and S4, when the concentration of the toxic and harmful gas exceeds the standard, the controller simultaneously controls the air suction equipment in the gas purification unit to operate in an accelerating mode, the toxic and harmful gas passing through the gas purification device is filtered and purified, and when the concentration of the toxic and harmful gas does not reach a preset value, the air suction equipment operates normally.
Example two
Referring to fig. 7, a first comparative example is shown as another embodiment of the present invention; an annular sealing groove 32 is formed in the top end of the vent pipe 12, a sealing ring 33 is fixedly connected to the bottom end face of the sealing cover 19, and the sealing ring 33 is attached to the sealing groove 32; when the air sealing device works, the sealing ring 33 arranged at the bottom end of the sealing cover 19 is matched with the sealing groove 32 on the vent pipe 12, so that the sealing performance when the sealing cover 19 is attached to the vent pipe 12 is ensured.
The working principle is that the poisonous and harmful gas enters the purifying box 2 through the air inlet pipe 30 and is discharged through the air outlet pipe 31, the rotating shaft 4 is driven to rotate by the motor 3, the bevel gear I5 sleeved with the rotating shaft 4 drives the bevel gear II 6 to rotate, the rotating rod 7 sleeved with the bevel gear II 6 drives the stirring rod I9 and the stirring rod II 10 to rotate together to stir the organic purifying solution in the purifying box 2, so that the poisonous and harmful gas and the organic purifying solution are fully mixed, the purifying effect of the organic purifying solution on the poisonous and harmful gas is improved, the organic purifying solution can be continuously conveyed into the rotating rod 7 through the liquid conveying pipe 8, the organic purifying solution is sprayed outwards through a plurality of small-sized spray heads on the stirring rod I9 and the stirring rod II 10, and the full mixing of the organic purifying solution and the poisonous and harmful gas is ensured, the filter plate 20 arranged on the vent pipe 12 can primarily filter poisonous and harmful gas, when the gas in the vent pipe 12 reaches a certain degree, the seal cover 19 is upwards pushed open, the gas is discharged from a gap between the seal cover 19 and the vent pipe 12, the T-shaped rod 18 fixedly connected with the bottom end of the seal cover 19 drives the spring 16 to stretch, when the gas content in the vent pipe 12 is reduced, the elastic potential energy of the spring 16 drives the T-shaped rod 18 to slide downwards, so that the seal cover 19 is attached to the vent pipe 12 again, the seal cover 19 is tightly attached to the vent pipe 12 through the elastic potential energy of the spring 16, the poisonous and harmful gas is ensured to be fully contacted with the organic purification solution and the filter plate 20, the filtering and purifying effects are improved, through the thread fit between the filter plate 20 and the threaded sleeve 15, a worker can conveniently detach and clean the filter plate 20 at regular time, through the thread connection between the mounting ring I13 and the vent pipe 12, the mounting ring I13 is convenient to detach from the ventilation pipe 12, the filter plate 20 is convenient to detach, the mounting ring II 17 is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve 15, the threaded sleeve 15 is convenient to fix in the ventilation pipe 12, toxic and harmful gas can be further filtered through activated carbon filled in the filter frame 24, through the cooperation between the bolt 28 and the threaded groove 27, a worker can conveniently mount the fixing ring 23 on the support plate 21, the worker can replace the filter frame 24 regularly, the filtering effect of the activated carbon is guaranteed, through sliding fit between the positioning block 22 on the support plate 21 and the positioning groove 25 at the bottom end of the fixing ring 23, the effect of auxiliary positioning is achieved for connection between the fixing ring 23 and the support plate 21, the rubber block 26 and the positioning block 22 which are arranged in the positioning groove 25 are attached to each other, the sealing performance between the fixing ring 23 and the support plate 21 is guaranteed, the toxic and harmful gas can only pass through the filter frame 24, through threaded connection between the top cover 29 and the purification box 2, and the filter frame 24 and the filter plate 20 can be replaced and cleaned after the worker detaches the top cover 29.
