Claims (9)

1. An automatically controlled self-service vending method of an isobaric filling fresh beer vending machine, characterized by comprising:
step 1, filling is started after a consumer places an order;
step 2, conveying the empty beer bottles to a bottle placing position;
step 3, conveying the empty beer bottles positioned at the bottle placing position to a filling position, and filling fresh beer into the empty beer bottles;
step 4, conveying the beer bottle filled with the wine to a bottle cap waiting position after leaving the filling position, and simultaneously conveying the bottle cap to the bottle cap waiting position to tightly press the bottle cap onto the beer bottle;
step 5, conveying the capped beer bottle to a bottle placing position after leaving the bottle cap waiting position, and screwing the bottle cap on the beer bottle;
and 6, conveying the beer bottle with the cap screwed to a bottle outlet position.
2. A self-service method of automatically controlled isobaric filling fresh beer dispensing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises, after step 6, the step of cleaning the filling head and the wine line of the filling station.

The self-service vending method of an automatically controlled isobaric-filling fresh beer vending machine according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 2, it further comprises a bottle dropping step: and (4) dropping the empty beer bottles into a bottle receiving hopper of the isobaric filling fresh beer self-service vending machine.

A self-service method of automatically controlled isobaric filling fresh beer dispensing machines according to claim 3, characterized in that in step 2, it further comprises the bottle moving step: the receiving hopper carries the empty beer bottles to move into a slideway of an isobaric filling fresh beer self-service vending machine.
5. The self-service method of automatically controlled, isobaric filling fresh beer dispensing machine according to claim 4, characterized in that in step 2, it further comprises a bottle raising step: the beer bottle in the slide way is driven to be conveyed to a bottle placing position.
6. The self-service vending method of an automatically controlled isobaric filling fresh beer vending machine according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 3, the isobaric filling fresh beer process comprises:
step 31, injecting carbon dioxide into the empty beer bottle from the filling head, so that the air pressure in the empty beer bottle is the same as that of the beer barrel;
step 32, releasing the pressure in the empty beer bottle to ensure that fresh beer in the beer barrel flows into the empty beer bottle;
step 33, slowly exhausting and intermittently exhausting the beer bottle filled with the wine;
and 34, discharging residual gas in the wine liquid pipeline and the filling head.

The self-service vending method of an automatically controlled isobaric-filling fresh beer vending machine according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 4, it further comprises a step of dropping the lid: the bottle cap with the outward cover opening slides to a bottle cap waiting position along a cover supplying slide way of the isobaric filling fresh beer self-service vending machine.
