发明名称:一种高效长效抗菌性水管摘要:本发明提供一种高效长效抗菌性水管,包括PE管主体,所述PE管主体内设置有玻璃纤维网层,玻璃纤维网层内设置有抗菌涂层。所述抗菌涂层是抗菌剂和PE材料的复合材料。所述抗菌剂选自银粉、铜粉、氧化锌粉末中一种或两种以上的组合。本发明制备的抗菌水管可应用于常见生活用水管道,且具有以下优点:1、本抗菌水管设置有玻璃纤维网层,使得水管抗拉伸、强度大、膨胀系数小。2、内侧抗菌涂层能有效消灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等达到抗菌效果,对水管内部起到很好的自清洁作用。3、抗菌涂层是抗菌剂和PE材料的复合材料,因此抗菌剂在使用过程中不易剥离或流失,抗菌周期长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效长效抗菌性水管,可用于生活中常见水管管道。
背景技术
一直以来,环保问题都是全世界、全人类所关注的重点问题,这些年来,我们国家多次出台相关政策,希望治理好环境问题。尤其是这几年来,水管污染问题屡屡被搬到台面上说,越来越多人也认识到,水管其实并没有我们想象得那么干净卫生,相反,管道中其实藏匿着各种污垢和细菌。
水管污染,指自来水经过主输送管道的“一次污染”、蓄水池或地区输送管道的“二次污染”,因为水在水管中的长时间静止,或者管道水流速缓慢或者长时间使用后,水管内壁容易出现污垢积累,甚至长青苔的现象发生,同时会滋生大量的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等细菌,会直接危害人体健康。因此,我们常说,水管中藏匿着大量污垢和细菌那绝对不是危言耸听的。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种生活用水抗菌水管,具备高效和长效的抗菌性能。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种高效长效抗菌性水管由3层管壁构成,包括PE管主体,所述PE管主体内设置有1层玻璃纤维网层,在玻璃纤维网层内设置有1层抗菌涂层。
所述的抗菌涂层的厚度为0.01mm~1mm;所述的玻璃纤维网层的厚度为0.5~2.5mm。
所述的抗菌涂层抗菌剂和PE材料的复合材料,其中抗菌剂的加入量为PE材料的0.001~5wt%。
所述的抗菌剂选自银粉、铜粉、氧化锌粉末中一种或两种以上的组合。
本发明优点:一、本抗菌水管设置有玻璃纤维网层,使得水管抗拉伸、强度大、膨胀系数小,相较于市面上水管,本发明提供的抗菌水管在使用过程中不易变形和弯曲。二、内侧抗菌涂层能有效消灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等达到抗菌效果,对水管内部起到很好的自清洁作用,减少生活水管的清洗频率或者降低更换周期,节约成本,具备高效抗菌性。三、抗菌涂层是抗菌剂和PE材料的复合材料,因此抗菌剂在使用过程中不易剥离或流失,抗菌周期长,具备长效抗菌性。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一:如图1所示,一种高效长效抗菌性水管由3层管壁构成,包括PE管主体1,所述PE主管内设置有1层玻璃纤维网层2,玻璃纤维网层内设置有1层抗菌涂层3。所述的抗菌涂层厚度为0.5mm;所述的玻璃纤维网层厚度为1mm。
所述的抗菌涂层为抗菌剂银粉和PE材料的复合材料,其中银粉的加入量为PE材料的0.01wt%。
具体实施方式二:本实施方式与具体实施方式一的不同点是:所述的抗菌涂层为抗菌剂银粉和PE材料的复合材料,其中银粉的加入量为PE材料的0.0025wt%。其他与具体实施方式一相同。
将实施方式一和二中得到的抗菌水管进行抗菌性能测试,把抗菌水管裁切成5cm*5cm的塑料片,按照GB/T31402-2015检测方法进行金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能测试,测试6组取平均值结果图2。
图2是具体实施方式一和二制备的抗菌水管对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌性能测试结果。从表中可以看出,具体实施方式一和二制备得到的抗菌水管,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果显著,24h后抗菌率达99%以上。
Claims (4)
1.一种高效长效抗菌性水管,其特征在于抗菌水管由3层管壁构成,包括PE管主体,所述PE管内设置有玻璃纤维网层,玻璃纤维网层内设置有抗菌涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效长效抗菌性水管,其特征在于所述的抗菌涂层厚度为0.01mm~1mm;所述的玻璃纤维网层厚度为0.5~2.5mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效长效抗菌性水管,其特征在于所述的抗菌涂层抗菌剂和PE材料的复合材料,其中抗菌剂的加入量为PE材料的0.001~5wt%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效长效抗菌性水管,其特征在于所述的抗菌剂选自银粉、铜粉、氧化锌粉末中一种或两种以上的组合。
