In addition, a feedback popup window is usually provided in the related art, so that the user can fill in the document, the user is easily unclear, and the position of the document to be fed back cannot be accurately positioned, so that the feedback information of the user cannot be accurately acquired, and the reliability of the feedback information acquisition method is reduced.
In order to solve the foregoing deficiencies in the related art, this embodiment provides a method for acquiring feedback information, which is capable of receiving a feedback request of at least a part of data pages in a page visible area, and then generating a visible area screenshot.
In the embodiment, taking the data page as document information as an example, a screenshot of a visual area of the page can be generated according to characters which need to be fed back and are selected by a user in a document, the characters which are just selected are highlighted in the screenshot of the visual area of the page, and necessary annotation information can be added to the screenshot of the visual area of the page, so that the user can accurately, conveniently and smoothly submit feedback information. The method for acquiring the feedback information in the embodiment can greatly improve the enthusiasm of user feedback, and further improve the user experience.
As shown in fig. 9, the method for acquiring feedback information of this embodiment includes:
step S602, obtaining the selected characters to be fed back;
step S604, generating a screenshot of a visible area of a page;
step S606, receiving annotation information, annotating a screenshot of a visible area of a page, and generating a feedback screenshot;
and step S608, storing and submitting the feedback screenshot as feedback information.
In the embodiment, the characters needing to be fed back are selected, the document feedback button can appear beside the characters, the screenshot function can be triggered by clicking the button, the screenshot of the page visual area is generated, the coordinates of the selected characters are recorded, and the selected characters are highlighted in the screenshot of the page visual area, so that the position of the document to be fed back can be accurately obtained, and the reliability of the method for obtaining the feedback information is improved.
As shown in fig. 10, in this embodiment, the step of generating the screenshot of the page visual area specifically includes:
step S702, obtaining the outermost node information of the visible area of the current page;
step S704, traversing child node information under node information of the outermost layer of the visible area of the current page;
step S706, judging whether the outermost node information of the current page visual area is in the page visual area;
if yes, go to step S708, if no, go to step S710;
step S708, the node information is transmitted to a screenshot processing program;
step S710, adding target attribute identification to the node information;
step 712, rendering the node information through the screenshot processing program, and generating a preset canvas;
step S714, acquiring coordinate information of the selected characters;
and step S716, according to the coordinate information, highlighting and displaying the selected characters on a preset canvas, and generating a feedback screenshot.
In this embodiment, the node information may be a dom node. And acquiring the outermost layer dom node of the visible area of the current page, namely the dom node to be transmitted to the screenshot processing program. In some embodiments of this embodiment, the screenshot processing program may be an html2canvas program.
And judging whether the dom node at the outermost layer of the current page visible area is in the page visible area, if so, not processing, and if not, adding a target attribute identifier to the dom node. In some implementations of this embodiment, the target attribute identification may be an "html 2 canvas-ignore" attribute. It can be understood that the dom nodes added with the target attribute identifiers cannot be calculated and rendered by the screenshot processing program html2canvas, so that the dom nodes outside the visible area of the page are prevented from being rendered, the number of the dom nodes needing rendering processing is reduced, and meanwhile, the performance of the generated preset canvas can be greatly improved.
And transmitting the processed dom nodes to a screenshot processing program html2canvas, adding a target attribute identifier "html 2 canvas-ignore" to the dom nodes which are not in the visible area, receiving the dom nodes by the screenshot processing program html2canvas, calculating and rendering the dom nodes without the target attribute identifier "html 2canvas-ignore, directly skipping the dom nodes with the target attribute identifier" html2canvas-ignore, not processing, and finally generating a preset canvas.
In addition, the embodiment can also acquire the coordinate information of the selected character, highlight the selected character on the preset canvas according to the coordinate information of the selected character, generate the feedback screenshot, further intuitively acquire the character to be fed back through the feedback screenshot, and improve the reliability of the method for acquiring the feedback information.
As shown in fig. 11, in this embodiment, generating a feedback screenshot according to the screenshot of the visible area of the markup information markup page includes generating the feedback screenshot specifically including
Step S802, clicking the generated screenshot of the page visual area;
step S804, entering a screenshot marking mode;
step S806, receiving marking information, and marking the screenshot of the visible area of the page;
and step S808, saving the marked screenshot as a feedback screenshot.
In this embodiment, if the generated screenshot of the page visual area needs to be labeled, the editing mode can be entered by clicking the screenshot of the page visual area, and then the screenshot is drawn. The functions of the label mainly include: the functions of drawing an arrow, drawing a rectangle, drawing an ellipse, freely drawing a painting brush and cancelling are selected, and one or the combination of the functions is selected, so that a user can select different marking information according to the requirement, and the flexibility of the feedback information acquisition method is improved.
And clicking and storing after the annotation is finished, and generating the image containing the annotation, namely the feedback screenshot. In some embodiments of this embodiment, if the annotation needs to be performed again, the screenshot can be clicked for continuous annotation, so that the applicability of the feedback information obtaining method is improved.
After the feedback screenshot is saved, the feedback screenshot may be submitted, and it may be understood that the generated feedback information may be submitted to the server in this embodiment.
In one embodiment, the screenshot in the visible area of the page may be an image containing text, as shown in fig. 12, where "X" represents the text, "BBBDD" is selected as the text, and the feedback screenshot is shown in fig. 13 and 14, where the annotation information in the feedback screenshot includes, for example, a drawing rectangle and a drawing arrow, so as to meet the use requirements of different scenes.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the feedback screenshot is used as the feedback information, so that the efficiency of obtaining the feedback information is improved, and meanwhile, the accuracy of the obtained feedback information is improved.
2. And rendering the page node information of the page visual area, and skipping the page node information outside the page visual area, so that the number of the page node information needing rendering is reduced, and the reliability of the obtained feedback screenshot is ensured.
3. The method can receive different marking information to mark the screenshot of the visual area, and improves the use flexibility of the method for acquiring the feedback information.
