The adjusting component 97 comprises an adjusting rod 971 arranged in the control cabin 96 and an arc plate 972 rotatably connected at the end part of the adjusting rod 971, the arc plate 972 applies force to different positions of the arc plate 93, one side surface of the arc plate 972 is contacted with the inner wall of the arc plate 93, a plurality of leak holes are formed in the arc plate 93, the leak holes are arranged to prevent water in the arc plate 93 from entering the inclined flushing pipe 94, connecting rods 973 are fixedly arranged at two sides of the water opening 92, a rotating disc 974 is rotatably arranged on the connecting rods 973, a gradient groove 975 for installing the adjusting rod 971 is formed in the rotating disc 974, a gap matched with the gradient groove 975 is formed in the adjusting rod 971, fixing plates 976 are arranged at two outer sides of the water opening 92, the fixing plates 976 are connected with a sealing plate 978 for sealing the water opening 92 through a second spring 977, an adjusting long groove for the adjusting rod 971 to pass through is arranged outside the control cabin 96, a water inlet pipe 91 is connected with a water tank 98 through a water pump, be provided with the solenoid valve on the inlet tube 91, the organism outside is provided with the controller, and water pump and solenoid valve all are connected with the controller electricity.
The working principle of the adjusting assembly 97 of the invention is that as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting rod 971 is moved downwards, the adjusting rod 971 is rotated, the arc plate 972 moves to contact with part of the inner surface of the arc soft plate 93, in the rotating process, the closing plate 978 is always clung to the outer wall of the adjusting rod 971, so as to prevent water in the arc soft plate 93 from entering the control cabin 96, in addition, the end part of the arc soft plate 93 is connected to the inner walls of the cutting cavity 5 and the meat grinding cavity 6 through the first spring 95, when the adjusting rod 971 is adjusted to the original position after adjustment is completed, the arc plate 972 does not contact with the inner wall of the arc soft plate 93, and the arc soft plate 93 returns to the initial position; the main purpose of the adjusting assembly 97 in the present invention is to clean the inner walls of the cutting cavity 5 and the meat grinding cavity 6, which are not cleaned, move the adjusting rod 971 downwards in the adjusting assembly 97 and then rotate the adjusting rod 971 to the left, and the arc plate 972 butts out the right inner wall of the arc-shaped soft plate 93, so as to clean the upper walls of the cutting cavity 5 and the meat grinding cavity 6.
The main implementation mode of the invention is that meat blocks with larger scale are placed in the first feeding hole 2, meat blocks with smaller scale are placed in the second feeding hole 3, the meat blocks enter the minced meat cavity 6 for minced meat after being cut, small meat blocks completely enter the minced meat cavity 6 through the pushing assembly 8, the meat blocks are minced meat from top to bottom, the minced meat enters the bottom of the minced meat cavity 6 after minced meat is finished, the discharging assembly 10 moves repeatedly to push the minced meat at the bottom of the minced meat cavity 6 out of the discharging bin 11, the minced meat is placed in the collecting box, then the controller controls the electromagnetic valve and the water pump to inject water into the water inlet pipe 91, and the cleaning direction of the arc-shaped soft plate 93 is adjusted through the manual adjusting rod 971.
