In an alternative implementation manner, the width of a part of the water throwing channel 323 close to the water outlet end 3232 gradually widens along the direction that the water inlet end 3231 points to the water outlet end 3232, so that the water sprayed out from the water outlet end 3232 of the water throwing channel 323 can be dispersed, the area of the water curtain can be increased, the continuity of the water curtain formed by the rotation of the water throwing turntable 32 is improved, the contact area of the air and the water curtain can be increased, and the cleaning effect of the water washing air device is improved.
In an optional implementation manner, at least two water throwing flow channels 323 are provided, the at least two water throwing flow channels 323 are arranged around the rotation center of the water throwing rotary table 32 at equal intervals or unequal intervals, and the water outlet ends 3232 of the at least two water throwing flow channels 323 spray water to push the water throwing rotary table 32 to rotate towards the same direction, so that the water throwing rotary table 32 can be better pushed to rotate; but also can further increase the area of the water curtain and improve the continuity of the water curtain formed by the rotation of the water throwing rotary disc 32.
For example, two water throwing flow passages 323 can be arranged, and the two water throwing flow passages 323 can be arranged on the water throwing rotary table 32 in a central symmetry manner, so that the area of the water curtain can be further increased, and the continuity of the water curtain formed by the rotation of the water throwing rotary table 32 is improved; but also is beneficial to ensuring the stability of the water throwing rotary disc 32 in the rotating process, and the balance weight 324 is reduced or even not required to be arranged. Of course, the water throwing flow channels 323 can also be three, four or more according to actual needs, and a plurality of water throwing flow channels 323 can be arranged around the rotation center of the water throwing rotary disc 32 at equal intervals, so that the area of the water curtain can be further increased, and the continuity of the water curtain formed by the rotation of the water throwing rotary disc 32 is improved; but also is beneficial to ensuring the stability of the water throwing rotary disc 32 in the rotating process, and the balance weight 324 is reduced or even not required to be arranged.
In an alternative implementation manner, the water outlet end 3232 is provided with a flow guiding rib 3233, an extending direction of the flow guiding rib 3233 is consistent with a water outlet direction of the water outlet end 3232, and the flow guiding rib 3233 is beneficial to making water sprayed out from the water outlet end 3232 uniform and dispersed, so as to be beneficial to improving uniformity and continuity of a water curtain; on the other hand, the water outlet end 3232 can be sprayed out in a laminar flow state, and turbulence or eddy can be prevented from influencing the water spraying power. For example, the cross section of the diversion rib 3233 parallel to the disc surface of the water throwing turntable 32 may be in a shuttle shape, and two sides of the shuttle-shaped diversion rib are in a streamline shape, so that water can be smoothly sprayed out from the water outlet end 3232.
In an alternative implementation manner, there are at least two flow guiding ribs 3233, and at least two flow guiding ribs 3233 are arranged at the water outlet end 3232 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the water throwing turntable 32, so that it is not only beneficial to make the water sprayed out through the water outlet end 3232 more uniform and dispersed, so as to further improve the uniformity and continuity of the water curtain; and the water at the water outlet end 3232 can be sprayed out in a laminar flow state better, and the influence of turbulence or eddy on the power of water spraying is avoided. For example, the flow guiding ribs 3233 may be provided with two, three, four or more according to actual needs, and at least two flow guiding ribs 3233 are arranged at the water outlet end 3232 at equal intervals or unequal intervals along the circumferential direction of the water throwing turntable 32.
In an alternative implementation, the angle between the water inlet direction of the water inlet end 3231 and the water outlet direction of the water outlet end 3232 is in the range of 25 degrees to 150 degrees, as shown in fig. 7, and a in fig. 7 indicates the angle between the water inlet direction of the water inlet end 3231 and the water outlet direction of the water outlet end 3232. For example, the included angle between the water inlet direction of the water inlet end 3231 and the water outlet direction of the water outlet end 3232 may be 25 degrees, 30 degrees, 40 degrees, 50 degrees, 60 degrees, 70 degrees, 100 degrees, 120 degrees, 150 degrees or any value meeting the requirement of the range of 25 degrees to 150 degrees according to actual needs. Therefore, the excessive power loss caused by the excessively small included angle between the water inlet direction of the water inlet end 3231 and the water outlet direction of the water outlet end 3232 during water spraying can be avoided; but also is beneficial to avoiding that the counter-thrust to the water throwing rotary disc 32 is not enough when the water is sprayed because the included angle between the water inlet direction of the water inlet end 3231 and the water outlet direction of the water outlet end 3232 is too large. The range of the included angle of the present embodiment is beneficial to ensure the normal rotation of the water throwing rotary disk 32 and the normal formation of the water curtain.
Furthermore, the included angle between the water inlet direction of the water inlet end 3231 and the water outlet direction of the water outlet end 3232 can be set to be 25-50 degrees. For example, the included angle between the water inlet direction of the water inlet end 3231 and the water outlet direction of the water outlet end 3232 may be 25 degrees, 30 degrees, 35 degrees, 40 degrees, 45 degrees, 50 degrees or any value meeting the requirement of the range of 25 degrees to 50 degrees according to actual needs.
In an alternative implementation, the water delivery device 311 is a water pump or a solenoid valve, but the water delivery device 311 may also be other devices having water pumping and delivering functions. Furthermore, the purpose of adjusting the rotating speed of the water throwing rotary disc 32 can be realized by adjusting the water flow rate conveyed by the water conveying device 311.
In an optional implementation manner, a waterproof bearing 325 is fixedly sleeved at the top end of the water delivery support pipe 312, the water throwing turntable 32 is rotatably connected with the top end of the water delivery support pipe 312 through the waterproof bearing 325, and the waterproof bearing 325 is beneficial to ensuring the smooth rotation of the water throwing turntable 32 and reducing the friction force. For example, an annular boss may be disposed on an outer surface of the top end of the water delivery support pipe 312, and the annular boss is used for supporting and limiting the waterproof bearing 325, so as to ensure the reliability of installation.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the embodiment provides a cabinet air conditioner, which comprises a casing and a water washing air device, wherein the water washing air device is arranged at the top, the bottom or the inside of the casing.
The water washing air device of this embodiment is the same as the water washing air device provided in the first embodiment, and can bring about the same or similar technical effects.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the cabinet air conditioner provided in the present embodiment includes a cabinet and a water washing air device, and the water washing air device is disposed on the top, bottom or inside of the cabinet, so that the cabinet air conditioner has not only the functions of cooling, heating and dehumidifying, but also the functions of purifying and humidifying air. Specifically, the cabinet air conditioner can utilize a water curtain in the air washing device to wash indoor air, so that dust, lint, microorganisms and the like carried in the air can be removed, and the air is purified; and the humidity of air can be increased to solve the problem of indoor air drying, so that the quality of indoor air is effectively improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications.

Claims (10)

1. A water washing air device is characterized by comprising a water tank and an air washing component arranged in the water tank;
the air washing assembly comprises a water delivery assembly and a water throwing rotary table, the water delivery assembly is fixedly arranged in the water tank, and the water throwing rotary table is rotatably arranged on the water delivery assembly;
the water throwing rotary table is provided with a water throwing flow channel extending along the disc surface of the water throwing rotary table, and the water inlet end of the water throwing flow channel extends to the rotation center of the water throwing rotary table and is communicated with the water conveying assembly; the water outlet end of the water throwing flow channel extends to the edge of the water throwing rotary disc; the part of the water throwing flow channel, which is positioned between the water inlet end and the water outlet end, protrudes towards one side of a connecting line of the water inlet end and the water outlet end;
the water conveyed to the water throwing flow channel by the water conveying assembly is sprayed out through the water outlet end and pushes the water throwing rotary table to rotate.
2. The water wash air device of claim 1, wherein the water delivery assembly includes a water delivery device and a water delivery support tube; the water delivery device is arranged at the bottom of the water tank, the bottom end of the water delivery supporting pipe is communicated with a water outlet of the water delivery device, and the top end of the water delivery supporting pipe extends upwards to the inner cavity of the water tank;
the water throwing rotary table is rotatably installed at the top end of the water delivery supporting pipe, and the water inlet end is communicated with the top end of the water delivery supporting pipe.
3. The water washing air device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a balance block is disposed on an edge of the water throwing disk opposite to the water outlet end, and the balance block is used for keeping the water throwing disk horizontal.
4. The water wash air device of claim 3, wherein the water slinger turntable comprises a first tray and a second tray arranged in a stack with a gap therebetween;
the water throwing flow channel and the balance block are both positioned in a gap between the first disc body and the second disc body.
5. A water washing air device according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the width of the part of the water slinging flow channel near the water outlet end gradually widens in the direction from the water inlet end to the water outlet end; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the water throwing rotary table is characterized by comprising at least two water throwing channels, wherein the at least two water throwing channels are arranged at intervals around the rotating center of the water throwing rotary table, and water outlet ends of the at least two water throwing channels spray water to push the water throwing rotary table to rotate towards the same direction.
6. A water washing air device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the water outlet end is provided with a flow guiding rib, and the extending direction of the flow guiding rib is consistent with the water outlet direction of the water outlet end.
7. The water washing air device as claimed in claim 6, wherein there are at least two of the diversion ribs, and at least two of the diversion ribs are arranged at the water outlet end along the circumferential direction of the water throwing rotary disc at intervals.
8. The water scrubbing air device of any one of claims 1-4, wherein an angle between a water inlet direction of said water inlet end and a water outlet direction of said water outlet end is in a range of 25 degrees to 150 degrees; or the like, or, alternatively,
the included angle between the water inlet direction of the water inlet end and the water outlet direction of the water outlet end ranges from 25 degrees to 50 degrees.
9. A water washing air device according to claim 2, wherein the water delivery device is a water pump or a solenoid valve; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the fixed cover in top of water delivery stay tube is equipped with waterproof bearing, the carousel that gets rid of water passes through waterproof bearing with the top of water delivery stay tube is rotated and is connected.
10. A cabinet air conditioner comprising a cabinet and a wash air unit as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 disposed at the top, bottom or interior of the cabinet.
