Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the related invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow 100 of an embodiment of an information prompting method according to the application is shown. The information prompting method comprises the following steps:
step 101, acquiring behavior data of a target user in real time.
In this embodiment, an execution subject (e.g., an electronic device such as a server) of the information prompting method may obtain behavior data of a target user in real time. The target user may be any user registered with a target service platform (e.g., a comment service platform, an order service platform, etc.). The behavior data of the target user may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following generated by the user during the use of the terminal device: click behavior data, search behavior data, etc., information browsing behavior data, route query behavior data, etc.
And 102, detecting a target geographic information point intended by the target user based on the behavior data.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may detect a target geographic information point to which the target user intends to go, based on the acquired behavior data. It can be understood that the behavior data of the user may indicate operations that the user performs successively, and if the user browses a certain geographic information point first and then inquires a route to the geographic information, the user may be considered to have an intention to go to the geographic information point, so that the geographic information point may be used as a target geographic information point that the target user intends to go to. Here, a Point of Interest (POI) may also be referred to as a Point of Interest, such as a restaurant, a store, a mall, an amusement park, and the like.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the execution main body may obtain information browsing behavior data and route query behavior data of the target user in the target application in real time. The target application may be installed on a terminal device used by the target user. The target application can be a client application (such as a comment client application, an order client application, and the like) maintained by the target service platform, and can provide multiple services such as an information query service, a route query service, and the like of the geographic information point. The execution main body can detect whether the target is that the user conducts information browsing and route query on the same geographic information point in sequence or not based on the information browsing behavior data and the route query behavior data. When it is detected that the target user successively performs information browsing and route query on the same geographic information point based on the information browsing behavior data and the route query behavior data, the same geographic information point can be determined as the target geographic information point.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, when the target application cannot provide the route query service for the geographic information point, the execution subject may obtain, in real time, information browsing behavior data of the target user in the target application and route query behavior data of the target user in the map application. The target application and the map application can be installed on the terminal equipment used by the target user. The execution main body can detect whether the target carries out information browsing and route query on the same geographic information point in sequence or not based on the acquired information browsing behavior data and the acquired route query behavior data. When it is detected that the target user successively performs information browsing and route query on the same geographic information point based on the information browsing behavior data and the route query behavior data, the same geographic information point can be determined as the target geographic information point.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after detecting a target geographic information point that a target user intends to go to, the execution main body may further use a time of detecting the target geographic information point as a start time of the target user going to the target geographic information point, and then determine an estimated arrival time based on a map route time from a current location of the target user to the target geographic information point (i.e., a time required for querying a route from the current location of the target user to the target geographic information point through an electronic map) and the start time. Here, the estimated arrival time can be obtained by accumulating the start time and the map route time. Then, the executing body may adopt a conventional positioning manner to position the location of the target user in real time, so as to detect whether the location of the target user reaches the target geographic information point. When it is detected that the target user reaches the target geographic information, the actual arrival time of the target user may be obtained. Finally, the accuracy of the intent detection may be determined based on the estimated time of arrival and the actual time of arrival. By determining the accuracy of the intention detection, the intention detection method for the target user can be adjusted in real time, so that the intention detection method can be more and more accurate.
Step 103, when detecting that the target user is located within the preset range of the target geographic information point, sending first prompt information and service information aiming at the target user to the first terminal equipment located at the target geographic information point.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the target user is located within a preset range of the target geographic information point (e.g., located in the same building, having a straight-line distance less than or equal to 500 meters from the target geographic information point, having a navigation distance less than or equal to 1 kilometer from the target geographic information point, etc.), the first prompt information and the service information for the target user are sent to a terminal device located at the target geographic information point (the terminal device used for distinguishing the users is referred to as a first terminal device).
The first prompt message may be used to indicate that the target user is about to reach the target geographic information point. The service information for the target user may be used to indicate a service matching the user class of the target user. Here, the user rank may be pre-divided according to needs, such as dividing into important users, common users, and the like, and is not limited specifically here. Services herein may include, but are not limited to, at least one of: discounts that the target user may enjoy, activities that the target user may participate in, etc. Therefore, the service for the target user can be known in advance by the staff of the geographic information point without active notification of the user, so that the matched service can be provided for the target user after the target user arrives, and the pushed information has higher pertinence and practicability.
It should be noted that, in addition to sending the first prompt message and the service message to the first terminal device located at the target geographic information point, the executing entity may also send other messages to the executing entity. For example, recommendation information related to the target user may also be sent.
As an example, a user portrait or preference information (which are all acquired after permission of the user) of the target user may be acquired after the target geographic information point to which the target user intends to go is detected, or when the target user is detected to be within a preset range of the target geographic information point. The executive may then analyze the retrieved user representation or preference information to determine user preferences or content of possible interest, such as target items, target dishes, target items or target services, from the items available at the target geographic information point. Accordingly, the related information of the target object, the target dish, the target item or the target service can be pushed to the first terminal device. Therefore, the targeted service can be further provided for the user conveniently, and the decision time for the user to select the articles, dishes, projects or services can be saved.
In some optional implementations of the embodiment, the service information sent to the first terminal device located at the target geographic information point may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the first service information is matched with a first user level of the target user in the target service platform, and the second service information is matched with a second user level of the target user in the target geographic information point. The first user level of the target user in the target service platform and the second user level of the target geographic information point may be the same or different, and are not specifically limited herein, and the dividing manner of each user level is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after sending the first prompt message and the service information for the target user to the first terminal device located at the target geographic information point, when it is detected that the target user reaches the target geographic information, the execution main body may further send a second prompt message to the first terminal device. Wherein the second prompt message may be used to indicate that the target user has reached the target geographic information point. In practice, the user can be perceived to the store based on iBeacon (must be sure), GPS (Global Positioning System), WiFi, bluetooth, base station, etc. Wherein, iBeacon is the function that terminal equipment with the iOS operating system has had. The working mode is that a device equipped with a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication function uses Bluetooth Low Energy technology to send its own unique identifier to the surroundings, and an application receiving the identifier takes some action according to the identifier. For example, by installing the iBeacon communication module in a target geographic information point (e.g., a certain shop), the execution agent may be notified of information run on a terminal device running the iOS operating system, or send information (e.g., discount coupon, store-in credit, etc.) to the user.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after sending the second prompt message to the first terminal device, the execution main body may further obtain historical behavior data of the target user, and estimate departure time of the target user from the target geographic information point based on the historical behavior data and the time when the target user reaches the target geographic information point. The historical behavior data may include historical store-in time, historical leave time, and the like of the target user for the target geographic information point. The execution main body can estimate the leaving time of the target user leaving the target geographic information point by combining the time of the target user reaching the target geographic information point in a mode of counting historical behavior data. The executing entity may send the third prompting message to the first terminal device near the departure time (e.g., 5 minutes before the departure time). Wherein the third prompting message can be used for prompting the geographic information point to provide services, such as discount, activity and the like, matched with the user grade of the target user. Therefore, the matched service can be provided for the user without active notification, and the pertinence and the practicability of the pushed information are further improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the executing body may further push a fourth prompt message to a terminal device (which may be referred to as a second terminal device) used by the target user when the leaving time is close. Wherein the fourth prompting message can be used for prompting the service which can be enjoyed by the target user. Therefore, the target user can know the enjoyable service in time, and convenience is provided for the user.
With continued reference to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the information prompting method according to the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 2, a comment application is installed in the terminal device used by the user. The user browses a detail page (as shown by reference numeral 201) of a store in the interface of the review class application, the detail page including the address of the store. The user then clicks on the address, jumps to the map page (as shown at reference numeral 202), and route information is presented from the user's current location to the address. At this time, the target geographic information point that the user intends to go to is considered as the store. The user can then be located in real time, and when the user is located near the store, prompt information indicating that the user is about to arrive and service information for the user, which can be used to indicate services that match the user rating of the user, can be sent to the terminal device of the store.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the behavior data of the target user is obtained in real time, and then the target geographic information point intended by the target user is detected based on the behavior data, so that when the target user is detected to be located within the preset range of the target geographic information point, the first prompt information and the service information aiming at the target user are sent to the first terminal equipment located at the target geographic information point. The first prompt information can be used for indicating that the target user is about to reach the target geographic information point, and the service information can be used for indicating the service matched with the user level of the target user, so that more targeted service can be provided for the user in time, and the pertinence and the practicability of the pushed information are improved.
