Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of a modifier for self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials is characterized in that the modifier is divided into a type I modifier and a type II modifier according to purposes;
the I-type modifier mainly comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of SBS, 0.5-2.0 parts of high-temperature modifier, 10-12 parts of reclaimed rubber powder and 8-10 parts of aromatic oil; mixing SBS, high temperature modifier, regenerated rubber powder and aromatic oil in certain weight proportion, soaking, swelling and stirring in a stirrer for 20-30 min, discharging and packing to obtain I type modifier;
the type II modifier mainly comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of SBS, 1.0-3.0 parts of high-temperature modifier, 10-15 parts of regenerated rubber powder and 10-15 parts of aromatic oil, mixing the SBS, the high-temperature modifier, the regenerated rubber powder and the aromatic oil according to the weight part ratio, swelling, putting the mixed materials into a stirrer, stirring, mixing, developing for 30-60 min, discharging and packaging to obtain the type II modifier for later use.

The method for preparing the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material modifier according to claim 1, wherein the SBS used for preparing the type I and the type II modifiers is thermoplastic polyolefin styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer or SBR; the high-temperature modifier is US Honeywell high-temperature modifier 7686, or polypropylene PP is selected; the reclaimed tire rubber powder is 40-60 meshes of reclaimed rubber powder of a waste tire, or 80-100 meshes of reclaimed rubber powder of the waste tire is selected; the aromatic oil is filling oil No. 15 special for waterproof coiled materials, and the aromatic oil for preparing the type II modifier is filling oil No. 15-1 special for waterproof coiled materials.
3. The preparation method of the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material modifier according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that naphthenic oil and tackifying resin are used as materials for preparing the type I and type II modifiers instead of aromatic oil.
4. A method for producing self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material by using modifier comprises the following steps of firstly adding petroleum asphalt into a reaction kettle, stirring, heating and dehydrating; and then adding the modifier into a reaction kettle according to a certain proportion, heating, mixing and stirring, grinding and stirring the materials in the reaction kettle by a colloid mill, adding heavy calcium carbonate powder according to a certain weight proportion, stirring to prepare a self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture, and pumping the self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture to a self-adhesive coiled material production line to finish the preparation of the self-adhesive coiled material after the self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture is tested to meet the standard.

The method for producing the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material by using the modifier according to claim 4, is characterized in that the method for producing the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material by using the I-type modifier comprises the following steps of mixing No. 70 or No. 90 road petroleum asphalt, the I-type modifier and 400-mesh heavy calcium carbonate according to a weight ratio of 40-45: 20-25: weighing 30-35, adding No. 70 or No. 90 road petroleum asphalt into an asphalt mixture reaction kettle, stirring and heating to 180 ℃ to complete dehydration of asphalt, adding a type I modifier, putting into the reaction kettle, mixing and stirring uniformly at 190-230 ℃, grinding materials in the reaction kettle for 1-2 times by a colloid mill, stirring uniformly, adding heavy calcium powder into the reaction kettle to stir and mix uniformly, preparing a self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture, sampling and inspecting the self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture, and pumping the self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture to a self-adhesive coiled material production line to complete production of coiled materials after inspection meets standards.

The method for producing the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material by using the modifier according to claim 4, wherein the method for producing the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material by using the type II modifier comprises the following steps of mixing three materials of No. 70 or No. 90 road petroleum asphalt, the type II modifier and 400-mesh heavy calcium carbonate according to a weight ratio of 40-45: 20-25: weighing at a ratio of 30-35; firstly, adding No. 70 or No. 90 road petroleum asphalt into an asphalt reaction kettle, stirring and heating to 180 ℃ to complete dehydration, then adding a type II modifier into the reaction kettle, stirring and melting uniformly at the temperature of 190-230 ℃, grinding the mixture for 1-2 times by a colloid mill, finally adding heavy calcium powder into the reaction kettle, stirring and melting the mixture uniformly, refining into a self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture, sampling and inspecting the self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture, and pumping the self-adhesive coiled material asphalt mixture onto a self-adhesive coiled material production line to complete the manufacturing of the type II self-adhesive coiled material after the inspection meets the requirements.

The method for producing the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material by using the modifier according to claim 4, wherein the type I modifier is used for producing national standards: the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material GB 23441-2009 is an I-type coiled material in two types of products without bases N and with bases PY; type II modifiers are used in the production of national standards: the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material GB 23441-2009 is a type II self-adhesive coiled material in two types of products without a base N and with a base PY.
