the main control center is used for receiving the data information of the user terminal, the identity verification unit, the interface unit and the second information unit and transmitting the data information to the first information unit, the intention confirmation module and the payment unit;
the user terminal is used for a user to log in the house property transaction system;
the identity authentication unit is used for carrying out identity identification and qualification verification on the user;
the interface unit is used for connecting the master control center and the house management department platform and transmitting the data information of the house management department platform to the master control center;
the first information unit is used for receiving information submitted to the main control center by the user terminal and realizing information interaction with the user terminal;
the second information unit is used for disclosing the transaction intention confirmed by the buyer and the seller and providing other personnel for applying for objection;
the intention confirming module is used for confirming the purchase intention of the user, and the mode selecting module is used for selecting a payment mode by the user;
the payment module is used for providing fund escrow and loan transaction for the user.
