the dredging device is characterized by further comprising a dredging component, wherein the dredging component is provided with a rack, a supporting main pipe, a dredging motor, a driving gear, a driven gear, a rotating screw rod, a moving sleeve ring, a linkage rod, a dredging rod and a dredging head, the supporting main pipe is erected on the rack, the driven gear is sleeved on the rotating screw rod, the rotating screw rod is rotatably arranged in the supporting main pipe, the dredging motor is sequentially connected with the driving gear and the driven gear, the moving sleeve ring sleeve penetrates through an open slot of the supporting main pipe and is sleeved on the rotating screw rod, and the outer wall of the moving sleeve ring is sequentially connected with the linkage rod, the dredging rod and the dredging head;

s2: adding base asphalt into the base asphalt reaction tank, adding a modified material auxiliary agent, heating and stirring to obtain a modified asphalt substance, and enabling the modified asphalt substance to enter a second feeding port of the mixed asphalt reaction tank through a second discharging port and a second transverse pipe;
s3: mixing, stirring and heating the recycled asphalt and the modified asphalt in a mixed asphalt reaction tank, and obtaining a uniformly dispersed modified recycled asphalt mixture after a certain time for subsequent pavement and repair;
s4: moving the moving vehicle to the position of a first transverse pipe, and clamping and fixing the first transverse pipe through the second clamping piece; when the first transverse pipe stops transporting the asphalt materials, the first transverse pipe is detached from the first discharge port and the first feed port; the rotating rod is driven to rotate by the rotating motor, so that the second clamping piece drives the first transverse pipe or the second transverse pipe to rotate and leave an installation station, the first clamping piece drives the pipeline to be replaced to move to the installation station, two ends of the pipeline to be installed are connected to the first feeding hole and the first discharging hole when the pipeline is installed at the installation station, then the pipeline is moved to the dredging station by the movement of the moving vehicle, and the dredging and cleaning work of the disassembled first transverse pipe is completed at the dredging station; the same steps are adopted to finish the operations of disassembling, replacing and dredging the second transverse pipe;
the use method further comprises the following steps: at a dredging station, the dredging motor drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate, the driven gear drives the rotating screw rod to rotate, the rotating screw rod enables the moving lantern ring to move along the open slot, namely the moving lantern ring moves along the axial direction of the support main pipe, the moving lantern ring drives the linkage rod and the dredging rod to move, and the dredging rod drives the dredging head to enter the inner space of the first transverse pipe or the second transverse pipe and push out asphalt residues blocked inside;
