The operator can change the travel of the material in the cooling box 4 by rotating the rotary table 42, thereby further increasing the cooling efficiency of the material.
A worm wheel is connected to a rotating shaft of the rotary disc 42, a worm 45 is connected to the wall of the cooling box 4, the worm wheel is meshed with the worm 45, a second motor 46 is connected to the worm 45, and the second motor 46 is used for driving the worm 45 to rotate. An operator starts the second motor 46, the second motor 46 drives the worm 45 to rotate, the worm 45 drives the worm wheel 44 to rotate, and the worm wheel 44 drives the turntable 42 to rotate, so that the purpose of changing the material distribution stroke in the cooling box 4 is achieved.
Specifically, the number of the cooling guide rollers 41 is three, the cooling guide rollers are arranged inside the cooling box 4 in an inverted triangle mode, the bottom end of the cooling box 4 is provided with an air outlet, the number of the rotary tables 42 is two, each rotary table 42 is connected with two rotary table 42 rollers, and when the cooling time of the cloth needs to be prolonged, the two rotary tables 42 are rotated by 180 degrees, so that the stroke of the cloth in the cooling box 4 is prolonged. Correspondingly, there are two worm wheels 44 on the wall of the cooling box 4, and the two worm wheels 44 are symmetrically arranged about the worm 45.

Specifically, the connecting cylinder 611, the loop bar 612, the spring 613 and the U-shaped frame 614 form the limiting cylinder 61, a pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting cylinder 611, one end of the spring 613, which is close to the bottom wall of the connecting cylinder 611, is connected with the pressure sensor, the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure applied to the spring 613, the pressure sensor is connected with a controller of the winding motor, and the controller is used for controlling the rotating speed of the winding motor.
When the pressure information acquired by the pressure sensor is greater than the maximum value of the preset range, it indicates that the pressure applied to the spring 613 is too large, the cloth is too tensioned, and the risk of breaking the cloth is likely to occur, and at this time, the controller should be used to control the winding motor to reduce the rotating speed, slow down the winding speed, and maintain the winding stability; when the pressure information collected by the pressure sensor is smaller than the minimum value of the preset range, it is indicated that the pressure applied to the spring 613 is insufficient, the cloth is too loose, and at this moment, the controller should be used for controlling the winding motor to increase the rotating speed, increase the winding speed, and maintain the winding stability.
