的英语学习软件，其特征在于：所述客户端的展示界面中提供触屏点击功能，用户点击字幕时，会跳转到下一页，该页为该字幕的视频播放。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于美剧字幕的英语学习软件，其特征在于：所述资源库通过信道连接IDC实现对美剧视频数据的更新和下载。
