An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable program, where when the program is executed in an electronic device, the program causes a computer to execute the guest request processing method in the electronic device according to the above embodiment.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium storing a computer-readable program, where the computer-readable program enables a computer to execute the guest request processing described in the above embodiment in an electronic device.

Claims (6)
1. A guest request processing method, the method comprising:
acquiring a visitor request received by terminal equipment;
determining a server for processing the current visitor request in the visitor management system according to the equipment identifier of the terminal equipment and the visitor request;
sending the guest request to a determined server to process the guest request;
the guest request includes: a visitor reservation request and an access request;
the server for processing the current visitor request in the visitor management system according to the equipment identifier of the terminal equipment and the visitor request comprises the following steps:
determining that the visitor request is a visitor reservation request, and then determining that the visitor reservation request is processed by a cloud server of a visitor management system;
said sending said guest request to a determined server to process said guest request comprises:
sending the visitor reservation request to the cloud server;
receiving the corresponding relation between the terminal equipment identification allowed to be accessed and the side server, which is established after the cloud server passes the verification according to the visitor identity information in the visitor reservation request;
sending the corresponding relation to the terminal equipment allowing access;
checking invitation information input by a visited person and personal information submitted by visitors, after the checking is passed, enabling the face information of the visitors to enter corresponding visitor sub-libraries corresponding to a background database of a face recognition system, and pulling the faces by a side server according to set sub-library marks;
the server for processing the current visitor request in the visitor management system according to the equipment identifier of the terminal equipment and the visitor request comprises the following steps:
determining the visitor request as an access request, and determining a side server for processing the current request according to the equipment identifier of the terminal equipment and the pre-established corresponding relation of the visitor identifier server; the visitor identification server corresponding relation is the corresponding relation between the terminal equipment identification allowed to be accessed by the current visitor and the edge server, which is established after the cloud server checks the identity information of the current visitor in advance.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining the visitor request as an access request, and determining an edge server for processing the current request according to the device identifier of the terminal device and a pre-established visitor identifier server relationship comprises:
judging whether the current terminal equipment is the terminal equipment which is allowed to be accessed or not according to the visitor identity information in the access request and the corresponding relation of the visitor identification server;
and the terminal equipment which is determined to be allowed to access determines an edge server for processing the current request according to the corresponding relation of the visitor identification server.
3. The guest request processing method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring visitor information acquired by terminal equipment; wherein the visitor information includes: personal identity data of the visitor, face image data of the visitor and body temperature data of the visitor.
4. A guest request processing apparatus, the guest request processing apparatus comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the visitor request received by the terminal equipment;
the server determining module is used for determining a server for processing the current visitor request in the visitor management system according to the equipment identifier of the terminal equipment and the visitor request;
the server interaction module is used for sending the visitor request to a determined server so as to process the visitor request;
the guest request includes: a visitor reservation request and an access request;
the server determination module is specifically configured to:
determining that the visitor request is a visitor reservation request, and then determining that the visitor reservation request is processed by a cloud server of a visitor management system;
the server interaction module is specifically configured to:
sending the visitor reservation request to the cloud server;
receiving the corresponding relation between the terminal equipment identification allowed to be accessed and the side server, which is established after the cloud server passes the verification according to the visitor identity information in the visitor reservation request;
sending the corresponding relation to the terminal equipment allowing access;
the guest request processing apparatus is further configured to:
checking invitation information input by a visited person and personal information submitted by visitors, after the checking is passed, enabling the face information of the visitors to enter corresponding visitor sub-libraries corresponding to a background database of a face recognition system, and pulling the faces by a side server according to set sub-library marks;
the server determination module is specifically configured to:
determining the visitor request as an access request, and determining a side server for processing the current request according to the equipment identifier of the terminal equipment and the pre-established corresponding relation of the visitor identifier server; the visitor identification server corresponding relation is the corresponding relation between the terminal equipment identification allowed to be accessed by the current visitor and the edge server, which is established after the cloud server checks the identity information of the current visitor in advance.
5. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 3 when executing the computer program.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
