Generally, the most common ignition method is by using an ignition gun or the electric heating device, however, the ignition gun uses gas as fuel, has high requirements for storage or carrying environment, high danger and direction limitation in use, and the electric heating device can achieve the ignition effect only by contacting with an object.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, there are shown a perspective view, an exploded view and a sectional structure of a micro heat gun according to the present invention. The hot air gun 10 of the present invention comprises a main body 20, an air blowing pump 30, an air outlet pipe 40 and a heating coil 50; wherein:
the pump 30 is disposed in the body 20.
One end of the air outlet pipe 40 is connected to the air pump 30, and one end of the air outlet pipe 40 opposite to the air pump 30 protrudes out of the body 20.
The heating coil 50 is disposed in the air outlet pipe 40, and the heating coil 50 is disposed at an end of the air outlet pipe 40 opposite to the air blowing pump 30.
The air outlet tube 40 includes an insulating base 41, a conductive tube 42, an insulating tube 43 and a central conductive wire 44, the insulating base 41 is disposed in the body 20, one end of the conductive tube 42 is connected to the insulating base 41, and the other end protrudes out of the body 20, the insulating tube 43 is disposed in the conductive tube 42, the insulating tube 43 is adjacent to one end of the conductive tube 42 opposite to the insulating base 41, the central conductive wire 44 is connected to the insulating base 41, one end of the central conductive wire 44 passes through the interior of the conductive tube 42 and is adjacent to the insulating tube 43, the central conductive wire 44 does not contact the conductive tube 42, one end of the heating coil 50 is provided with a first connecting portion 51 and the other end is provided with a second connecting portion 52, the first connecting portion 51 is connected to the conductive tube 42, and the second connecting portion 52 extends into the insulating tube 43 and is connected to the central conductive wire 44.
A heating portion 53 is disposed between two ends of the heating coil 50, the heating portion 53 is wound into at least one circle, and the heating portion 53 faces an outlet of the conductive tube 42 opposite to the end of the insulating base 41.
The conductive tube 42 is connected with a conductive coil 45, the conductive coil 45 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the conductive tube 42, and the conductive coil 45 is wound around the conductive tube 42 for at least one turn.
The air outlet pipe 40 includes a fan housing 46, the fan housing 46 is sleeved on an end of the conductive pipe 42 opposite to the insulating base 41, an inner space of the fan housing 46 is communicated with an inner space of the conductive pipe 42, the heating coil 50 is disposed in the fan housing 46, an end of the fan housing 46 opposite to the conductive pipe 42 is provided with an opening 461, the heating coil 50 is disposed between the opening 461 and the conductive pipe 42, the fan housing 46 is radially provided with a plurality of side holes 462 along the conductive pipe 42, and the plurality of side holes 462 are communicated with the inner space and the outside of the fan housing 46.

The design that the heating coil 50 is disposed at the front end of the air outlet pipe 40 can generate high temperature at the front end of the air outlet pipe 40, so that the hot air gun 10 can directly ignite the object with hot air without contacting the object.
