2. A double eccentric butterfly valve with high tightness and easy opening and closing according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotation mechanism (5) comprises:
the upper part of the main body frame (1) is provided with a slide way (51);
the middle of the upper part of the rotary sealing plate (4) is provided with a rotary rod (52), and the rotary rod (52) is connected with the slide way (51) in a sliding way;
the middle of the upper part of the main body frame (1) is provided with a limiting frame (53), and the limiting frame (53) is rotatably connected with the rotary sealing plate (4);
the upper part of the limiting frame (53) is provided with an indicating disc (54);
the upper side of the rotary sealing plate (4) is wound with the torsion spring (55), and two ends of the torsion spring (55) are respectively connected with the main body frame (1) and the rotary sealing plate (4).

the water inlet (2) is provided with eight limiting rods (61), and the water outlet (3) is provided with eight limiting rods (61);
the connecting circular rings (62) are connected among the eight limiting rods (61) on the same side in a sliding manner; the first reset springs (64) are wound on the sixteen limiting rods (61), two ends of each first reset spring (64) on one side are respectively connected with the connecting circular ring (62) and the water inlet (2), and two ends of each first reset spring (64) on the other side are respectively connected with the connecting circular ring (62) and the water outlet (3);
nine inserting rods (63) are arranged on the two connecting circular rings (62), the inserting rod (63) on one side is connected with the water inlet (2) in a sliding mode, and the inserting rod (63) on the other side is connected with the water outlet (3) in a sliding mode; the fixing ring (65) is arranged, the eighteen inserting rods (63) are slidably provided with the fixing ring (65), and the fixing ring (65) is connected with the main body frame (1).
