Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Reference in the specification to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the specification. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
The processing method of the maritime administration penalty amount template provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in FIG. 1. The server 101 and the user terminal 102 communicate with each other via a network. The server 101 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and the terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for processing a maritime administration penalty amount template is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S201, providing a query page aiming at the maritime administration punishment cutting template for a user;
step S202, obtaining the maritime illegal action code input by the user on the query page.
The marine illegal activity code is a code for representing marine illegal activities (such as 'operating, controlling and managing a ship according to the water traffic safety and control ship operation rules', 'filling in or recording legal documents about the ship in fact'), and the marine illegal activity codes corresponding to different marine illegal activities are different. The server can send a query page aiming at the maritime administration penalty amount template to the user terminal; and the user terminal displays the query page to the user, and the user inputs the codes corresponding to the discovered illegal marine behaviors on the query page so that the user terminal sends the illegal marine behaviors codes to the server.
Step S203, if all the maritime administration punishment cutting templates stored in the local terminal are in a non-updating state, acquiring candidate maritime illegal activity codes of the maritime administration punishment cutting templates;
step S204, determining a target marine illegal activity code matched with the input marine illegal activity code in each candidate marine illegal activity code, and sending a marine administrative penalty cutting template corresponding to the target marine illegal activity code to the user.
And if the marine administrative penalty amount template stored by the server does not meet the current marine administrative penalty amount requirement, the relevant user can update the marine administrative penalty amount template stored by the server. In the above step, when all the marine administrative penalty cutting templates stored in the server are in a non-updated state, it indicates that the marine administrative penalty cutting template stored in the current server meets the cutting requirement, and therefore, the server may obtain the marine illegal activity code (which may be referred to as a "candidate marine illegal activity code") of the marine administrative penalty cutting template; next, the server may determine, among the candidate marine illegal activity codes, a marine illegal activity code (which may be referred to as a "target marine illegal activity code") that matches the marine illegal activity code input by the user; and then, the server determines a corresponding marine administrative penalty cutting template based on the target marine illegal activity code and sends the corresponding marine administrative penalty cutting template to the user, so that the user performs marine administrative penalty operation based on the marine administrative penalty cutting template corresponding to the target marine illegal activity code.
In the method for processing the marine administrative penalty cut template, a query page for the marine administrative penalty cut template is provided for a user; acquiring a maritime illegal behavior code input by the user on the query page; if all the maritime affair penalty cutting templates stored in the local terminal are in a non-updating state, acquiring candidate maritime affair illegal action codes of the maritime affair penalty cutting templates; and determining a target marine illegal behavior code matched with the input marine illegal behavior code in each candidate marine illegal behavior code, and sending a marine administrative penalty cutting template corresponding to the target marine illegal behavior code to the user. Therefore, in the method, the corresponding marine administrative penalty cutting template can be matched by inputting the marine illegal action code on the query page by the user without inputting a plurality of query fields, so that the template query efficiency is improved; in addition, all the maritime administration penalty cutting templates stored at the local end are in a non-updating state, and corresponding maritime illegal activity codes are obtained, so that the real-time performance of the templates can be ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the server executes step S203, the following steps may be further executed: step S301, if all the maritime administration penalty cut amount templates stored in the local terminal are in a non-updated state, determining a first maritime administration penalty cut amount template of which the issued frequency is greater than a threshold value of the issued frequency in all the maritime administration penalty cut amount templates; step S302, taking the marine illegal activity code of the first marine administration penalty amount template as the candidate marine illegal activity code. When the server executes step S204, the following steps may be further executed: step S303, determining a target marine illegal activity code based on the matching between the marine illegal activity code of the first marine administrative penalty amount template and the input marine illegal activity code.
Wherein the sent frequency is the frequency of sending the marine administration penalty amount template to the user in the first historical period. The server can record the maritime administration penalty cutting template sent to the user each time; therefore, in order to improve the template query efficiency, the server may acquire the frequency of each marine administrative penalty amount template being sent to the user within the first historical period, and then, the server determines a marine administrative penalty amount template (which may be referred to as a "first marine administrative penalty amount template") whose frequency of being sent is greater than the frequency-sent threshold, and acquires a marine violation behavior code of the first marine administrative penalty amount template; and then, the server takes the marine illegal activity codes of the first marine administration punishment cutting template as candidate marine illegal activity codes, matches the candidate marine illegal activity codes with the marine illegal activity codes input by the user, and determines the target marine illegal activity codes.
Further, when the server determines the target marine illegal activity code based on the matching between the marine illegal activity code of the first marine administrative penalty amount template and the input marine illegal activity code, the server may specifically perform the following steps: if the marine illegal activity code of the first marine administrative penalty amount template is not matched with the input marine illegal activity code, sequencing the marine illegal activity code of the first marine administrative penalty amount template and the input marine illegal activity code according to the sequence of the marine illegal activity codes from small to large, and determining a pair of marine illegal activity codes which are positioned at two sides of the input marine illegal activity code and are adjacent to the input marine illegal activity code; determining a storage address pair of a first maritime administration penalty cutting template corresponding to the maritime illegal activity code; the size of the storage address of each marine administrative penalty cutting template has a positive correlation with the size of the corresponding marine illegal activity code of each marine administrative penalty cutting template; acquiring a marine illegal behavior code of a second marine administrative penalty cutting template with a storage address positioned between the storage address pair; and determining a target marine illegal activity code matched with the input marine illegal activity code in the marine illegal activity codes of the second marine administrative penalty amount template.
When the server stores the marine administrative penalty cutting templates, sequentially storing the marine illegal activity codes corresponding to the marine administrative penalty cutting templates according to the size of the marine illegal activity codes, for example, according to the sequence of the marine illegal activity codes from small to large, the marine administrative penalty cutting templates are ACBED respectively; then, the server can store the marine administrative penalty cutting template with small marine illegal activity codes into a smaller address and store the marine administrative penalty cutting template with large marine illegal activity codes into a larger address, so that the storage addresses corresponding to the marine administrative penalty cutting template ACBED are in the order from small to large; therefore, the size of the storage address of each marine administrative penalty amount template has a positive correlation with the size of the marine illegal activity code corresponding to each marine administrative penalty amount template.
Illustratively, the server is ACFHJI according to the maritime administration penalty amount template determined by the frequency of distribution; if the marine illegal activity codes of the marine administrative penalty amount template ACFHJI are not matched with the marine illegal activity codes input by the user, the server can sort the marine illegal activity codes of the marine administrative penalty amount template ACFHJI and the marine illegal activity codes input by the user according to the size of the marine illegal activity codes, and the obtained marine illegal activity code sequence is ajicxhf; wherein, x represents the marine illegal activity code input by the user, a represents the marine illegal activity code of the marine administration penalty cutting template A, C represents the marine illegal activity code of the marine administration penalty cutting template C, and so on.
The server may determine based on the above-described sequence of marine illegal activity codes: the marine illegal activity codes which are positioned at two sides of the x and are adjacent to the x are ch, so that the server can take the ch as a marine illegal activity code pair; then, the server can determine that the storage addresses of the marine administrative penalty cutting template CH are add-4 and add-8 based on CH, after determining the storage address pair add-4 and add-8, the server determines the storage addresses add-5, add-6 and add-7 between the storage address pair add-4 and add-8 and determines the marine administrative penalty cutting template stored in add-5, add-6 and add-7 to be DBG, so that the server can obtain the marine violation behavior code of the marine administrative penalty cutting template DBG to obtain DBG; then, the server compares the marine illegal activity code x input by the user with the marine illegal activity code bdg, and determines that the marine illegal activity code matched with the marine illegal activity code x input by the user is d; therefore, the server may send the marine administrative penalty amount template D corresponding to the marine illegal activity code D to the user.
In the implementation method, since the marine administrative penalty cutting templates are stored in sequence according to the size of the marine illegal activity codes of the marine administrative penalty cutting templates, the size of the storage address of each marine administrative penalty cutting template has a positive correlation with the size of the marine illegal activity codes corresponding to each marine administrative penalty cutting template; and when the server cannot determine the marine administration penalty cutting amount template according to the frequency of distribution, determining a further matching range of the marine illegal activity codes by combining the storage address, and improving the template determination efficiency.
In one embodiment, the server may further perform the steps of: and if the local-end stored partial maritime administration penalty cutting template is in an updated state, judging whether all the maritime administration penalty cutting templates are in a non-updated state at preset time intervals.
Illustratively, when at least one marine administrative penalty cutting template in the marine administrative penalty cutting templates stored by the server is in an updated state, the server indicates that the user is updating the cutting templates; since it cannot be determined whether the user updates the other maritime administration penalty cut amount templates, in order to ensure the real-time property of the templates, when determining that at least one maritime administration penalty cut amount template is in an updated state, the server does not acquire a maritime administration violation behavior code of the maritime administration penalty cut amount template, but judges whether all maritime administration penalty cut amount templates are in a non-updated state at intervals of a preset time length (such as 15 minutes); if all the maritime administration penalty cutting templates are determined to be in the non-updated state in the judgment of the preset time length of a certain time interval, step 203 is executed.
Further, the server may also perform the following steps: determining each time length of the partial maritime affair administration penalty cutting template in an updated state in the second historical time period; and determining the preset time length based on the statistics of the time lengths of all times.
Further, when the server determines the preset time duration based on the statistics of the time durations of the times, the following steps may be specifically performed: determining the average time length of each time length; prolonging the average time length by a first time length to obtain the preset time length; the first time period is less than the average time period.
Illustratively, in the last half year, the maritime administration penalty cut template ABD has updates, and the update times are respectively 1, 2 and 1; the server can acquire the time lengths of the maritime administration penalty amount template ABD in the updating state, which are 0.5 hour, 0.3 hour, 0.4 hour and 0.2 hour respectively; then, the server may calculate an average time length of the time lengths to be 0.35 hour, and use 0.35 hour as the preset time length of the interval judgment. For further template real-time performance, 0.35 hour may be further extended, for example, the first time duration (0.1 hour) less than 0.35 hour is extended to obtain the extended time duration of 0.45 hour, and the server uses the 0.45 hour as the preset time duration of the interval judgment.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 to 3 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 to 3 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.
