Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy construction templates, in particular to a method for manufacturing a special-shaped wood template for special-shaped runner construction. The method comprises the steps of arranging different special-shaped section template frameworks, connecting the different special-shaped section template frameworks by utilizing a longitudinal connecting rod, installing an assembling template outside the special-shaped section template frameworks, and installing a shaping panel outside the assembling template. The special-shaped wood formwork prepared by the method has the advantages of high processing speed and good forming degree, has high surface finish, can accelerate the construction progress, ensures the appearance quality of the poured concrete, reduces the engineering cost compared with a steel formwork, and improves the efficiency.

Background
In the construction process of a vertical shaft tubular pump structure, the construction process usually involves a complicated flow passage structure, and the flow passage structure is in a specially-shaped curved surface shape. The outlet runner concrete is constructed on a key line, so that the construction period of the outlet runner is of great importance to the construction progress of the pump station.
Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth construction of the outlet flow passage of the vertical shaft through-flow pump, the design of a template is required according to the shape of the outlet of the vertical shaft through-flow pump.
