The invention discloses a displacement compensation device for a railway wagon brake system hose, which comprises: a hanger base having a long hole; the hose limiting head is provided with a through hole for penetrating a hose, and the hose limiting head is positioned on one side of the long hole; one end of the threaded rod is connected with the hose limiting head, and the other end of the threaded rod penetrates through the long hole; the limiting assembly penetrates through the long hole and is sleeved on the periphery of the threaded rod, the limiting assembly is fixed on the hanging seat, and two end parts of the threaded rod are exposed; and the fixing nut is in threaded connection with the threaded rod and is close to the limiting assembly to be fixedly connected with the end part of the hose limiting head. The invention can flexibly realize different displacement compensation requirements, pipeline limit and other functions.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of railway wagons, in particular to a displacement compensation device for a railway wagon brake system hose.
Background
At present, under the influence of weather conditions, current technical situation and the like, the fastening type of the railway wagon brake system in China generally adopts rigid connection, and flexible connection such as hoses is mostly adopted abroad. With the development of domestic technologies, domestic factories can use flexible connection technologies such as hoses more or less under the conditions of designing foreign orders and the like.
At present, fixed hose adopts the plastics ligature area to ligature, fix the hose and the part that the automobile body is close to mutually. a hanger base having a long hole;
the hose limiting head is provided with a through hole for penetrating a hose, and the hose limiting head is positioned on one side of the long hole;
one end of the threaded rod is connected with the hose limiting head, and the other end of the threaded rod penetrates through the long hole;
the limiting assembly penetrates through the long hole and is sleeved on the periphery of the threaded rod, the limiting assembly is fixed on the hanging seat, and two end parts of the threaded rod are exposed;
and the fixing nut is in threaded connection with the threaded rod and is close to the limiting assembly to be fixedly connected with the end part of the hose limiting head.

a hanger 2 having a long hole;
the hose limiting head 1 is provided with a through hole for passing a hose, and the hose limiting head 1 is positioned on one side of the long hole;
one end of the threaded rod 5 is connected with the hose limiting head 1, and the other end of the threaded rod 5 penetrates through the long hole;
the limiting component 7 penetrates through the long hole and is sleeved on the periphery of the threaded rod 5, and the limiting component 7 is fixed on the hanging seat 2 and exposes two end parts of the threaded rod 5;
and the fixing nut 6 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 5, and is fixedly connected with the end part of the limiting component 7 close to the hose limiting head 1.
Specifically, the hanger 2 having the long hole is an existing component of the truck, the brake system hose is spaced from the hanger by a certain distance, and the displacement compensation device of the embodiment fixes the hose near the hanger 2 through the long hole of the hanger 2. The hose limiting head 1 is located on one side of the hanging seat long hole and is provided with through holes with different specifications for penetrating hoses with different specifications. Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the hose limiting head 1 has 4 through holes, and each through hole can pass through a different number of hoses. In other embodiments, the number of the through holes of the hose limiting head 1 may be 1, 2 or more. The hose limiting head 1 with a proper type can be designed or selected according to the number and the pipe diameter of the actual pipes to be limited at the set position. One end of the hose limiting head 1 close to the hanging seat 2 is fixedly connected with a threaded rod 5, and the other end of the threaded rod 5 penetrates out of the long hole of the hanging seat 2 to the other side of the hanging seat 2. In one embodiment, the hose retainer 1 is attached to the threaded rod 5 by welding, threading, or quick-connect plug. The periphery cover of threaded rod 5 is equipped with spacing subassembly 7, and spacing subassembly 7 passes the slot hole of hanging seat 2 to be connected with hanging seat 2, the length of spacing subassembly 7 is less than the length of threaded rod 5, makes two tip of threaded rod 5 exposed. The one end fixedly connected with fixation nut 6 that spacing subassembly 7 is close to hose spacing head 1, fixation nut 6 can be fixed with spacing subassembly 7 through the welded mode.
By adjusting the screwing amount of the threaded rod 5, the distance between the hose limiting head 1 and the hanging seat 2 can be changed. The displacement compensation device of this embodiment can pass the hose of different specifications limit head, stretches out and draws back in order to reach the displacement compensation function by threaded rod and fixation nut. Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the position limiting assembly 7 includes an external threaded pipe 4 and a fastening nut 11, the external threaded pipe 4 is sleeved on the periphery of the threaded rod 5, and the fastening nut 11 is in threaded connection with the external threaded pipe 4 and is tightly fixed with the hanging seat 2. The outer surface of the male screw pipe 4 has a male screw to screw the fastening nut 11 on the hanger 2. A clearance is provided between the inner surface of the male screw tube 4 and the outer periphery of the threaded rod so that the threaded rod 5 can move axially inside the male screw tube 4. It should be noted that, before the position of the limiting component 7 is not fixed, it can move along the long hole of the hanging seat 2, and after the position of the limiting component 7 is fixed, it is installed and fixed on the hanging seat 2.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the limiting assembly 7 further comprises a sealing nut 8, the sealing nut 8 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 5, and the sealing nut 8 is arranged at the end of the external threaded pipe 4 far away from the hose limiting head 1. The gland nut 8 not only plays a role of pressing, but also can prevent rainwater, sundries and the like from entering the external thread pipe 4. In addition, in order to prevent the thread at the corresponding position of the external thread pipe 4 from being damaged due to the supporting stress, the external thread pipe 4 can be protected in a way of sleeving a protection pipe on the periphery of the external thread pipe 4 or limiting the thread length and the like before use so as to prevent the thread from being damaged.
In one embodiment, the surface of the hose limiting head 1, which is in contact with the hose, is a cambered surface. For example, the hose limiting head 1 is integrally assembled and welded into a grid or single ring by round steel with corresponding specifications. As the section of the round steel used by the hose limiting head 1 presents a smooth streamline shape, the possibility of abrasion and tube cutting is greatly reduced.
In one embodiment, the limiting assembly further comprises a pair of supporting pads 10, the supporting pads 10 are sleeved on the external threaded pipe 4, and the two supporting pads 10 are respectively attached to two sides of the hanging seat 2. In order to ensure the level stability of the external threaded pipe and prevent the external threaded pipe from swinging due to assembly clearance, a supporting pad 10 can be additionally arranged on the external threaded pipe to be used as a fulcrum so as to eliminate the risk.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in one embodiment, the limiting assembly further includes an anti-slip pad 3, the anti-slip pad 3 has an arc-shaped through hole, the external threaded pipe 4 passes through the arc-shaped through hole, the anti-slip pad 3 is disposed between the hanging seat 2 and the fastening nut 11, and the lower end of the anti-slip pad 3 is clamped at the lower end of the hanging seat 2. In practical applications, the displacement compensation device may be assembled in a vertical direction, and may also be subjected to a positive pressure. If so, although it is prevented from sliding in the vertical direction by the effect of the nut washer generating a frictional force, there is theoretically a possibility that the frictional force cannot cancel the positive pressure applied, that is, in this case, the male screw pipe 4 has a risk of sliding, and for this reason, the skid plate 3 having the arc-shaped through-hole is specially designed and mounted thereon. The antiskid backing plate can decompose the vertical force (or horizontal force) which acts on the external threaded pipe 4 and causes sliding into component force and tangential direction force which pass through the circle center of an arc, the over-circle force does not generate rotation moment, but the tangential direction can generate rotation trend, therefore, the lower end of the antiskid backing plate is also provided with a rotation-preventing tail wing 32 which is arranged at the lower edge of the hanging seat 2, and the defect that a transmission circular gasket can not prevent the external threaded pipe from moving is overcome.
Because the device can realize displacement compensation, the device still can regard as the installation benchmark platform of the higher part of assembly precision and installation flexibility requirement, for example: as an empty and heavy vehicle sensing valve mounting platform, the adjusting of the distance between the valve body acting surface and the touch plate can be flexibly and accurately realized, and the dilemma caused by a series of complex operations which are required to be welded and fixed when the traditional whole vehicle is adjusted is avoided (welding is not allowed during the whole vehicle, the bogie bearing is prevented from being electrified, adverse effects are caused, and the like).
The displacement compensation device can flexibly realize different displacement compensation requirements, pipeline limiting and other functions, and also provides a solution for mounting some parts on the vehicle with high requirements on assembly precision. Meanwhile, the supporting and positioning parts of the device can be adjusted to a proper position and then disassembled for welding, so that the possibility that the key parts are damaged by welding of the whole vehicle is avoided. The flexible and convenient disposal method is provided for daily maintenance of the vehicle and the like, and the requirements of various working environments can be met. In addition, the structure can be realized by adopting the existing mature parts, the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and the replacement is convenient, so that the comprehensive benefit is greatly embodied.

Claims (5)
1. A displacement compensation assembly for a railway freight car brake system hose, comprising:
a hanger base having a long hole;
the hose limiting head is provided with a through hole for penetrating a hose, and the hose limiting head is positioned on one side of the long hole;
one end of the threaded rod is connected with the hose limiting head, and the other end of the threaded rod penetrates through the long hole;
the limiting assembly penetrates through the long hole and is sleeved on the periphery of the threaded rod, and the limiting assembly is fixed on the hanging seat and exposes two end parts of the threaded rod;
the fixing nut is in threaded connection with the threaded rod and is fixedly connected with the end part of the limiting assembly, which is close to the hose limiting head;
the limiting assembly comprises an external thread pipe and a fastening nut, the external thread pipe is sleeved on the periphery of the threaded rod, and the fastening nut is in threaded connection with the external thread pipe and is tightly fixed with the hanging seat;
the limiting assembly further comprises an anti-slip base plate, the anti-slip base plate is provided with an arc-shaped through hole, the outer threaded pipe penetrates through the arc-shaped through hole, the anti-slip base plate is arranged between the hanging seat and the fastening nut, and the lower end of the anti-slip base plate is clamped at the lower end of the hanging seat.
2. The displacement compensation device of claim 1, wherein the stop assembly further comprises a sealing nut threadedly coupled to the threaded rod, the sealing nut being disposed at an end of the external threaded tube distal from the hose stop.

4. The displacement compensation device of claim 1, wherein the limiting assembly further comprises a pair of support pads, the support pads are sleeved on the outer threaded pipe, and the two support pads are respectively attached to two sides of the hanging seat.
5. The displacement compensating device of claim 1, wherein the outer circumference of the externally threaded tube is further sleeved with a protective tube.
