Abstract

a first conveyor 1 and a second conveyor 2, the first conveyor 1 and the second conveyor 2 being disposed at an interval for conveying the document sheets, and in the present embodiment, the second conveyor 2 is located directly below the first conveyor 1. It should be noted that the waiting area of the present embodiment is located on the second conveyor 2, and the document sheets conveyed from the first conveyor 1 to the second conveyor 2 can be temporarily stored in the waiting area on the second conveyor 2 for a certain time, and if the document sheets in the waiting area need to be returned at this time, all the document sheets can be directly returned and returned by the second conveyor 2.
The first returning device 4 and the second returning device 5 are arranged at one ends, far away from the guider 3, of the corresponding first conveyor 1 and the corresponding second conveyor 2, the first returning device 4 is arranged on the first conveyor 1, and the second returning device 5 is arranged on the second conveyor 2 and used for returning current document paper. For example, when the document sheets on the first conveyor 1 have wrong contents, the document sheets are first conveyed toward the first returning device 4 by the first conveyor 1, and then the first returning device 4 is driven to operate to open the sheet exit, and then the current document sheets are driven to return from the sheet exit. Another pusher 6 is disposed on the second conveyor 2 and is configured to convey the document sheets flatly to the second return device 5, and when the document sheets on the second conveyor 2 need to be completely returned, the document sheets are conveyed flatly toward the second return device 5 and between the second conveyor 2 and the pusher 6 by the flattening function of the return device.
The pusher 6 comprises a pushing part 61, a driving rod 62 and a second driving component, the second driving component is in driving connection with the driving rod 62 and is used for driving the driving rod 62 to rotate, and when the driving rod 62 rotates, the driving rod 62 is fixedly connected to the pushing part 61, so that the pushing part 61 is driven to rotate synchronously. For example, when the document sheet is conveyed into the guide 3 by the first conveyor 1, the second driving assembly drives the driving rod 62 to rotate towards the document sheet, so as to drive the pushing portion 61 to contact the currently conveyed document sheet, and at this time, the position of the pushing portion 61 is kept still, and the document sheet can be conveyed into the guide 3 flatly under the cooperation of the first conveyor 1.
The pushing portion 61 includes a rotating wheel 611, a pushing belt 612, a third driving assembly and a supporting frame 613, the driving rod 62 is connected to the supporting frame 613, the rotating wheel 611 is disposed on the supporting frame 613, so that the supporting frame 613 is only required to be driven to rotate to drive the rotating wheel 611, the second driving assembly drives the supporting frame 613 to move towards the document paper until the rotating wheel 611 and the pushing belt 612 can contact the document paper, the third driving assembly is drivingly connected to the rotating wheel 611 to drive the rotating wheel 611 to rotate, the pushing belt 612 is sleeved on the rotating wheel 611, the pushing belt 612 can also rotate around the rotating wheel 611, and when the document paper is contacted, the flat transportation is achieved.
The driving rod 62 includes a first rod 621 and a second rod 622, the second driving assembly is in driving connection with the first rod 621, the second rod 622 is fixedly connected to the pushing portion 61, one end of the second rod 622 is fixedly connected to a portion of the first rod 621, the second rod 622 is perpendicular to the first rod 621, the second driving assembly only needs to drive the first rod 621 to rotate, and the supporting frame 613 is directly driven by the second rod 622.
In summary, the document paper is determined to have errors after the first content recognition, and the document paper with the errors can be directly returned out through the first returning device 4 under the conveying action of the first conveyor 1; if the document paper with the correct content is determined, the document paper is conveyed to the waiting area on the second conveyor 2, and if all the document paper in the waiting area needs to be returned and ejected at the moment, the document paper can be directly returned and ejected under the conveying action of the second conveyor 2 through the second returning device 5.
The embodiment further comprises a weighing module for identifying the specific weight of the currently placed document paper, and when the document paper is placed into the paper returning opening (the document paper is conveyed to the content identification position through the paper returning opening at first), the weight of the currently placed document paper can be identified through the weighing module. For example, only one document sheet is placed currently, the weight of the document sheet is not found to exceed the threshold value after the document sheet is identified by the weighing module, and the first conveyor directly conveys the document sheet to the content identification position; if two document sheets are stuck together and placed at the paper outlet, the weighing module immediately recognizes the weight exceeding one document sheet, can judge that redundant document sheets are stuck together, and directly returns and sends out the part of document sheets through the first returning device.
The embodiment further comprises a paper pickup device, the paper pickup device is arranged at the paper outlet, when a plurality of document paper sheets are placed into the paper outlet, the paper pickup device only supplies one document paper sheet to pass through the paper outlet and block other document paper sheets, and after the first document paper sheet is conveyed into the storage area, the paper pickup device continues to supply the second document paper sheet to pass through the paper outlet. Only one document sheet is fed through the sheet exit every time, so that the problem that a plurality of sheets are conveyed after being stuck together to cause that part of the document sheets are not subjected to content identification is solved.

The end of the drawing portion 32 facing the sheet conveyor has a drawing surface for guiding and conveying the document sheet onto the second conveyor 2, the drawing surface having a first end facing the first conveyor 1 and a second end facing the second conveyor 2, and the document sheet currently guided and conveyed is slidingly conveyed around the drawing surface of the drawing portion 32 onto the second conveyor 2. The traction surface is arc-shaped, which is convenient for guiding and conveying the document paper to the second conveyor 2.
