Background
The cable disc is a device for installing a cable, but the existing cable disc is not provided with a GPS empty disc detection device, so that the empty disc cannot be detected, the situation of the cable disc cannot be known in use, and proper cable discs need to be carefully selected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a GPS empty disc detection device which has the advantage of being capable of detecting an empty disc and solves the problem that the existing cable disc cannot detect the empty disc.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the GPS empty disc detection device comprises a winding drum, wherein the front side and the rear side of the surface of the winding drum are fixedly connected with fixed discs, the inner side of each fixed disc is provided with a storage groove, and the inside of each storage groove is provided with an induction mechanism;
the sensing mechanism comprises a cushion block, a GPS photosensitive detector, a fixed plate and a handle, wherein the cushion block is fixedly connected in the storage tank, the bottom of the GPS photosensitive detector is in contact with the top of the cushion block, the fixed plate is movably connected to the top of the GPS photosensitive detector, the handle is arranged at the top of the fixed plate, the bottom of the handle penetrates through the fixed plate and extends to the outside of the fixed plate to be fixedly connected with the GPS photosensitive detector, and both sides of the fixed plate are provided with fixing mechanisms;
the fixing mechanism comprises an L plate, first bolts and second bolts, wherein the L plate is arranged on two sides of the fixing plate, the first bolts are arranged at the top of the L plate, the bottoms of the first bolts penetrate through the L plate and extend to the inside of the fixing plate, the second bolts are arranged on one side, close to the handle, of the L plate, and one side, far away from the handle, of the second bolts penetrates through the L plate and extends to the inside of the fixing plate.
Preferably, the GPS photosensitive detector comprises a case and a photosensitive unit, wherein the photosensitive unit is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the front surface of the case, and the surface of the case is contacted with the inner wall of the storage tank.
Preferably, the top of the fixing plate is provided with a through hole, and the inside of the through hole is in sliding connection with the handle.
As preferable in the invention, the two sides of the top of the fixed plate are respectively provided with a first screw hole, and the inside of the first screw hole is in threaded connection with the surface of the first bolt.
As preferable in the invention, the top parts of the two sides of the inner wall of the storage tank are respectively provided with a second screw hole, and the inside of the second screw hole is in threaded connection with the surface of the second bolt.
In the invention, preferably, a sliding hole is formed at the top of the L plate, and the inside of the sliding hole is slidably connected with the first bolt.
As a preferable mode of the invention, the front surface of the winding cylinder is provided with a lightening hole, and the inside of the lightening hole is provided with anti-skid patterns.
Preferably, the surface of the GPS photosensitive detector is in contact with the inner wall of the storage tank.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention can not transmit signals through the photosensitive element when the cable is not empty, and the GPS in the disk can transmit back information when the cable is empty, thereby achieving the effect of detecting the empty disk, solving the problem that the existing cable disk can not detect the empty disk.
2. The invention can detect whether the cable is empty or not by arranging the GPS photosensitive detector, thereby being convenient to use.
3. According to the invention, the through holes are arranged, so that the handle can be positioned, and the shaking phenomenon of the handle is prevented.
4. According to the invention, the first screw hole is formed, so that the fixing plate is in threaded connection with the L plate through the first bolt, and the L plate is prevented from being separated from the fixing plate.
5. According to the invention, the L plate can be connected with the fixed disc through the second bolt by arranging the second screw hole, so that the L plate is prevented from moving on the storage groove of the fixed disc.
6. According to the invention, the first bolt can be connected with the L plate by arranging the sliding hole, so that the first bolt can conveniently pass through the top of the L plate, and the use is convenient.
7. The invention can lighten the weight of the winding cylinder by arranging the lightening holes, thereby being convenient for moving the winding cylinder.
8. The invention can fix the GPS photosensitive detector by arranging the surface of the GPS photosensitive detector to be contacted with the inner wall of the storage tank, thereby preventing the GPS photosensitive detector from moving left and right in the storage tank.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the GPS empty disc detection device provided by the invention comprises a winding drum 1, wherein a fixed disc 2 is fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the surface of the winding drum 1, a storage groove 3 is formed in the inner side of the fixed disc 2, and an induction mechanism 4 is arranged in the storage groove 3;
the induction mechanism 4 comprises a cushion block 41, a GPS photosensitive detector 42, a fixed plate 43 and a handle 44, wherein the cushion block 41 is fixedly connected inside the storage tank 3, the bottom of the GPS photosensitive detector 42 is in contact with the top of the cushion block 41, the fixed plate 43 is movably connected to the top of the GPS photosensitive detector 42, the handle 44 is arranged on the top of the fixed plate 43, the bottom of the handle 44 penetrates through the fixed plate 43 and extends to the outside of the fixed plate 43 to be fixedly connected with the GPS photosensitive detector 42, and both sides of the fixed plate 43 are provided with fixing mechanisms 5;
the fixing mechanism 5 includes an L plate 51, a first bolt 52 and a second bolt 53, the L plate 51 is provided on both sides of the fixing plate 43, the first bolt 52 is provided on the top of the L plate 51, the bottom of the first bolt 52 penetrates the L plate 51 and extends to the inside of the fixing plate 43, the second bolt 53 is provided on one side of the L plate 51 near the handle 44, and one side of the second bolt 53 away from the handle 44 penetrates the L plate 51 and extends to the inside of the fixing plate 2.
Referring to fig. 3, the gps photosensitive detector 42 includes a case 421 and a photosensitive unit 422, the photosensitive unit 422 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the front surface of the case 421, and the surface of the case 421 is in contact with the inner wall of the storage tank 3.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, by arranging the GPS photosensitive detector 42, whether the cable is empty or not can be detected, so that the use is convenient.
Referring to fig. 4, a through hole 6 is opened at the top of the fixing plate 43, and the inside of the through hole 6 is slidably connected with the handle 44.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the through hole 6 is arranged, so that the handle 44 can be positioned, and the shaking phenomenon of the handle 44 is prevented.
Referring to fig. 4, first screw holes 7 are formed at both sides of the top of the fixing plate 43, and the inside of the first screw holes 7 is screw-coupled with the surface of the first bolts 52.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, by arranging the first screw holes 7, the fixing plate 43 can be connected with the L plate 51 through the first bolts 52 in a threaded manner, so that the L plate 51 is prevented from being separated from the fixing plate 43.
Referring to fig. 4, the top of both sides of the inner wall of the storage tank 3 is provided with a second screw hole 8, and the inside of the second screw hole 8 is in threaded connection with the surface of the second bolt 53.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, by arranging the second screw hole 8, the L plate 51 can be connected with the fixed disc 2 through the second bolt 53 in a threaded manner, so that the L plate 51 is prevented from moving on the storage groove 3 of the fixed disc 2.
Referring to fig. 4, a sliding hole is opened at the top of the l plate 51, and the inside of the sliding hole is slidably coupled with the first bolt 52.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the first bolt 52 can be connected with the L plate 51 by arranging the sliding hole, so that the first bolt 52 can conveniently pass through the top of the L plate 51, and the use is convenient.
Referring to fig. 1, a lightening hole is formed at the front of a winding drum 1, and an anti-slip pattern is provided inside the lightening hole.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the weight of the winding drum 1 can be reduced by arranging the weight reducing holes, so that the winding drum 1 is convenient to move.
Referring to fig. 4, the surface of the gps photodetector 42 is in contact with the inner wall of the storage tank 3.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the surface of the GPS photosensitive detector 42 is contacted with the inner wall of the storage tank 3, so that the GPS photosensitive detector 42 can be fixed, and the phenomenon that the GPS photosensitive detector 42 moves left and right in the storage tank 3 is prevented.
According to the invention, the cushion block 41 is manually arranged in the storage tank 3, the GPS photosensitive detector 42 is arranged at the top of the cushion block 41, the fixed plate 43 is arranged at the top of the GPS photosensitive detector 42, the L plate 51 is arranged at two sides of the top of the fixed plate 43, the L plate 51 is connected with the storage tank 3 of the fixed plate 2 through the second bolts 53, the fixed plate 2 is used for fixing the L plate 51 through the second bolts 53, the L plate 51 is used for fixing the fixed plate 43 through the first bolts 52, the fixed plate 43 is used for fixing the GPS photosensitive detector 42, the photosensitive unit 422 of the GPS photosensitive detector 42 cannot transmit signals when a cable is not empty, and the photosensitive unit 422 of the GPS photosensitive detector 42 can transmit information when the cable is empty, so that the effect of detecting the empty disc can be achieved.
