Abstract
The invention provides a lifting translation device for assembling a PEC shear wall steel member, which relates to the technical field of steel member processing, and comprises an upper member lifting translation mechanism for assembling H steel and a lower member translation mechanism for assembling a web plate and a wing plate; the upper component lifting and translating mechanism comprises a bracket, a lifting device and a translating device, wherein the lifting device and the translating device are arranged on the bracket; the lower component translation mechanism comprises a movable rack, and a linear track is arranged at the bottom of the movable rack. According to the specification size of the PEC steel member to be assembled, the height direction and the length direction of the H steel can be freely adjusted through the upper member lifting translation mechanism before assembly welding, and the transverse position of the wing plate and the web plate to be assembled can be adjusted through the lower member translation mechanism so as to adapt to the assembly welding among the H steel, the wing plate and the web plate with different specifications, improve the universality of assembly equipment and reduce the production cost.

The PEC steel member is a novel assembly type steel structure shear wall member. The PEC wallboard steel component is formed by sequentially assembling and superposing one or two H-shaped steels with a certain length, a plurality of wing plate strips and web plate strips in sequence and performing spot welding, and then performing comprehensive welding on each welding seam formed by spot welding to obtain the required PEC wallboard steel component.
The assembling and spot welding process of the PEC shear wall steel member is manually operated in the initial development stage, namely, workers hand a welding gun to manually spot weld the welding seams of the steel member after positioning and assembling, so that the components are mutually connected to form the PEC shear wall steel member to be welded. The working procedure has the problems of high labor intensity, low production efficiency, high cost, serious environmental pollution and the like. To this end, it is necessary to develop an automated apparatus, and a PEC shear wall steel member assembly apparatus has been developed, but the following points should be considered:
the welding position needs to be accurate, but because the specification of the PEC steel component is many, if the fixed assembly position is set in advance, one assembly machine can only be used for assembling the PEC steel component with one specification, and a plurality of specifications need a plurality of such assembly devices, so that the production cost is obviously increased.
