The wiring hole 34 penetrates through the supporting plate body 31, and can be used for passing wiring harnesses such as wires and the like, so that the wiring harnesses such as wires and the like can be conveniently installed and connected.
Further, in this embodiment, an elongated wire hole 34 may be formed in the pallet body 31, as shown in fig. 7. In another embodiment, two or other numbers of the wire holes 34 may be provided, and the shape of the wire holes 34 may be any shape such as circular, and the like, without limitation.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the supporting plate component 3 is a sheet metal part; has high heat resistance and can be suitable for supporting and fixing the heating element 2 with high temperature. The supporting plate assembly 3 may also be other metal members, and is not limited in particular, so as to achieve stable support of the heating element 2 and adapt to the high temperature of the heating element 2. The supporting plate component 3 is of an integrated structure; that is, the supporting plate body 31, the first connecting member 32 and the second connecting member 33 may be an integral connecting structure.
The included angle between the supporting plate body 31 and the vertical direction, namely the rear protective plate 1 is 33-65 degrees. I.e. the inclination angle of the pallet body 31 and the heating element 2 with respect to the vertical is 33-65 deg.. The inclination of the heating element 2 can effectively increase the setting area within the angle range, and is favorable for better contact heat exchange with the air flow, thereby improving the heat supply efficiency.
Further, the pallet body 31 may be inclined downward or upward with respect to the back guard 1. Fig. 1 shows a state in which the pallet body 31 is inclined downward, and the front end of the pallet body 31 and the heating element 2 are lower ends and the rear end is higher ends. When the pallet body 31 is inclined upward relative to the rear fender 1, the front end of the pallet body 31 and the heating element 2 is a higher end, and the rear end is a lower end.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the pallet body 31 is configured with a concave-convex reinforcing structure. Specifically, a reinforcing groove 35 may be disposed on the supporting plate body 31, and the supporting plate body 31 is of a concave-convex structure at the reinforcing groove 35, that is, one side of the supporting plate body 31 is of a groove shape at the position of the heating groove, and the other side is of a convex shape. In this embodiment, an elongated reinforcing groove 35 may be provided in the pallet body 31. In other embodiments, two or other numbers of the reinforcement grooves 35 may be provided, and the shape of the reinforcement grooves 35 may be other, and is not limited. The reinforcing structure may further include a reinforcing rib and the like, and is not limited specifically.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the pallet body 31 is provided with bent edges 36 at both sides thereof. The arrangement of the reinforcing structure and the bending edge 36 can play a role in increasing the strength of the supporting plate component 3.
On the basis of the above embodiments, further, the present embodiment provides an air treatment device, which includes the fixing structure of the heating element 2 of the air treatment device described in any of the above embodiments, and further includes a casing and a heating element 2, where the casing includes a front panel, two side panels, and a rear protection panel 1 that enclose to form an accommodating cavity, and the heating element 2 is fixed in the accommodating cavity through a supporting plate assembly 3.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further referring to fig. 1, a volute air duct 4 is disposed at the bottom of the accommodating cavity, an air inlet is disposed at the bottom of the housing, an air outlet is disposed at the top of the housing, a fan 5 is disposed in the volute air duct 4, an air duct inlet of the volute air duct 4 is communicated with the air inlet, an air duct outlet of the volute air duct 4 faces upward toward the heating element 2, and the heating element 2 is fixed between the air duct outlet and the air outlet. That is, the air treatment equipment enters air from an air inlet at the bottom of the machine shell, under the drive of the fan 5, airflow enters the volute air duct 4 through an air duct inlet, then is blown out from an air duct outlet and blown to the heating element 2, and is blown out from an air outlet at the top of the machine shell after flowing through the heating element 2 and being heated.
On the basis of the above embodiments, further, an air processing apparatus in the present embodiment may be a fan heater 5. The embodiment provides a high-power warm air blower 5 aiming at the problem of insufficient rapid heating power of cabinet air conditioners in the southwest and northwest areas in the current market. The fan heater 5 comprises a casing, a volute air channel 4 arranged below the inside of the casing and a heating element 2 arranged above the volute air channel 4 inside the casing. The heating element 2 in this embodiment may be a PTC electrical heating assembly. The PTC electric heating assembly is fixed inside the machine shell through the supporting plate assembly 3.
The fixing mode of the supporting plate component 3 is specifically that a left supporting plate component and a right supporting plate component are arranged in the cabinet machine, the front end of the left supporting plate is fixed with a left side plate through screws, and the rear end of the left supporting plate is fixed with the rear protective plate 1; the front end of the right supporting plate is fixed with the right side plate through screws, and the rear end of the right supporting plate is fixed with the rear protective plate 1. The electric heating is fixed on the left and right metal plates. The distance between the front ends of the left and right support plates and the air duct outlet of the volute air duct 4 is close to the distance between the rear ends of the left and right support plates and the air outlet, and the included angle between the electric heating support plate component 3 and the rear protection plate 1 is 33-65 degrees.

Claims (8)

1. A heating element fixing structure of air treatment equipment is characterized by comprising supporting plate assemblies respectively arranged at two sides of a heating element, wherein each supporting plate assembly comprises a supporting plate body, the rear end of each supporting plate body is connected to the rear side of a machine shell, the front end of each supporting plate body is connected to the front side of the machine shell, two sides of the heating element correspondingly support the supporting plate bodies arranged at the two sides, and the supporting plate bodies are obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal direction;
the supporting plate assembly further comprises a first connecting piece connected with the rear end of the supporting plate body in a bending mode and a second connecting piece connected with the front end of the supporting plate body in a bending mode, the first connecting piece is used for being connected with a rear protection plate of the machine shell, and the second connecting piece is used for being connected with a front panel or a side plate of the machine shell;
an intermediate connecting piece is arranged between the first connecting piece and the rear guard plate and comprises a reversed V-shaped structure, the first connecting piece is connected with a protruding part of the reversed V-shaped structure, and two side parts of the reversed V-shaped structure are connected with the rear guard plate.

The air treatment apparatus heating element fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein a side of the second connecting member adjacent to the corresponding side plate is connected with a connecting piece in a cantilever state, the connecting piece being adapted to be connected to the side plate.

The air treatment equipment heating element fixing structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a limiting block is arranged at a position corresponding to the periphery of the heating element on the supporting plate body, and the limiting block is used for limiting and fixing the heating element.
4. The air treatment apparatus heating element fixing structure according to claim 3, wherein a side edge of the heating element is provided with a stepped surface, and the stopper is provided at a position of the pallet body corresponding to a side surface of the stepped surface toward a lower end of the heating element and at a position corresponding to the side edge of the heating element, respectively.
5. The air treatment equipment heating element fixing structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the supporting plate body is provided with a through wiring hole at a position corresponding to the outside of the heating element.
6. An air treatment device heating element securing structure according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the pallet assembly is a sheet metal part; the included angle between the supporting plate body and the vertical direction is 33-65 degrees.
7. An air treatment device, comprising the air treatment device heating element fixing structure of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a casing and a heating element, wherein the casing comprises a front panel, two side plates and a rear protection plate which enclose to form a containing cavity, and the heating element is fixed in the containing cavity through a supporting plate assembly.
8. The air processing device according to claim 7, wherein a volute air duct is disposed at the bottom of the accommodating cavity, an air inlet is disposed at the bottom of the housing, an air outlet is disposed at the top of the housing, a fan is disposed in the volute air duct, an air duct inlet of the volute air duct is communicated with the air inlet, an air duct outlet of the volute air duct faces upward toward the heating element, and the heating element is fixed between the air duct outlet and the air outlet.
