Description

Sanitary defensive substance, preparation and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary protection, in particular to a sanitary defensive substance, a preparation and application.
Background
Today, many people are often prone to splash up when going to the toilet because of the excrement falling into the water, which brings bad experience and is also prone to the risk of infection by infectious diseases transmitted by the feces of other people. In addition, for women, vaginal infections and various gynecological diseases are easily caused; the problem of scrotum inflammation is also easy to occur for men. In hospitals, when doctors work to detect the fecal flora of patients, the patients need to put their own feces into an open container, a certain exposure risk is generated when the feces are checked, and if the patients carry diseases which can be transmitted through the feces like escherichia coli, other people can be easily transmitted.
The technical scheme who has now, in preventing that the excrement from falling into the problem that produces splash water in the aquatic, have following solution:
1. the toilet is padded with a plurality of pieces of toilet paper, and the excrement is prevented from falling into the water to generate splashing through the blocking effect of the toilet paper.
2. The toilet bowl is covered with a thick layer of foam on the liquid surface, and the technology is abbreviated as four embodiments:
(1) by preparing the foam in situ and introducing it into the liquid surface.
(2) The manufacturer prepares it in advance and places it in a tank for spraying on the liquid surface.
(3) The manufacturer supplies foam concentrate which is placed in a specific machine to generate foam and which flows from the machine to the surface of the liquid before use in the toilet.
(4) The foam is directly dissolved in water by means of granules to generate a large amount of foam.
The method has the following defects:
1. the foam method is effective, foam dissipation is easy to generate along with time, and the foam duration is too short. Resulting in a method that cannot support long-term toileting.
2. For the spraying, the tank body pressure has certain requirements, so that miniaturization is difficult to achieve and portability is not good. For users who play outdoors, there are many inconveniences.
3. For the granule, the dosage of the granule is more and the cost is higher. Meanwhile, different water levels and liquid amounts of the squatting pan and the closestool require different dosages of medicinal granules. The granule can only be used with the maximum dosage, and cannot be well matched with various squatting pans and toilets with different liquid levels and different water contents, so that the problems of solvent quantification, waste and overhigh cost of the granule prepared by a foam method are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: in order to avoid the liquid splash caused by the dropping of the excrement into the liquid or to facilitate the transfer and the storage of the excrement to be detected, the invention provides a sanitary defensive material, a preparation and an application which solve the problems.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a sanitary barrier comprising a liquid-absorbent dilatant having a particle size of less than a critical value; the imbibition expansion material is used for being thrown into liquid to be treated, and the imbibition expansion material absorbs the liquid to expand to form an expansion material; when the particle size of the imbibition dilatant is less than the critical value, under the combined action of the contact surface tension of the particles and the liquid and the imbibition rate of the imbibition dilatant, the imbibition dilatant layer in contact with the liquid to be treated is imbibed and expanded, and simultaneously generates viscosity to enable the imbibition dilatant layer and the peripheral imbibition dilatant layer to mutually form a clot, the imbibition dilatant added into the liquid to be treated integrally forms a buffer layer floating on the liquid surface, and the buffer layer plays a role in buffering substances falling into the liquid.
When a lot of people go to a toilet, the phenomenon that water splash is splashed when excrement falls into water is often easy to occur, so that the bad experience is brought, and meanwhile, the risk of infection of infectious diseases transmitted by the excrement of other people is easy to occur; in hospitals, when doctors work to detect the fecal flora of patients, the patients need to put their own feces into an open container, a certain exposure risk is generated when the feces are checked, and if the patients carry diseases which can be transmitted through the feces like escherichia coli, other people can be easily transmitted.
The imbibing dilatant may be a compound, or a mixture or composite of two or more components. The liquid-absorbing dilatant has the main functions that after the liquid to be treated is put into the liquid-absorbing dilatant, the liquid-absorbing dilatant absorbs the liquid to dilate, namely, the liquid-absorbing dilatant has the liquid-absorbing dilatant property and plays a role in buffering and wrapping the excrement falling into the liquid-absorbing dilatant. After the liquid absorption dilatant enters into the liquid, the liquid can be continuously absorbed, when the absorbed liquid expands and the particles or small groups are contacted with each other pairwise, the properties of the surrounding liquid are changed, the buffer effect is achieved, and the more the absorbed liquid is, the more the buffer effect is obvious. For a liquid-absorbing dilatant such as a water-absorbent resin, the above-mentioned case can be applied by utilizing its water-absorbing dilatant property; if the water-absorbing resin powder is added into the water body of the closestool, the resin absorbs water and expands to form an expanded substance in the water body, so that the buffering and anti-splash effects can be achieved; however, at this time, a sufficient amount of water-absorbing resin needs to be added, so that the surface and the inside of the water body are filled with the water-absorbing resin swelling substances, and an effective splash-proof effect can be achieved, and therefore the problems of large using amount, inconvenience in packaging and carrying, high cost and the like exist.
In order to improve the buffering effect and reduce the dosage, other reagents can be added to be matched with the imbibed dilatant for use, and the problems of the matching relationship between the added reagents and the imbibed dilatant, the types of the added reagents, the added dosage, the preparation method and the like need to be considered; the invention adopts different concepts, and can achieve the effects of improving the buffering and anti-splash effects of the imbibing dilatant, reducing the dosage and reducing the cost by optimizing the particle size of the imbibing dilatant particles and selecting the particles with the particle size smaller than the critical value. The principle of the invention is as follows: the particle size of the imbibition swelling substance is controlled, so that the imbibition swelling substance can contact the liquid surface, and forms a buffer layer floating on the liquid surface without sinking and imbibition swelling. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: adding any amount of imbibition expansion powder into the liquid to be treated, at the moment of adding, the imbibition expansion powder is integrally divided into an interface layer contacting with the liquid and a main body accumulation layer positioned above the interface layer, because the particle diameter of the imbibition expansion powder particles is smaller than a corresponding critical value (at the moment, the corresponding surface tension is larger, the imbibition rate is larger), the speed of the interface layer descending in the liquid can be reduced under the action of the surface tension of the liquid, meanwhile, because the particle diameter of the particles is small enough, the imbibition rate is larger, the powder of the cross-section layer can rapidly imbibe and expand, and simultaneously, the cross-section layer and the peripheral imbibition expansion material can form a clot mutually by generating viscosity, at the moment, the critical layer is changed into a viscous film layer, and the main body accumulation layer can be prevented from sinking, the boundary layer and the bulk layer thus form a buffer layer floating on the liquid surface. The defensive substance provided by the invention can be free from the limit of the total water quantity of the water body for the adding amount of the defensive substance and is only limited by the size of the liquid level of the water body, for example, 20cm2The amount of the defensive substance added is 2g-12g, preferably 2g-7g, calculated by liquid surface area.
If imbibition inflation thing particle diameter is too big, surface tension is less after throwing into liquid, and imbibition speed is less, and the imbibition inflation thing that does not absorb enough liquid will sink, causes imbibition inflation thing part or most sinking entering water body imbibition inflation of adding in the liquid, can't form the buffer layer on the top layer, can't play the purpose that reduces the quantity, promote buffering effect.
Further preferably, the liquid-absorbing dilatant is used for being thrown into a liquid to be treated, and the absorbing liquid swells to form a gel-like dilatant.
The liquid-absorbing dilatant has the main functions that after the liquid to be treated is put into the liquid-absorbing dilatant, the liquid-absorbing dilatant absorbs the liquid to dilate, and plays a role in buffering and wrapping the excrement falling into the liquid-absorbing dilatant; further preferably, the liquid-absorbent dilatant has, in addition to the liquid-absorbent dilatant effect, the effect of taking up the liquid as a gel, i.e. the liquid-absorbent dilatant forms a gel-like dilatant, such as: gelatin, water-absorbent resin, sodium alginate and the like. Therefore, the colloidal dilatant is beneficial to promoting the dilatant not to be easily dispersed, and is beneficial to enhancing the buffering effect and the wrapping effect by optimizing the particle size.
Further preferably, the liquid-absorptive swelling material includes one or more of a swelling-shaped disintegrating agent, a thickening agent, and a polymer material having a large number of hydrophilic groups.
The imbibition swelling material includes but is not limited to imbibition swelling gel-like material or viscous material or fluid sand material such as imbibition resin, carboxymethyl starch sodium, low-substituted cellulose, cross-linked PVP, etc., and can swell by absorbing water when placed in water, and can swell to more than 3 times volume of original size when completely absorbing water. According to the classification, the liquid-absorbing dilatant includes, but is not limited to, one or more of a dilatant-form disintegrant, a thickener, a polymeric material with a large number of hydrophilic groups.
More preferably, the swelling-type disintegrating agent comprises sodium carboxymethyl starch low-substituted cellulose, cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone; the thickening agent comprises sodium carboxymethyl starch low-substituted cellulose; the polymer material with a large number of hydrophilic groups comprises water-absorbent resin.
Further preferably, the liquid-absorbent dilatant has a particle size of less than 74 μm.
The present invention preferably designs the particle size of the imbibition swelling material to be less than 74 μm, that is, preferably, the critical value of the particle size of the imbibition swelling material is set to be 74 μm, the smaller the particle size, the higher the imbibition rate, the higher the surface tension of the critical layer of the imbibition swelling material added into the liquid, and the more favorable the colloidal buffer layer is formed on the liquid surface.
More preferably, the particle size of the liquid-absorbing dilatant is larger than the particle size of the liquid molecules and smaller than 74 μm.
Theoretically, the smaller the particle size of the liquid-absorbent dilatant particle, the better, since the liquid-absorbent dilatant having a particle size smaller than the particle size of the liquid molecule is not absorbable, the particle size cannot be smaller than the particle size of the liquid molecule at the minimum. If the liquid to be treated is water, the particle size range of the imbibition expansion material is as follows: 0.0004-74 μm.
